Just had to get towed to a mechanic this afternoon. The receptionist's arrival estimate was both reasonable and accurate (1.5 hours). The price was reasonable. And the driver, I think his name is Trevor, was great. Kind and helpful, and he let my son push the levers to load the vehicle which made him about die of happiness. 10 out of 10 would call again if I had to, although Lord willing I won't have to again.
Some of the most unprofessional people I ever experienced in my life when you ask questions about your property everyone including the owner or whoever gives you an attitude if you can avoid these people please do save you a lot of headache
Charlie picked up my car after an accident. He was so kind, thoughtful and professional when I was feeling pretty sad. When I went to get my belongings out of the car, the staff were super nice, helpful and patient. I recommend highly.
I can't say enough great things about Travis for coming so quickly to tow my car when it broke down this morning and the receptionist. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but she was very kind. Travis showed up and explained how his brother has a mustang too and we just talked about life while he was hooking my car up to the tow truck. Nice when people are just being people. Top notch service. I will definitely be using these guys if I ever need to be towed again.
Unfortunately my car broke down today and was over heating, and I was stuck on the side of the road. Luckily I called Charlie Towing , and they gave me an estimated time from 25-30 minutes , and as they predicted my driver I believe his name was Lance showed up at the correct time on the dot and also was able to get it loaded quckily and efficiently. I always use Charlie towing and highly recommend Charlie towing thank you very much !
AVOID Charlie's Car Towing at All Costs
I recently had the misfortune of using Charlie's Car Towing, and it was an absolute nightmare. The estimated arrival times are a joke - I was told 75 minutes, then 48 minutes, and finally 1 hour.
The worst part? *THEY NEVER SHOWED UP*. That's right, after all the lies and false promises, they simply failed to arrive.
The constant lies and false promises from their representatives were bad enough, but the complete lack of service is unacceptable. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers' time or well-being.
If you don't mind waiting for hours, being fed a steady stream of lies, and ultimately being left stranded, then maybe Charlie's Car Towing is for you. But if you value your time and sanity, stay far, far away.
Blessings come in many forms. I received one today from Charlie’s Towing. Fist, let me say that the service was beyond anything I expected. From the initial call to the delivery of my auto, the service was A++++++. Quickly dispatched, on-time arrival, all courtesy extended with the delivery of my car, and a demeanor that cannot be matched. My experience with my tower, Martine, will be a forever memory. The professionalism, compassion, and kindness that this gentlemen extended to me on what I feel to be one of the worst days of my life, will always be considered a BLESSING. I hope one day to have an opportunity to repay this “diamond in the rough” man - in this day and age - for restoring my faith in people. Thank you, Martine!!!!!!
This is now 6 months later and another wonderful experience with Charlie's Towing. Tim tried to start my car and knew IMMEDIATELY what it was, my key. After towing me home, he saved me a lot of money because I did not need a mechanic; I simply needed to use my "other" car key. AMAZING.....................

From calling for an estimate to my friends vehicle being removed from a very difficult position, was a great experience. Mitch was absolutely the best. Explained that he would get it out and she had nothing to worry about. He did and made her day.

Best tow company I’ve ever dealt with and believe me I have dealt with a lot of them. Had a really rough week and Friday night on my way home to West Palm Beach from Orlando my truck breaks down. Got a hold of Charlie‘s and they went above and beyond to take care of me. Fast, extremely friendly and very professional. The girl I spoke with was knowledgeable, reassuring, and kind of had a sexy voice.

What an incredible experience!!! Amazing customer service when I called. Professional and safe driver. He took great care of my truck, was very polite. They were quick to get me picked up and dropped off. I highly recommend them any time you need a tow.
My Suburban’s battery died at a busy intersection, so I was feeling a little panicked. Dispatch was friendly and efficient, and within 30 minutes, tow truck arrived. Cheyenne took great care in getting the truck loaded up and to the auto shop. Very reasonable charge and smooth payment transaction paying with card. It’s never a good day when you need a tow truck, but Charlie’s made it less stressful with great service!
Kenny and Kasey helped me big time, my boat and trailer were in a car accident, they were able to tow my boat and trailer safely then helped me transfer my boat to my new trailer. Not an easy task but they did it effortlessly! They know what they are doing.
Lifesaver! They came out for my Gieco roadside assistant call on a Sunday. They got there super quick! My car tire was at a weird angle and on a bunch of small rocks. She made sure to take the extra time to make sure it was done right and done safe. It wasn't an easy change of tire, but she did great and in the hot sun!
If I could give more stars I would,. Courtney, Josh, Kenny and Martin have saved us in so many ways. They provide excellent and professional service! They always go above and beyond to help us tow our fifth wheel. As a business owner, I would highly recommend Charlie's!!!!
Just wanted to rave about Martin who has helped me now twice with unlocking my car. He has a great personality and has made the process quick and easy. Appreciate all the help and would 10/10 recommend Charlie’s towing. If ever you find yourself locked out of your vehicle ask for Martin but be sure to have jokes ready
Got a flat tire on the way to work this morning. Called AAA, and they were sending somebody from Port St. Lucie who was going to take an hour to get here. Decided to get out and change my own tire - only reason I hadn’t was because I was dressed for work and hoping not to get black marks on my clothes. Got started, and Kim from Charlie’s pulled up, got out, and helped me get my tire changed. She was incredible, and super fast! Only 20 minutes late for my freshman English class.I would have been an hour and a half late if I waited on AAA. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Kim, you rock!!
Driving way over the speed limit running up on cars and then swerving and cutting off cars like a crazy person. Would not use this company if this is the behavior of this companies driver.
Charlie’s Towing is absolutely the best. My entire family has used them over several years. Martin was so fantastic and came quickly and was so efficient and also helped talk me down re a car issue which always brings people anxiety. I needed to have a tire changed and Scott came out to assist me. He is the most pleasant and helpful person I've had for assistance with a vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure that a seriously messed up issue was resolved. Definitely kudos! Scott is a wonderful asset for this company!

My car broke down and needed a tow from Vero to Ft Pierce ( unable to get it into local dealership for two weeks). I had a very important doctor's appointment, explained this to the dispatcher. I didn't catch her name but she was wonderful! When it appeared it was going to be about a two hour wait, she contacted the owner, and he came out and towed me right away! Kenny was awesome! Appreciate the caring customer centered service provided! Highly recommend!
My car broke down in Fort Pierce. I called Charlie’s Tow Company and the dispatcher Kim was friendly, professional and very help full. She dispatched the tow truck driver Scott to my location right away. Scott arrived very quickly. My disabled niece and I only had to wait about 10 minutes for him to arrive. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. He helped me get my niece in the truck. The price was affordable as well. Thank you again Kim and Scott for your services
Was assigned to this company by my auto insurance roadside assistance. The dispatcher called within minutes after the tow was arranged to confirm the type of vehicle to ensure they had the right equipment for the job. They arrived within fifteen minutes of the estimate given by my insurance company. Both the dispatcher and driver were friendly and helpful. The tow truck operator knew exactly what to do to get my nonfunctional vehicle functioning enough to back it out of my driveway and get it hooked up to his truck. He made sure to ask if there was any particular person at the dealership to contact when he got there. It’s now at the service department being made functional again, and I would certainly use Charlie’s Towing another time. Although I sincerely hope I never have to.
My friends and I were travelling when our car suddenly got a flat tire. We were stranded in a middle-of-nowhere strip of the Florida turnpike and needed a tow to the closest tire repair shop which was 40 minutes away. Logan was our saving grace. He got to us rather quickly, I want to say less than an hour. He was so helpful and kind to me and my friends. He got our car towed safely and was just super helpful throughout everything. We really appreciate Logan for his help and definitely recommend Charlie's Towing (God forbid you need an emergency tow)!
Martin was amazing taking care of my car in my time of need. My car had a tire blowout on 95 South and he towed it to Sam’s they helped us replace the tire. Martin had great service thank you so much for helping my family and I.
Great service , they pick up my vehicle less than an hour, the driver was professional, and it wasn't expensive to get my car towed to my mechanic shop.
Fantastic service, give them a call. I use towing companies all across the US and it's hard for certain companies to follow specific instructions but they followed them to the T... Thank you Courtney and Tim, you guys gave us great service.
