Fast response was great to work with. They showed up within 30 minutes, took great care when loading my truck onto the flat bed and got me to where I needed to go. Would highly recommend them.
If I could give 10 stars I would. I'm extremely happy with the service I received from them. Carlos and his wife are kind and professional. They took care of my car and myself like I'm family. Maria, Carlos's wife, made sure my personal belongings were safe and intact. The shop is impeccably clean. I paid cash, out of pocket and Carlos took care of me. This was a tragic event in my life and Fleet Masters Towing handled me eloquently and with utmost kindness. I highly recommend them.
Carlos is so wonderful. He was so easy to work with at a time that was so stressful. I totaled my car and was 114 miles away from home. Did not know what to do about my car getting released to insurance company and my license plate due to never had a accident before. Carlos and the girl in office did a 110 percent customer service.This was the best towing company I have ever dealt with. Great customer service.Will referre them to everyone I speak to. Awsome job. These guys are wonderful. They have all the equipment you need. They are very polite. I was an hour from home and they brought me back to Vero Beach took my car to the yard and then drove me home to my house. It couldn’t get any better than that. These guys are wonderful and they were there in a short time to pick me up.
