Bad customer service! They do not display a willingness to help. I felt like bother to them trying to get information. Did not feel comfortable at any point during my interaction. I had to probe for information, and that information was sometimes conflicting. Did not know that you can only view vehicles on Fridays or Mondays when they are in queue for auction/sale. Why post a vehicle on your website with a "future" sale date when interested buyers cannot even view it on site (at least that's what I was told by customer service). I will not be going there again! SMH
They lost the keys to a vehicle they got two sets for. Did more damage to a vehicle then when it came their, moved a running-driving pickup with forks from side and broke transmission case and bent driveshaft/ exhaust.
Worse costumer service you can get anywhere. Drove 6hours to pick a check and they couldn't give me the check because the staff at Ocala branch did not update the system that the title was turn in after been handed to them 3 business days in advance to pick check. Take your business to another branch!!!
One star is overrated, this place appears to be incompetent. Office personnel are friendly but trying to get your vehicle picked up by them after they made the date was an absolute nightmare. After hours of waiting to have my vehicle removed I called them to here that it was going to be another 5 days or more. Ended up driving 70 miles to deliver the vehicle to them. A simple phone call to reschedule or offer the idea that you could deliver the vehicle yourself would be more professional. Then after surrendering my vehicle I sent them my title by certified mail and after not hearing from them for days I called to only find out that they lost my title. Cost me $50+ and a 58 mile round trip to send them a POA and odometer statement so I could get paid for my totaled vehicle. Be prepared if you find yourself having to deal with this incompetent business.
If I could give a zero star review on this place I would. My car was held here after an accident, and when I picked my vehicle up it was in worse condition than when they got it! Things were missing out of my car, including the spare key for my other vehicle. Buckets worth of sand were dumped all over the interior. I was charged $60 for them to tow it less than 1/4 of a mile and it was dropped on the side of the road, never recieved a reciept for what I paid, and had no mounting screws for my license plate that they removed. The woman who handled everything was extremely rude and unprofessional. ZERO STARS FOR COPART!!!

Otherwise when the vehicle is cleaned out to perfection so are your possessions. If it's worth stealing it is!!! By the look on the woman's face it's like she knew they have a thief amongst them .. Shame on the detailer's!!! stealing from someones unfortunate event.!!!
Michelle P. practically forced me to sign the paper, I tried to read it and she told me “There’s no need to bother to read it.” She was rushing me and was very rude as I walked into the door. She told me I had to get another title by myself if I couldn’t find it, then the lady behind her told me we didn’t have to do anything because they can do it. Seems like there’s one nice person in there.
Drove an hour and 20 minuites to look at a few cars they had on their lot. Wait time wasnt bad but the woman working put up a fit and said we could only see 1 car. Weve bought from copart before, have the funds to buy atleast 3 cars so I dont believe there was any reason to refuse to show us more than one car. Stick to the Tampa location if you can, much friendlier and you can actually look at the cars you're wanting to buy. Not stuck only looking at one and the others are a mystery.
They called us to pick up a motorcycle and the person on the phone was soooooo rude that my daughter stat crying and telling that lady not to be mean. Really?
I bought a moped which was completely stripped. A shell... Another Lincoln was with roaches inside leaking engine and transmission 3rd gear out. BMW 1998 vandalized car. All of the above specifically the condition of all the above was not mentioned before or during the auction! Another very important detail all of the vehicles had salvaged rebuildable titles. Stay away from this auction! No! Run away from this auction! I gave it 5 tries and I had three misses!
