I can’t say enough good things about Troy from Nettles Towing. After swerving to avoid a dog that ran into the road, I hit a curb and ended up busting two tires and bending a rim. I was shaken up and frustrated, but the moment my insurance sent the request, Troy called me right away and gave me an accurate ETA.
He could tell I was flustered, and instead of rushing the call, he talked me through it and asked if my car was still steering. When I said yes, he assured me that was a good sign, which immediately helped calm me down. Once he arrived, he went above and beyond, he even looked underneath my car to check for additional damage and gave me guidance on what rims to replace and what to expect next. His reassurance and knowledge turned a really stressful night into something manageable.

Joe did a great job! Picked me up in less than 20 min. Being from out of town and not knowing the area, he and Nettles Towing made a stressful situation an absolute pleasure.
Mike went the absolute extra mile when towing my Tesla. I was stranded on the side of the road 4 1/2 miles from fort drum service plaza at 12:30 at night. Mike showed up happy and ready to take the job. He made sure me and my girlfriend were comfortable our 1hr 1/2 ride home. His truck was well kept and clean. Even after I had him tow us to an alternative location in fort Pierce to have Tesla come pick up the car, Tesla denied my roadside service request due to my aftermarket wheels on the vehicle. Mike took the time out of his day to come back, and rehook the car and take it all the way back to my house. He is friendly, hardworking, and gives nettles a great name in the towing industry. I will be referring people in the future to Mike as he did a superb job and went the extra mile in his services.

I don’t normally leave reviews unless absolutely necessary. I called my roadside assistance for State Farm and this company was dispatched to me. I also informed State Farm what a wonderful professional reliable towing company they have in your partnership. Mike was quick, friendly, an expert and straight to the point. I’m a busy single mom with no time to waste. I literally was with him two minutes before he was hooking up my car to take it to the shop. I’m from Miami, but broke down in Stuart. When I move up this way, I’ll definitely be using and recommending this company to everyone I know. Thank you Nettles Towing! 10 out of 10 experience!!!
I can’t thank Nettles Towing—especially Mike and his coworker (whose name I regret not getting)—enough for their outstanding service. After one of the most stressful and exhausting mornings I’ve experienced, they truly came through. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a towing service. They were INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Mike even stayed afterward to chat with us about the company and different scenarios he's been in, which really meant a lot. Hopefully, I won’t need a tow anytime soon, but if I ever do, I know exactly who to call.
Nettles is the only towing company that I will trust with any vehicle that I have owned. I have been using nettles since I could drive and have always treated my car with upmost care.
Don't even bother calling these guys, the lack of professionalism is INSANE!!! YOU GUYS HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO TREAT YOUR COSTUMERS. We were told the wait was 1 hour, then WE call back after the hour and the answer is "the driver should call you in less than 30 min" , after the 30 min passed, WE call back and the answer is the driver had a problem and that they needed to assign a different driver. We ended up waiting more than 2 hours just to end up with the tow driver leaving right in front of us!! not even an apologize from their side!!!. you didn't even bother to call us for 1 minute to at least give us an update that the wait was gonna be more than what we were told at first. We drove 2 hours to Vero beach to fix our Vehicle that was less than a mile from the shop and this people made us waste our time, all you had to do is tell us the wait is 2, 3 hours or so and we will contact another company to do the job...
These guys here at what they seem to call a respectable establishment left us stranded for over 3 hours waiting for a tow service, terrible customer service no type of resolution whatsoever we had to reschedule all of our errands and appointments for that day… STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH A HARDSHIP peace out
Nettles towing is amazing. I needed my car towed from Port Saint Lucie to West Palm Beach like , right then. Cheyenne was able to get someone to get my car and safely deliver her to my mechanic. The price was super cheap considering the mileage and fuel needed. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my car for me !!!!!
Great company! I was so upset my car broke down I called Nettles Towing and the lady who answered the phone was so nice a helpful, the tow truck came so quickly and Mike the driver was so friendly and funny! Made a stressful situation so much better! I highly recommend this awesome company!
The absolute best service around. The office was super sweet and understanding with my situation. It was a bit of a drive for them so I appreciated their promptness. Very polite group who got me set up and my car where it needed to be. I would recommend to everyone. Would definitely use again but fingers crossed for no more issues
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Absolutely terrible service. If I could give it Zero stars I would. This company is not only very unreliable, they will also be dishonest to you. Hours and hours of waiting after they told me someone was on the way, to tell us it was no longer going to happen.
They would hang up the phone every call, no updates, not a single positive experience in any aspect.
This experience speaks about the lack of professionalism and services offered at this company. If you encounter yourself in a situation where you might need them, feel free to call anyone else. They won’t care about you.

I have never had a car towed before so I was a little bit anxious all night wondering if my car would be in good hands, but Mike came to tow my car to the Kia dealership And he was very kind and I could tell he had done this a few times. He was very careful with my baby, and I knew when he pulled away that my car would be in good hands. Prior to calling Nettles Towing Our family was stranded for hours waiting for a different towing company to come pick us up. After 3 hours that other towing company cancelled with no notice.
We were desperate and frustrated but the call staff and driver literally came to our rescue.
Nettles Towing stepped up to the plate and provided quick service with a smile. They got to us faster than the estimate and rescued my little kids from dangers of breaking down on the side of the turnpike.

I had to call my car insurance company and use the roadside assistance due to a unrepairable flat tire. They arranged for Nettles Towing to tow my vehicle to my house. Stuck on the side of the road on a hot Saturday afternoon, I was thinking I'd have to wait an hour or more, but I didn't! The tow truck was there in 15 minutes! He came with the correct tow truck for my vehicle which was a flat bed. Great and fast service!
On April 28, 2023, my car would not start. I called Nettles and they told me someone would be there in 45 minutes and quoted me a fair price to tow car from north Vero Beach to south FortPierce, FL. The driver, Alan, called me and said he was on his way and showed up in about 35 minutes. He had to push the car to get it into a position to be able to get car onto the flatbed. Could not be happier with Alan and fee to tow the car. I recommend Nettles Towing to anyone who needs a tow. From my experience, They are the best.

Not only was she 90 minutes faster than the ETA (It only took her 5 minutes to come to us). She was super helpful, friendly, and informative. She told me everything as she was doing it, and was able to tow my car even though it's lowered.
I was worried because I've tried putting it on a trailer before, and it was too low!
She got my car towed in the blink of an eye. And she was very careful and attentive. She got my car on the ramp without anything scraping or scratching my car.
Alex went above and beyond. Not only was she able to help me tow my car to the mechanic right before they closed, but she was kind enough to drive me to the mechanic and help push my car into the lot.
You don't meet many people who care as much about what they do or who they do it for.
In the past, I've had to wait hours for roadside assistance, just to have subpar service. This was by far the best experience I've had with with road side assistance.
