Awesome job today guys had an appointment at 1 PM to have two lifts available to swap tires and wheels. Pull up five minutes prior. They had the lift available. Pulled my trucks in had me out of there in 30 to 40 minutes. Much appreciated job well done.
Billy's did a great job putting a new front axle in my Ford Edge. I'm seeing how far this vehicle will go with 182,000 miles so far. No more clicking and clunking every time I push down the gas pedal. And the price was more than fair.
Believe the great reviews. Billy's charged just over half of what other companies estimated for towing service, and the phone staff was very patient with all of my questions. They fit me in on a busy day when my battery died and would take a charge from my portable charger. Mark, the tow truck driver, jump started the car but still offered to tow it if I wasn't comfortable driving it. I said I'd drive, so he offered to follow me to the dealership to make sure I was ok. They'll be our go-to from now on.

We are so pleased with the excellent service Billy's Auto Service provided. Our Ford F150's AC stopped working. They explained that they believed it was the Evaporator Coil based on all the weird symptoms. They replaced the Evaporator Coil at a very reasonable price. Mullinax Ford initially diagnosed a faulty water pump and replaced it. Then they said the AC had an internal block and wanted to charge us an astronomical fee to fix it. Needless to say Billy's is our new auto repair and service of choice!!

Billy’s Auto was professional, quick and knowledgeable from beginning to end. I went to an Acura dealer for something else and they turned around and gave me a list of things that needed attention (60k mile service) which they overpriced and quoted at over $2,500 to do. I found Billy’s by doing my own search and called them for a quote. The final price was the same they quoted me at for front differential, transmission flush, spark plugs and timing belt. It took them one day to do the work. Their business left me with a great first impression and I plan on bringing my car back for regular maintenance and any other issue. Their location is conveniently located and it is very clean inside and out. You can tell they are honest people trying to do a good job and they did just that. Thank you!
James was very friendly and professional. I scheduled an appt at 8am and by 10am I was contacted with the problem with my A/c and the reasonable cost to ha e it fixed. Very satisfied with our first time experience with Billy's auto and will definitely use them again. Definitely recommend this place.

Review Update: They must have changed ownership. The new owners overcharge and provide rude, unreliable service. What a shame. I'm back to looking for an honest, reliable auto mechanic. I won't be back here again.
A really nice place to have your car serviced. I had my car towed here (because that's the only place Geico would pay to be towed to) and boy am I glad that I did. The people are all nice, they don't rob you blind or try to sell you something you don't need, and they're always consistent with their schedule.

Before you choose a mechanic, go to Billy’s and look at this large group of professional Mechanics .There is a reason they are so busy, so busy taking good care for their customers. Neighbors suggested Billy's 5 years ago. They have worked on 2 of our autos Audi and Honda. Both run brilliantly. They go above and beyond. Couldn't think of going elsewhere!. Nicole schedules and boy she knows her stuff. Professional, courteous, pleasant and honest.
I had my vehicle towed to Billy's Auto as the vehicle would not run and I needed front end work done.. It was determined that there were two relay switches were bad. The relays were replace with used ones they had laying around the shop. (I was told this by a representative from Billy's.) My thought was, would a professional shop put used electrical parts on a car of truck? I was charged $200 for the diagnosis and the installation of used relays?? Learning of this was disturbing. One other challenge I had was that they would not contact you to tell you if there was another problem or challenge with the vehicle and then quote or tell you what the charge would be like most auto shops would typically do? I was contacted by the shop stating the truck was ready. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle; The truck had to be jump started? If the truck was ready and running properly;why would the vehicle need to be jump started? This was after paying $1100 dollars in CASH. I settled the bill and began my trip home. I immediately noticed the vehicle was running very rough. The vehicle would not idle correctly. I noticed the battery gauge was fluctuating as I turned on the radio, lights and windshield wipers were on. I stopped at a stoplight and the vehicle almost stalled. As I continued home, I could tell the battery was being drained. Luckily I did not have far to travel to get home. When I arrived home I turned the vehicle off. I then proceeded to wash and clean the vehicle. I then attempted to start the vehicle to move it to another location in the driveway. The vehicle would not start! I had to jump it. I the thought, I will take it out for a ride attempting to get the alternator and battery charged up. I returned home, turned the vehicle off for about two minutes. The vehicle would not start and again, the vehicle needed to be jumped. I immediately contacted Billy's to let them know about my experience. They asked me to return the vehicle to the shop on the following Monday. On Monday, I dropped the vehicle off. A couple of days later I received a call stating they were going to put new relays in the vehicle and that the alternator was bad. This part was just over a year old and still under warranty thankfully. They ordered the replacement alternator and installed it. Why was this not found or determined during the first diagnosis? You know, due to the challenges I had experienced using this company for the first time, you would think they would make an adjustment on the bill for the inconvenience. Nope, I was charged another $140 dollars on top of the $1100 I had already paid?
No gesture was ever offered for the challenges and inconvenience. I felt I had been gouged and taken advantage of. This was my first and last time I will conduct business with this company. I do wish I could share a better experience. However, I cannot.
From Michigan, here on vacation and had brake problems. Billy’s was recommended to me and didn’t let me down. They could have up charged me due to my lack of flexibility as I had to get the work done to get home safely. Instead they manage to get the work done at a very fair price and managed to save the calipers which are known for having to be replaced when this work is done. They were very kind, and worked around my schedule as best they could. I now highly recommend getting your work done here as well. It’s not my entire extended families go to automotive place when in Vero!
The lighter socket in my car didn’t have any power. I called a couple of shops but they all told me they were busy and I would have to leave my car at the shop. When I called Billy’s Nicole told me to come over and they would check it and fix it right there if it was just a fuse. When I came to their shop on 43d ave and 41st Street, Nicole immediately sent one of their technicians to check the car. He checked the car, it was a fuse, he replaced the fuse. It all took 2 minutes. Great service, great people! Thank you!
I Recently, had the AC Compressor replaced on my '04 Civic and they did a GREAT JOB, at a GREAT PRICE!! I called various places around town and got quotes from $900 to $1,300!! I Called Billy's Auto and they quoted me around $800.00 Took my car in and it came to around $800.00. I Didn't get the two page list of everything, that needs to be done, like you get at most shops. Today, I had a problem with the connection to my battery, I brought it in and they had it fixed in under 10min and didn't even charge me a dime!! Now, that's GREAT SERVICE!!

I was referred to Billy's by a friend for my auto service needs, I was not disappointed. We had just returned from a 3 month trip up north and our Jeep had developed a few problems while we were gone. I made an appointment with Billy's and they took me in and fixed all the problems and a few I did not know about. Excellent service, we will come back for all our auto repair or service needs.
My daughter is a student and needed some work done on her car. I normally do all the work on her car but I live in NY and she is near their shop. I was worried because it would be so easy to take advantage of her. These guys were great! The repair was small and I knew it wouldn't tale long - they did the work fast and charged her a fair price. I now feel better knowing that she has a fair auto repair shop to take care of her car.
