Got stranded at circle k in clermont and when we called the guy who helped us he was very willing to help. It was very affordable compared to several other places I called tonight. Very fast service with an estimated arrival time of 30 mins but they got there in 15. Highly recommend!!

Lake County Tow provided a perfect towing service for me yesterday evening at a reasonable cost. The tow truck driver arrived within 15 minutes (I cancelled AAA roadside assistance after waiting for two hours, what a joke). He was courteous, friendly and skilled. He loaded my lowered sports car on the flat bed truck with care and unloaded the car at the requested location, even helping to place the disabled car in a safe location. Great towing company!
As soon as Ryan arrived, he double checked my battery in the chance that it would start. It was raining hard and he had my car hitched and ready to go in record time. Great customer service.

Luck was both on my side and not on my side. My Hyundai broke down tonight whilst running errands. It was my first time having my vehicle towed and I was a bit nervous and anxious but after I received a phone call from Victor, all my worries and anxiety were put at ease. A lot of towing companies do not have the best reputations but Lake County Towing and Victor were absolutely fantastic. It was an easy and amazing tow and I hope any future towing is done by him. We came to pick up our car, the was towed for this company and when we try to pay with a debit card the charge, they told us they policy and politic of the lake county tow company don’t accept debit card only cash, when I asked about tax ID number because I pay TAXES to IRS and I need to report this charge, the employee told me the owner can’t not provide to us this information. It is very curious and I would like to know why the owner can’t provide TAX ID INFORMATION?? Keep away about this company !!! They look like they cheat the IRS system!!! lol
Rhomans was my tow truck driving this morning after being stuck on the side of the road. He was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, informative. He not only did a great job with his work service but a fantastic job with his customer service and making the experience suitable for a frustrating time. He was also very clean and well organized and really helped me in more ways then one, it was more then just a random tow.
On the morning of Nov 5, 2023 I had Lake County Towing, tow my car back home. My experience with their service was great, from the dispatcher, of whom will have to forgive me for not recalling her name, but nevertheless did an excellent job to Pete who arrived and assisted me with getting my car back home safe. Overall I felt i was in good hands because of the professionalism and respect I received from their team.

I have used them twice now! Best price when I checked around and always fast. No wait, no standing us up! And fast to pick up and go. Secretary is helpful and nice and the Tow guy is always super nice and easy to communicate with. We will continue to use this friendly company in the future!
Would give a ZERO if I could! Waits the 90 minutes for the tow to arrive as they text said. Called to find out updated ETA at the scheduled time and the VERY RUDE dispatcher told me it would be two more hours. I said I needed it sooner. She then cancelled the tow and left me with nothing. I asked her to put me back on the schedule and she refused. How rude and unprofessional to do that to someone needing a tow. Horrible customer service.
I had several tow trucks come to my house through AAA. No one could figure out how to get my car into neutral and every single one of them said my battery was fine. Not the case. Lake County Tow showed up within minutes and were able to test the battery and jump me immediately. Highly recommend this company. They're a pleasure to work with and I will happily use them again in the future

He was our tow driver 2 times and was prompt, personable and went above and beyond to actually contact discount tires to give them a heads up about my car situation. we highly recommend using this company. Very reliable and trustworthy. We will definitely be using again if ever needed.
About two weeks ago, I was driving up the turnpike in the rain at dusk. Out of nowhere, a tire came bouncing across the highway and I hit it. My tire went flat and I did not have a spare (stupid, I know). I called AAA and they connected me to Lake County Tow. The dispatcher was super nice (female, I didn't get her name). I wasn't checking the time, but the tow truck showed up much sooner than I expected. My driver was Israel Delgado. Such an incredible person! His first priority was getting me out of the rain and into the truck. He dropped the car at a tire shop and then drove me an extra mile to a hotel. I was back on the road the next day by 9. Thank you so much, Israel!
This was my first personal tow truck experience needed and well I'm extremely pleased. Very friendly and efficient on the phone with a time estimate & price. I was told about 30 mins and maybe 18 mins later Pete arrives with a quickness & a smile. I instantly felt comfortable and impressed with the clean new truck and his polite service. From the first phone call Mike was great! I had to call with updated info while waiting at least twice and each time he was just as helpful and courteous as before. The driver was equally as great - they kept me updated on ETA and put me at ease. Hoping I don’t need them again anytime soon but if I do, I would not hesitate to call Lake County Tow again.
Initially my tow was delayed, and as someone who was in somewhat of a scary time just because of how young I am and because it’s never happened to me before, I was somewhat upset, but after calling and speaking to the kind lady who answered the phone she informed me of why and it all made sense and I understood then why it was delayed but she helped me out a ton when she got the tow truck to me in much shorter time and we made it to the destination right as they were closing but me leaving the car there overnight was no problem with them and I got to communicate with them the scenario briefly which gave me so much peace of mind. To the guy who towed my car he was such a kind man and it’s not in a “I’m an old lady and he was such a sweet young man and very respectful” type of way, it’s in a “as someone who’s also very real and genuine, I am so thankful to have had a great human being help me in this scary situation” type of way. I thank him a ton as well because he took the time to talk to me and build rapport with me making me feel so much more comfortable and he even knew the people at the tire place which made me feel happy and familiarized with everyone. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The operator Josh, was very friendly, knowledgeable and carried a good conversation for the duration of the ride. The 35 min ride home was a surprisingly comfortable ride in the tow truck.
