I had a flat tire. Will Smith came out and put air in my tire and waited to see if it would start leaking so I was able to drive it to the repair shop instead of a tow. Will was very nice, professional, funny and quick. He was also patient as he arrived so fast that I was not quite ready and he said it was fine. Our van broke down as we were on the way to the dealership around 6pm. Will showed up in less than 10 minutes and helped us out. He did a quick check of our battery and then got our van safely towed the rest of the way to the dealership. I really appreciate the quick help at the end of a long day.
Will was the best person. Professional, great to talk to while getting my truck towed home. Most impressive was the time. Within 20 of getting roadside assistance, Will was there. That to me shows they care about your safety (my truck overheated on the Turnpike) so the longer I'd have had to sit there, the more opportunities of a distracted driver hitting me. I called Stan's pro tows to tow my 2009 toyota camry, they answered the phone ,assisted me with questions and pricing. Very business professional service provided. I got connected to William the tow truck driver which was amazing,very knowledgeable, friendly and had knowledge of the area from where I wanted my car towed to. In these times is difficult finding professional in the business. William is a true embodiment of professionalism.

Our car broke down on the Florida Turnpike. It was a hot, sunny day & we had trouble finding a tow company until we called Stan’s Pro Tows. The dispatcher was very courteous & assured us they would send someone ASAP. Paul Tinder showed up quickly. He was very professional & friendly. Unfortunately, our car died permanently, but this part of the process mad everything go smoothly. I highly recommend this company & their driver!

Absolutely amazing service from both the owner Doug and driver Paul. My wheels were stolen off my car and I needed it towed to the dealership. They were able to do so safely without any damage to my car. The owner is extremely knowledgable and really cared about my car and ensuring it was handled correctly. They were both awesome and if I ever need a towing service again they will be the ones I call. Super thankful for their time and experience and it makes me happy there are still people and companies who care about those they help. 10/10 if I could rate that high!
William was very professional and obviously knows what he’s doing. What really stood out to me was what an awesome person he is. Not only was he professional, was extremely personable. After he towed my son’s care, I kept saying what a nice person he is.
I highly recommend Stan’s Towing! They helped us out when we were in a jam. I was waiting a very long time in the rain for AAA to tow my daughter‘s car that died at an intersection. I called Stan’s and within 20 minutes Paul was hooking my daughter‘s car up to his tow truck. Paul was courteous and so helpful. Driver Will Smith was excellent, punctual, professional and extremely friendly! Pick up was easy with no complications. This was a fleet tow but definitely would use company for personal as well.

EXCELLENT AND SPEEDY SERVICE! We were on vacation and broke down in the middle of the road with 2 small children. They told us it would be an hour, but, they made it in 30 minutes. The tow truck guy was really patient and kind. He waited a while to get my suv towed because it wouldn’t start, as the insurance company had to approve new location. Only issue was he said it was the starter, but when it got to the service center it started. Wish we would have tried the automatic start button. Now I know.
Wanted to shout out to Will for making our recent breakdown near Clermont the best possible experience. I was traveling with elderly parents (92 and 82), a kid, and a dog. Will was efficient, kind, and friendly as he picked us all up and transported us and our car comfortably to the dealership for repairs. What a blessing! I was feeling really vulnerable — my beloved car had broken down for the first time. A technician had come the day before but couldn’t fix the issue, so I called for a tow. When William Smith arrived, he immediately noticed I was upset and kindly asked what was wrong. I told him it was a battery issue that hadn’t been resolved.

My insurance connected me with Stan’s Pro Tows today after a breakdown in the middle of highway 27. William showed up about 15 mins sooner than my insurance originally estimated, a blessing in the Florida heat. Once there, he had my vehicle hooked up and ready to move faster than I've ever seen it done before, and trust me my broken old jeep has been towed many times. lol. William was kind and professional and made sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Based on this experience I’d say Stan’s Pro Tows really are the pros you hope for and I’d highly recommended them to anyone in need of their services.
Doug was quick, professional and showed up exactly when he said he would be here. Doug made sure that my car was handled exactly the way it needed to be done so it wouldn't get damaged. I've had other tow companies that definitely don't have the tools and equipment to handle my car(s), but Doug's company was well equipped and made the tow stress free.
