Very rarely do they not have what you need and usually they can get it for you with in a day or two

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for auto parts! The staff here is super knowledgeable and even took care of installing my tail light and wiper blades. I was stressed on my way to work and didn’t have time to handle it later, so they really saved me a lot of hassle. The store is also very clean and well-organized. Highly recommend!

Usually have had decent experience but this was just a slap in the face. I called ahead for an ignition coil (kind of an emergency) and raced over to get it before they closed. I had five minutes to spare. The doors were locked and a tall kid with dark hair looks at me, then turns to another employee and continues they’re conversation without even acknowledging me. Really felt disrespected so Car Quest is going to be where I spend my money for a while. Never had a bad experience there.

Greg was so helpful and professional! I came to him a few minuets before close this weekend and needed help with a flat tire. He went above any beyond. Without his generosity, I would not have made it to my final destination. Great store full of great people.

Went in on a Saturday morning fifteen minutes after they opened. The older gentleman on staff was very helpful to me and was very polite and welcoming when I needed assistance. I will keep coming back every time I am in town.

The staff is great .... The Manager went above and beyond the call of duty... Thank God , there are still people in the world like him. We were in real trouble and this staff made sure we were okay... Thanks Guys...

Very helpful staff and a good selection to choose from. Online ordering was a little iffy as I got an email to pick up my part from the store, and when I got there they did not have it in stock. They were really great about it though and worked with me to get in ordered and available by the next day.

Great staff! Had car trouble and was stuck over night at a gas station. With no way to get to the part, they were nice and delivered it to me. Awesome! Thanks again.
