These guys went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist us. They went outside of their offered services to make sure our truck could safely get off the side of the interstate and to a repair shop. They covered everything and assisted me so much throughout the entire ordeal. Even down to making sure they got the truck to a safe place to park it overnight. Very kind and polite. Highly reccomended. 10/10

After waiting on 5 different tow trucks and progressive unable to get me a tow truck for over 20 hours. I opted to pay out of pocket and used this company. The driver arrived promptly was professional and courteous and made sure my big a$$ truck was loaded properly and secured and is on the way to the shop as long as its safely delivered I have no complaints and would reuse this company and recommend it to others

We had a blowout on our way out of town with no spare , so we called ASAP and they where there fast and professional and the driver Shawn was so helpful. Thank you Tim for sending us out a good driver that really knows what he was doing. Highly recommend

Forget AAA - this company deserves all of your business. We followed GPS through a backroad to avoid traffic (we know, we’re dumb) and got stuck in sand. AAA forgot to actually call a tow truck and after waiting an hour I google to find these amazing people with the best reviews in town. Shawn and Casey were absolutely amazing and kind. They straight up saved us. Would use again, hopefully never will need to. If I ever have a child I’ll name them “ASAP” after these freaking angel people.

So just got off work so very hot and cranky. I once again locked my keys in my car sitting right on the drivers seat idk how I do it. So good old google to find a locksmith and the first four can not help me in Graceville FL like really we drive too guys. This is the one company that will come here and help. Very nice and professional and 15 minutes to wait not bad. Thank y’all so much for your service at least this time the car is not running too.

We left pcb on Sunday and 45 minutes later we stopped a a store and come out to leave and my car wouldn't start. I called Tim and he was amazing, he towed my car and fixed it for me and I was on my way. Tim was awesome and if I ever go through Chipley again I'm to look Tim up and buy him lunch.

My husband and I were headed back to Georgia on a Sunday evening went our Tahoe starting running rough and we called ASAP, Tim answered and was gracious enough to help us out on a Sunday evening. We drove to his shop and him and Shawn were able to get us back on the road within the hour. Extremely knowledgeable, polite and good sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at ASAP.

When I needed a wrecker to get one of my mack roll off trucks pulled out. ASAP was there to help. Other companies said they didn't have the equipment needed to access the location, and recover my truck. ASAP had the experience, knowledge and equipment needed to get my mack out and running down the road in no time. The price was great and the service was on point. My daughter’s cars battery went dead on the first leg of her journey from Georgia to New Mexico State for her last year of school. I called Tim after finding him on google and chose him because of his rating. I am sure glad I did. He jumped her vehicle, and then went out of his way to do a diagnostic and replace the battery the next day. He picked up the car from the hotel and brought it back . The battery replacement and the time he took to make sure her car was able to make the cross country journey was reasonably priced and well below what I thought it would be. We were headed to vacation from Tampa when our alternator AND battery decided to quit on us on the middle of I-10. We did a quick google search and ASAP Towing was the first to pop up. When they answered the phone they were so helpful and professional. It didn’t take them long to get to us so we could move our car and the jet skis we were towing to a save place. They fixed the car for us in such a short amount of time and we were still able to get to our vacation spot on time. I HIGHLY recommend ASAP Towing. The service was absolutely exceptional.

Tim and ASAP towing are amazing. I was facing a 600 dollar bill. Hearing that had the parts required to fix the issue, he offred me a tow to his shop and let me use his tools to work on car. It is this kind of support when your having a bad day that makes you remember places. If anyone I know needs tow, im recommending ASAP towing.

About a week ago we blew a tire and called ASAP to come replace the blown one with a spare. Unfortunately the vehicle we were driving has a very difficult-to-access spare. Tim came out, QUICKLY, and got us up and rolling. He was extremely courteous and professional, and had us on our way much faster than we could've expected. I highly recommend Tim and the great people who run asap towing. They really went the extra mile to help my family and I at our time of need. We were stranded after the transfer case on my truck went out in the hot June sun. With my 2 year old son... Tim brought 2 vehicles to pick us all up. Was truly a God send. I can't say enough nice things about Tim and ASAP Towing. I was on my way to Chipley this past Saturday when I decided to take a little detour to look at a house that was for sale. Boy was that a mistake!! I got myself "stuck like chuck" on a country road in the finest of soft sand, all by myself, with no one or any houses nearby. Thank God I had cell phone service and was able to contact ASAP Towing through my Google search. Tim answered immediately and set out to find me on this unmarked country road. Once Tim arrived, he took the proper precautions to make sure that my Suburban was pulled out correctly and efficiently. It took a little time but he eventually got me unstuck and I was on my way to the party. I actually got there with 8 minutes to spare, thanks to Tim and his quick service. I highly recommend Tim and ASAP Towing to anyone.

Doing hurricane cleanup and our bobcat got stuck in the mud to the frame. Tried calling all the local wrecker crews and no-one was willing or able to respond. Tim offered to give it a go and was to the property in less than 30 minutes. Pulled us out and saved our work weekend.

Our car broke down in the middle of the night and Tim got to our car very quickly! He went above and beyond and answered all our questions (we had a LOT of questions, with six girls in the car, all freaking out). He helped us with our luggage, dropped off our car at the auto shop, and dropped us girls and helped us with our luggage again at the motel. I'm glad he made sure we all were safe and waited until we checked in and got in our room. Life saver!

Me and my friends were on our way back from Panama City Beach to Iowa for school after spring break. The serpentine belt on my car broke and not only did Tim show up quickly and efficiently to give me a tow but he also actually repaired my belt when the service shop in Chipley said they couldn't. All the while he was courteous, friendly, and genuinely kind. If you ever are around Chipley FL, this is the man you need to call. Thanks again Tim!!!!

Super service! We had a blowout on IH10 at Chipley. Tim arrived fast and towed us to a safe place. He fixed our Expedition that would not start after the blowout. He then towed us to a place to get new tires...on a Sunday. All for a very fair price. Thanks Tim.

I can honestly say this was the best experience i have had. I am active duty military. Was 1 hour away from home after starting me leave. They picked me up. Took me to oreilys. I bought an alternator and they installed it. Great service, great moral and overall customer service. This was at 8pm and i was back on the road within 2 hours. I dont see why the other reviews are so negative. These guys went way out their way and time to get me back same night. Thanks!!!

I would give them no stars if possible. Was promised they would fix my alternator problem, and instead the bought a new car battery on my own dime and charged $135 for their delivery of it, which took 2 hours of waiting in the Florida summer heat with my family and pets. Would recommend... finding anyone else

Unfortunately, we had a blowout on the interstate and having purchased a new set of tires, didn't think a spare was needed! Well, it was needed but we didn't have one. The owner of this business came out and pulled our rim off, went and got us a tire and came back and put it on! Reasonably priced as well! Definitely recommend ASAP!

ASAP does a great job!! Their response time was great and my truck was very well cared for. They went above and beyond to help us when we were in a pinch. I wouldn't trust anyone else to tow or haul for me!! Thanks!!

I was in need of having a boat and trailer towed back to my home due to a blown wheel bearing. Tim provided an honest time line as to his arrival, and was upfront as to the cost. He even came early to sit with the boat so I could leave and not have to wait on the tow truck. The customer and towing services that Tim provided were beyond my expectations and I highly recommend ASAP if you ever need a tow.
