The most amazing service a stranded family pulling a horse trailer could’ve asked for. Our truck broke down on our way home from Wyoming. The TA offered no help, we got H n H towing phone number and they saved the day !!! They hauled our truck to mechanic , got a driver to take the trailer and horse to a safe place and my family and horse trailer to a RV park. I don’t know what we would’ve done without H n H. My brother went to jail and we couldn't pay to get the car out of impound on their first and it racked up what we thought would be a huge ridiculous amount but the young fella was so nice over there he worked with us he was amazing
My car was towed to this establishment. They told me I could show up between 8:30 am -9 am or after 12 due to the worker having a dentist appointment. The man screamed at us when we arrived to pick up our car and proceeded to say “what business opens at 7 am” and was just overall screaming at us because we made him get up early (early meaning 8 am). If you don’t want people showing up then maybe change the working hours on Google to whatever time you want people to show up or try remembering the information you’re giving people over the phone, because I had spoken directly to him the day before. This man then proceeded to be RACIST towards my sister who speaks a little bit of English when she was simply asking him to go over the charges she was paying for since they were higher than what she had calculated based on the fees we were told. He threatened to call the bank to come pick up the car instead. My sister ended up being overcharged and on top of that didn’t even receive her change of $15 back. We were scared to argue back since this man was treating us so horribly and being really discriminating. I don’t recommend a business where people obviously don’t want to do their job or show up and treat their customers so low just because they feel entitled. I hope no one else gets treated like this by that low life man.
Phenomenal service! When AAA wasn’t able to provide adequate support, H&H did - and fast. While having a blown out tire on the side of the road isn’t anything to wish for, I am glad it happened where it did and H&H came to the rescue! Thank you!

They are hands down the best tow service in the area. Someone always answers the phone and their response time is FAST. Drivers are always kind, courteous,clean and dressed well. I wouldn’t use anyone else. And NO, we’re NOT friends trying to boost their business. Just satisfied loyal customers!
Me my wife and 10 month old daughter was broke down infront of gas station after numerous attempts at calling a wrecker service they we’re the only ones to come to my rescue they came “asap” and was really the only ones skilled to do so the guy doing it could probably teach a class around here to show others it’s possible. Fairly cheap price as well compared to other locations that wanted to charge me 4 times as much to do it. Really great service wish I could rate them higher.
I was in a horrible breakdown situation traveling out of State. They towed my truck and my boat, and stored my boat until truck was fixed. Great guys, super fair with me. Do yourself a favor and call them if you need help. Thank you again!

Can I just say THE best service ever. One call came with a flat bed and another towing vehicle. Picked up our van plus our little trailer. Plus they accommodated our entire party of 6 AND called ahead to an auto parts store and had our part ready pulled off the shelf ready for us.
When you have to repeatedly call the get your car towed...it's not good. Especially when they straight up tell you, oh, I forgot! Really? Really? Unless it is an emergency, don't waste your money.

Didnt even have to use the service because someone passing by offered to go get us gas at 6 in the morning but the guy who returned my call was sweet and concerning witch says a lot about their service if I would have had to use them!!! Good customer service is hard to find nowadays!!! GREAT!!!
Worst towing experience I have ever had. Wesley went to pick up my vehicle, took the keys, and left the vehicle sitting where it was because he “got busy.” When I called 8 hours after the vehicle was supposed to have been picked up, he told me that he had to go pick up someone who was stranded on the side of the road and that he would go get my car as soon as he finished that call. Well, the next day my car was still not picked up. When I called Wesley and asked him why my car had not been picked up he said again, “I got busy.” Don’t lie to your customers Wesley. If you can’t do a job have the decency to say, “I can’t do it.” You don’t take someone’s keys and drive around with them for 15 hours without picking up their. I am not sitting without my vehicle and it’s repairs have been delayed a day and a half because you were too busy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Go with MALLORY TOWING instead!
This business goes above and beyond. He gives top-notch service. My son and I were traveling and going through the top of Florida we ran out of gas on the side of the highway around 1 am. Due to Michael the Hurricane doing damage 2 weeks prior they had a curfew from 6 pm to 6 am. I won't go into a rant how officials had no signs posted at erst stops or anywhere on the highway telling us you better get gas in Tallahassee because the next 100 miles everything will be closed and I mean everything. I was scared and stuck on the side of the road AAA and highway patrol couldn't help. H & H came out and gave us 2 or 3 gallons of gas to get us safely off of the highway. When we pulled off we saw him stop and do the same to others. I totally recommend this place and if I lived in the area I would be a customer for life. Thank you H & H.
H&H was amazing and it really saved us! Our car got stuck in the middle of the hurricane for hours and we couldn’t find anyone to help us, and he was quick to get to us and help us out. He was fair and didn’t charge us outrageous fees or emergency fees — amazing service at an amazing price. Definitely the company to call if you’re ever in need! He was so dependable and kept in touch with us until he arrived. Can’t recommend them enough.
I had a 26' box truck stuck in the mud at a local storage unit. It was a really sticky situation for me and the crew in the truck. I called H & H and they could not have handled the situation any better. Quick answer to my phone call. They got the tow truck out to my crew in an incredibly short amount of time. And the price was amazingly reasonable. Will be using them again if the need arises.
This was by far the BEST towing experience I've ever encountered. They came out on Christmas and saved the day! They were so friendly and genuine even on a day they should have had off. This company is first class and all the fellows that I dealt with are true gentlemen! I was mid way through a 3 week summer camping trip with my girls and my Tacoma decided to break down after I pulled over to close a hatch on my little camper. The truck wouldn't turn over and after numerous calls to my husband I looked into calling the local Toyota dealer. The friendly service guy at Toyota told me to give Wesley at H&H Enterprises a call to get towed. Being a mom on the road alone with two kids I was nervous and asked the Toyota service guy if this tow guy was friendly. He said he was one of the nicest guys around. My nerves were at ease. I called H&H and asked for Wesley and told him of my predicament (that I was traveling with my girls and was towing our "summer home" and that I was apprehensive of leaving it parked on the side of the road because it had all our stuff in it). He was kind and courteous and said that he would send a tow truck out right away. In under 10 minutes a tow truck pulled up and a guy named Mike shook my hand. I explained the deal once again. He looked under the hood and noticed that the battery was corroded and swollen and he thought that maybe if Billy the mechanic on duty was available, he could help me out. A few calls were made and in no time Billy was tinkering under the hood of the Tacoma. I was astounded by these guys. They were quick, friendly, honest and helped me on the spot. They went above and beyond with their service and their genteel ways. Thank you H&H Enterprises for helping this mom complete her summer travels!! FIVE STARS!!!
I recently moved from FL to GA and on our way up we stopped for the night and I left the lights on in my vehicle. I called H&H towing, got someone right away and he came quickly to jumpstart my car.The guy (wish I could remember his name) was extremely friendly and helpful. We were up and running within twenty minutes of my call and got here to GA with no more problems. The "fast and friendly" on their website definitely rings true. And I am thankful for the help. :)
