Great great experience vehicles aren't totally torn apart have a lot of good parts on them and they are reasonably priced! Very kind people as well, this place thrives with good vibes y'all stop in and give them a chance you won't be disappointed! Not to mention I drove 3 hours for these parts and they had them and plenty more too!
Very responsive and attention to detail. Told him what I needed sent a picture and where to find it and he pulled it after I sent the money and shipped it out as the part was so little in price it didn’t make sense to drive over 3 hours to get it in person still waiting on the tracking number and that’s why I give a 4 star review

What happened to the proper paperwork I asked to be sent to me if that was the case? You should actually do your jobs & fixed cars & not reply to the reviews of innocent people telling their experience on this poor establishment. Your company sucks & I'm going to make sure I write a poor review every chance I get. Every single person there lacks the knowledge about cars including the owner!

Workers will give you a good price on Facebook marketplace & once you get there the owners will up the price on the part. After wasting my time driving 40 minutes ONE way & 40 minutes back home with my child. Dishonest people.
Afterwards they threaten my husband they would keep the part after already sent $100 through Zelle.
They sold me an injector control module for a great price. Because they made sure it was tested I had no surprises, and was able to plug and play it then fix my truck in time to pick up my kid from school :)
Note from other reviews that they are not a diagnosis service or a middle man. If you want to save the money by going direct, please make sure you know what you’re doing. Expecting a pull shop like this to pay for our mistakes would put them out of business and then we’d have none of these awesome places.
Recently purchased a g56 6 speed manual swap for my 2017 Ram 2500 from these guys. It was a great experience from start to finish. He included many extra parts to help me out along the way and communication was great. Freight shipping was fast and everything was secured to the pallet very well so nothing was lost during shipping. I would recommend this company to others who are looking to do swaps like this. Wasted 197.00 on a 2012 honda cvz lx told them that I need a 17in rim gotten a 16in rim they don't want Gove my refund back so now I'm tuck with a 16in rim don't want store credit just need my money back
My experience was horrible. Bought a part that I thought I needed. Turned out that I didn't need it and they refused to give me a refund. Only a store credit. I no longer had the car so I didn't need a store credit. No one informed me that I wasn't able to get refunds when I purchased it. The part they gave me was defective and they're expecting me to trade it in for another possibly defective part.
Ramy is the real deal, although I haven't delt with him face to face (only done online purchases) he always comes through, from the response time, reasonable prices, shipping time and packaging. I have already gone back to him 3 times and will recommend 100% to anyone. Keep it up my man!
The service this company provides is amazing. I had a blown motor in my 2011 3.8 genesis. Not only did they replace the motor they found out i had other problems with my car such as the starter, fuel pump, & Clutch. They replaced everything at an amazing price. My Gen runs amazing now. I Deff recommend them and i will be going back for an LS swap. Thank you guys so much!! Nothing short of 5 star service!
Ordered a part through them. They did a lot of work for me to find the part. Originally they told me they did not have it, but found one at another yard. They told me they could have it delivered on Tuesday if I ordered Saturday. Tuesday came around and no part. They did not receive the part till either very late Friday or early Saturday. Truck had unknown delay. I know it's not the guys at the shops fault but the situation was very inconvenient. My wife and I were down to one car during this time both trying to work. I emailed the main office and got a response. They were able to put together a delivery to the address I needed for free in the same day. I know it's almost a week late, but I appreciate the part of making it right and taking care of me. Things happen, it's the response that counts.

Unprofessional, disorganized, and messy. Negotiated for parts on Friday. Promised pickup by Monday morning. Not ready. Promised Tuesday morning. Not ready. Promised Tuesday afternoon. Not ready. Promised by Wednesday afternoon. Make the 3 hour drive (turned into a 5 hour drive due to an accident). We called before we left. Told it was ready. 2 hours into the drive, called them to notify of the delay. We were told the chairs were stuck, but everything else was ready. Called us at 230 to let us know it was ready to go. Arrived at just past 3, and NOT A SINGLE PART WAS READY. They hadn’t pulled anything! I sat and waited for almost 2 hours, while they didn’t even know which parts we needed. I had to tell them several times what they were supposed to be getting, even though we had communicated over the phone a good dozen times and confirmed all the parts. Because of all this, we didn’t even get all of the pieces we were supposed to be getting! Just a mess.
Solid costumer service and expedient delivery. At first I was skeptical about buying online through a second supplier, but Izzat and his family at M&K quickly reassured any doubts I had. Honest and approachable. Izzat quickly refunded money on a part that was damaged and solidified my business by working with me on a deal we both agreed on. Definitely buying more parts from them in the future! Hard to find such honestly when buying online.
I ordered some used interior parts and they came promptly. I only had a slight issue with the packaging, but it did not affect the part whatsoever. I would consider working with them again. Izzat was very friendly and provided me with several detailed pictures of the parts I needed before they were sent off.
Order a power steering pump and a front transmission mount, not the only occasion where I have done business with this company. Good reputable business. Izzat is provides great customer service. Always keeps the customer in the loop whether looking for parts up to keeping the tracking up to date. Quality and affordable prices!
I would actually like to state that regardless what every one had posted m and k used auto parts did get new management and we changed some of the policies Gary Hobbs is no long with them and also would like to state half of you that say that customer service sucks I have seen a majority of you come in with attitudes demanding things instead of ask politely and in a civilized manner and if parts are faulty they replace them with out an issue. I never had a problem with them and as long as the parts are installed correctly it is all guaranteed.
