Took a long time for being in the area , guy was nice did what he needed to do but the price is outrageous for just jump starting my battery took him not even 5 min and was $134 just a little pricey for something so simple and for as long as I waited for something that took no time

Fast and great communication. The tow truck driver ( Gabriel ) was even in a great mood even with us being stuck on 75 and it was dark lol will definitely call again if needed.

We recently experienced a total engine failure in the midst of route 466 rush hour. Unable to find a safe place to park our totally disabled van, I called the Lady lake Police. An incredible officer responded promptly, then we called Kling Towing. They responded immediately with an immaculate late model hi-tech tow truck operated by a fantastic skilled driver. We were safely towed from the highway to a repair shop. They are efficient incredible service. Thanks to all.

Gabriel was great! He was able to unlock and start our car to get it from being wedged in our garage after several people attempted with no success. He provided professional and courteous service picking up our car, delivering it an hour and a half away to the dealership, connected with their service department, and followed up with us to confirm drop off afterwards! I called ahead to verify how much it would cost to get my vehicle so I could get enough cash. When I arrived less than 30 minutes later it was over $30 more than what I was told on the phone.

Steve was our knight in shining armor, we got our 44 foot Class A RV stuck just off the road in the Florida sand and he came out, professionally assed, and pulled us out to safety. He also went the extra mile in directing us toward our destination. We thank him and your company once again for pulling us out of trouble.

You guys are Lifesavers.. My Husband and I got our ProMaster 2500 stuck in soft sand as we were delivering packages. 15 minutes after we called, "Kling Towing & Recovery Inc's " driver "Zack" pulled us out in a jiffy. Thanks a million Kling n Zack.

5 1/2 hours stranded in between exits on I-75N. AAA couldn’t find anyone. Highway Patrol couldn’t send anyone. Finally, I decided to call a tow service myself. I found Kling Towing, a local place that said in their ad that they answer 24/7. And they did. Had someone call within 15 minutes and it took him 25 minutes to get to me. This was at 4:30am, by the way. I was home and in bed by 5:30am. Fast. Friendly. And efficient. I got a tow. He gave me a jump. Filled up with gas and I was on my way. The tow driver went above and beyond, as far as I’m concerned. Kudos to Kling’s!

The driver got here a lot quicker than they said they would. I forgot to get his name but the driver was very courteous and friendly. He advised me to wash out my wheel so it wouldn't vibrate and go off balance. Was a very positive experience.

DJ arrived quickly and got our towed to the garage in less than an hour! Great service! He was friendly, competent, and knew his way around The Villages to get me to where I needed to be. God forbid we should need towing again soon. But, if we do; we know who we’re calling! Thank You for a great experience.

Friend of mine had a flat tire down on the side of the road in a spot where her Jack would not fit under the car. I had to take another tire to get replaced. Bringing the tire back to put on took a little longer. Tow driver got there before good tire got back. Almost didn't have someone there to place it on. Rushing...

Had to be towed after my car was flooded and was lucky to have it done by this company! DJ was amazing and made the process feel as smooth as possible considering the situation. Very personable people who are eager to help and do things the right way.

Love and appreciate this company. Our family was traveling to Gainesville when the car stopped working on the middle of the turnpike. Our insurance transferred us to Kling and they were (1) quick (2) polite (3) BEYOND AMAZING. The owners themselves came and picked us up to help get us to a safe place to keep our baby safe and get her away from the busy road.

We just have to say they are an amazing company to work with although we had to wait a while. They were extremely concerned and called us several times to let us know their status. We worked with Hunter who came and picked us up and he couldn’t have been a nicer gentleman. And Cathy was incredible As the dispatcher. Zach was such a professional driver and arrived promptly when I had a tire blow out in the middle of the night. He kept in contact with me and made sure that my vehicle was towed in less than an hr. I cannot thank Kling or Zach enough for such courteous service and what seemed to be a true appreciation for the service they provide. Highly recommend from not only this experience but previous experiences as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I surely would! Thank you!

I don’t know where to start ! My husband had to have his semi towed by kling towing after a catastrophic fire. They did an excellent job with clean up and towing ! David got to spend most of a day with my husband after he got released from the hospital to salvage what he could . My husband had no funds on him no nothing only the few things he could save . This company let him sleep, fed him and had great hospitality and let him shower there . We will forever be thankful for this . Thanks to all the guys involved . David was a superstar. Showed up promptly, offered advice and even after a ridiculous accidental detour due to AAA for the drop off location, he was so kind and friendly. Would absolutely recommend them and David in particular. He said they also have a shop in wildwood which I would absolutely utilize in the future if David is there.

Josh Rutner of Kling Towing did a fantastic job on October 21 in towing my car long distance. He really knows the business well and deals with everything thrown at him with ease and drama-free. He went the extra mile for me and accommodated my vehicle with precision and the utmost safety and care. He is a stellar employee who has paid his dues, worked thru hurricanes, and did the tough work to help our state recover from these wicked disasters. I’m moving soon and needed to relocate a Jeep that doesn’t run at the moment. I spoke with Kevin and in no time at all, Corbin was at my house. Very friendly and professional. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and he got it done right! Very efficient. I highly recommend.
