Personally too high of a charge . My car needed to be towed 6mins away and I was charged 115$ . They told me it would be a hour wait which turned into 3 hours due to the driver saying it was an accident after I was waiting on then the very first time. I then got a call and missed the call by a few minutes and I was told it’s a 25$ fee to come back if they have arrived once . Total was supposed to be 135$ . I only had 115 on my card so he took it . Once I got my car back I had broken plastic hanging under my car as if it was taken down the ramp and scrubbed. I will not recommend this company from experience coming from Panama City . Mariana needs more tow companies.
I was broken down on the side of I-10, two hours from home, late at night. I called Mallory Towing and Recovery, and they were so kind and helpful from the very start. The dispatcher gave me great recommendations on where I could have my car towed and even provided an accurate ETA for when the tow truck would arrive.
After the call, the driver personally reached out to let me know he was on the way and made sure I had his number in case I had any questions. Once he arrived, he was extremely friendly and professional.
During the ride, he answered my questions about the area and gave me helpful local info about where my car was being taken. The entire experience was smooth, safe, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. I would absolutely use Mallory Towing and Recovery again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing services!

Very good service! Reasonably priced and accommodated my four kiddos in the truck. He dropped our camper at the campground and then the suburban at the mechanic. Could not have asked for it to go any smoother!
You guys came through within 30 minutes of placing call after I waited for another company who in their defense got slammed. I was able to pay electronically from a link which made it easy and secure. Their driver took photos upon pickup- which I find smart.

He jumped us off and we were on our way, all within an hour of calling and it was mid-day on a Saturday. Mallory Towing saved me after AAA left me on the side of I-10 for several hours. I called and they came quickly. The driver Mike was very friendly and helpful. I hope never to need a tow when I'm hours from home again, but if I do I hope it's within Mallory's range of service

I am usually not one to post however, today I feel forced to protect others that may fall victim to the unprofessional business practices of Mallory Towing and it’s owners methods of doing business. With this, I am also following a professional protocol of filing formal complaints with respective regulating agencies, in the hopes that this is not an issue for unsuspecting others caught in a bad situation.
It saddens me to think my experience would be so much less than positive as a local trying to do business with locals.
Over the weekend, I had requested transport/tow quotes from several Jackson County businesses for a Transport of a vehicle from JC to the dealership in Tallahassee, so as to make a decision and to provide whichever company the appropriate time to schedule the non emergency completion of the transport, in following days.
Upon speaking with several companies within the county and getting various prices, not having needed this service before, I decided since I had seen an onboard style Mallory truck in my Mom’s neighborhood that it would be easiest to just have them utilize their close proximity to pick up and tow from that point, especially since they seemed to be able to complete it the next day.
During Sunday’s call, I was given a quote and agreed to that quote and to have someone schedule the pick up for the next morning. I went on ahead to the dealership Monday morning awaiting the call I’d been told I would receive in order to handle arrangements for the incoming vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership and securing arrangements with the Service Manager and waiting to hear, I finally reached out for an anticipated ETA of the Towing vehicle. All still seemed well. That is until, I look up and see my vehicle being towed behind the Tow truck and another vehicle atop. That was my first shock, as I wouldn’t have approved that style of tow for my un-wrecked vehicle. My next shock was at completion of delivery, I was given a price that was substantially more than quoted and also came with additional surcharges on top of the inflated costs for not paying in cash. If I had known of this, I certainly could have and would have, made alternate arrangements. It was also at this point that I was made aware that Mallory did not honor AAA.
While I see honor and integrity as a cornerstone for doing business, today I have learned that is not the method being practiced by Mallory Towing and Recovery. In taking the time to be completely adult and professional about my particular situation, I hope that the owners of Mallory will adjust their poor methods of business along with how they complete their dealings and communicate with others! My tow driver, David, was extremely helpful & courteous. He showed up quickly, was gentle with my car, & went out of his way with great manners (& literally to get me to my second choice in repair shops.) Would definitely recommend these guys.
So last Friday my wife and I got on the road with one of our clients bus conversions. We were taking it from Tampa to Dallas. Well we got off the road at exit 71 of the 10 fwy to get fuel and next thing you know the bus stop Poland would not start. We were right at a intersection so not a great place to be. We called up Mallory towing and the owner Himself came out to take the bus to a local shop. He told us he would be there in 45 or 50 minutes and he sure was. These guys were very professional and took very good care of us. After we towed it to the shop. They took us back over to the exit we broke down at to drop us off at a restaurant to wait for a friend. If you all ever need a company to tow your vehicle and your in this area call these people you will be happy you did
My truck died in a really bad spot at a rest stop on I10. My family has always towed our own vehicles in these situations but I was almost 3 hours from my closest contact and my truck was becoming a road hazard. I called Mallory's and the woman who answered was so polite and helpful (I didn't catch her name because I was pretty panicked) and sent Kieth to the rescue. He found me very quickly considering where I was and he was so fast about the whole process (very skilled). They offered numerous times to take my boyfriend and I somewhere safer than a rest stop (but I already had people coming for us there) and Keith even tried to tell me what happened mechanically since I was clueless. I hated to make the call or spend the money, but it was WELL WORTH IT (and they gave us an amazing price for their troubles)!!!
Crooked people just like the rest of this County! When my insurance says they are calling them I request other towing service even if I have to wait longer.

Not just good service...Above and BEYOND!! I am an educator who has had to call to get my vehicle towed 2 years in a row the first week of school. David B. (Tow Specialist) trekked through calf high mud last year and was able to get my car out of a mud pit at work. This year he re-attached the transmission cable for me!! This guy is my HERO! THANK YOU for his service!! (He deserves a raise!!)

We've currently been stranded on the side of the road for 2 hours, while their business is only a 25 minute drive away. Gave them a very detailed explanation of our location. When they couldn't find it, instead of trying to call us and get a better idea, they just completely canceled their services without telling us. If I could give them less than 1 star I sure as hell would. Learn how to run a business.
I just had the best experience with Mallory Towing and Recovery! A younger gentleman whose name tag read, Lil John assisted me in a tow. He went above and beyond his expected duties. He drove my boyfriend and i to an auto parts store for a oil pan cap and after we found that the store didn't have the part, he took it upon himself to call several other stores to see if they carried the part. Once he found the store he drove us to that location and waited patiently for us to buy the part and then drove us back to the car. He made sure everything fit and that we would for sure be back on the road before he left. He never made us feel like a burden and provided us with excellent customer service. Again going above and beyond his duties, we were extremely grateful to have him. He even humbly turned down the tip I persistently tried to give him. Very professional experience with a friendly face that treated us like family.
Worst roadside assistance I've ever experienced! The driver by name of Pat was late picking me up from AAA roadside assistance call. When I got into the cab, Pat had his very large girlfriend seated there, leaving very little room for me. Fortunately I am a small person and was traveling alone, because it would be impossible to get any other customer in the cab. The expected trip of 125 miles and 2 and 1/2 hours became 138 miles and 4 hrs. I had to wait an unexpected extra hour in the cab while Pat loaded up another vehicle behind mine after we were less than 10 minutes enroute. Pat said I shouldn't complain because I was lucky he picked me up at all and that he could've just left me on the side of the road. Driver was rude, late, inappropriate and totally untrained in customer service.
