My insurance connected me with Stan’s Pro Tows today after a breakdown in the middle of highway 27. William showed up about 15 mins sooner than my insurance originally estimated, a blessing in the Florida heat. Once there, he had my vehicle hooked up and ready to move faster than I've ever seen it done before, and trust me my broken old jeep has been towed many times. lol. William was kind and professional and made sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Based on this experience I’d say Stan’s Pro Tows really are the pros you hope for and I’d highly recommended them to anyone in need of their services.

After being completely frustrated with a tire issue I decided to call in some assistance with getting my spare on. I am so lucky to have had Will Smith show up. He got me squared away quickly while being extremely personable. In an act of kindess he also checked the air in the spare and topped it off so I coild go get it replaced. My car literally dies with battery issues and I got help from Stan’s Pro towing company. They probably sent their best person Nate (Nathan Biersack) to help us. He calls and have an ETA. He was so knowledgeable that he immediately figured out the issue, got us a better deal for the spare with O Riley than others, helped change the part and made sure we were comfortable in AC inside his truck while he was fixing the spare part himself. He was so patient and he kept company on the way to O Riley as well and we were talking a lot. Such a nice guy and I highly recommend Nate.

So glad that I called the right tow company! Mr. Will Smith came out and went above and beyond for me! My work van was non responsive! I was going to tow it to the dealership and fully expect to be ripped off as usual. He was able to diagnose the situation and recommend a mobile mechanic to simply swap out my alternator. He showed me that there are still honest guys out there who genuinely want to do the right thing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

We broke down on Highway 27 on Monday, July 7 and when we call AAA it was Stan’s Pro Tows that was going to come pick us up first we received a phone call from the company. The representative was absolutely fabulous ensuring our location and knowing that we were on a highway that can be dangerous. Let us know that they would be there within about 30 minutes. The tow truck driver that came to pick us up was William Smith, and again not only was he courteous he wanted to ensure our safety. It was an absolute fabulous experience. I highly recommend Stan’s pro tows thank you.

Our car broke down on the highway and Will came to our rescue. But before that, the young ladies running the dispatch were very helpful and sympathetic. They called promptly after I filed my claim with my insurance company and Will came very soon after. So thankful for this company!
Will was amazing to work with. We were stuck in the hot weather with a broken down truck and he came as quickly as possible. He made sure the AC was ice cold and offered us cold water to drink. He was very kind & a great driver. He even helped fix a small issue with our truck. We couldn’t be more grateful! Don’t hesitate to call them!
Will Smith was our truck driver and he was fantastic. The company gave us and ETA and he called us to personally let us know how far he was. It took no time at all. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, he asked what the issues were and offered to help us try and fix it ourselves. Turned out all we needed was a good Jump. We thought the starter or alternator was bad. We were prepared to spend hundreds of dollars getting them replaced. Will was able to hook up a battery reader and told us that it was just a battery issue. We got the car started and he offered to follow us to the nearest auto store just in case. He even offered to replace the battery if the auto zone wasn’t able to. Super helpful and polite and saved us tons of money. All in all I’d recommend Stan’s Pro Tows to anyone having any car trouble. Will smith is your man!
Will Smith was the guy that helped me out. What an amazing guy he was. He opened his whole heart to take care of my truck and bring it to the shop. We had a very wonderful conversation while on the way there. Easily the best service I have ever seen. Definitely recommended.
These guys are the best in the business. I had an unusual request for them to help me move a restoration project of a 1972 TR6 from Howey on the Hills to my property. Doug came and took great care of the vehicle ensuring that it arrived on site in perfect order. The whole experience from initial contact through scheduling to pick up and delivery was flawless. You need anything moving these are the team to do it.
My wife and I live in Gainesville, FL and we were coming back from Orlando when her cars engine started to fail. We tried to get to a safe spot as soon as we could but her car seized up on the off ramp near winter garden around 10:15 PM.
Our road side assistance helped get us Stans Pro Tows and Dayne came and got us at 10:45 PM and we left around 11:00 to drop my wife’s car off at a service center in Ocala.
The drive was an hour long and Dayne the tow truck driver made us feel comfortable in the ride. We had a good time talking with him and hearing about all his experiences and cool places he traveled to while serving our country in the Navy. He is a nice guy and great at his job.

If I can give more than 5 Stars I would! I always cringe when I have to use a tow truck company and when I tell you from the first phone call to the meet it has been pleasant. I have personally dealt with Doug and he is an absolute pleasure. Kymmy is wonderful too. I had two cars that needed tow assistance in less than 3 days. When they told me it could be 2 hours to wait I told them I would absolutely wait as I do not want to call anyone else. They actually got to us in under 30 min. If you a Tow...call Stan's Pro Towing..Stan is definitely the man! And I was NOT paid to write this. This is my true experience.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to share the outstanding experience my family and I had with a local towing company recently. Our ram 1500 broke down unexpectedly due to a bad starter while we were out in Clermont. Luckily, we called the right company.
From the moment we made the call, the dispatcher was helpful, understanding, and quick to respond. Within a short time, Doug, the tow truck driver, arrived—and I can't say enough good things about him. He was professional, kind, and clearly experienced. Doug made sure everyone was safe, talked us through what he was doing, and handled our truck with great care.
In a world where great customer service is sometimes hard to find, Doug went above and beyond. His compassion and professionalism truly made a bad day a lot better.
