I actually found this place on eBay, but I ended up going to the place in person, now I can definitely say that if I would have purchased the transmission that I needed over eBay that it would have went great,and the price was absolutely wonderful. But I'm glad I went in person because Keith(the person in charge) I'll just say that you definitely will be everything BUT unsatisfied.

Recently purchased an F150 King Ranch seat for one of my project vehicles. Tony was a great help in sending additional photos of the product before hand and even helped load it up. I will be sure to purchase from them again in the future… Thanks again!

Quite frankly, the 2 guys manning the front desk were rather helpful. Tony was 1of the 2 guys I'm writing about. He helped my buddy in acquiring the essentials+ saving a bit more 💰 on top of the posted prices. The other guy assisted me, searching 4 parts i needed. Long story short: on my way out the door i noticed a set of 4 aluminum rims for sale. After much discussion about proper fit n size, i purchased them. I then went next door 2 c if they had set of 4 tires that'll fit on rims. However, just b4 i was 2 purchase tires i was notified by Tony via my buddy, that it's not going 2 fit my 🚚. Hence, the man Tony earned my respect n appreciation. He chose good business n propper conduct over a fast buck n shady€+€@%×&_. I most definitely will do business wit him in the future. Respect.

Both door panels arrived very quickly! And extremely well packaged! I appreciate you working with me on a best offer for these panels. I bought my car used and didn’t notice the driver side door panel was cracked and the dealership wasn’t willing to help at all. Though I had to buy both door panels so they’d match, this was still an excellent deal and after 2 years, I finally having a great looking, fully functional door panel. Thank you again! (Couldn’t fit all this in my eBay feedback so I wanted to make sure you were how awesome your service is!) Trey was awesome and responded each step of the way! Good price and fast service. The business looked like it was in good hands. They do all kinds of automotive repair from the looks. You cannot pull your own parts though. This is by far the best yard I've found. Trey went above and beyond in helping me find a harness for my PT Cruiser. He kept in contact with me the whole time and called me once it was boxed and ready to ship. His customer service was outstanding. Purchased a rim/wheel for my car that I ended up having to return. Greg was super nice and willing to answer any of my questions (made several phone calls and he never sounded annoyed). I purchased an Airbag for the passenger side of a 2001 Jeep Cherokee. The Airbag was packed very well and the shipping was very fast. The Airbag was in Excellent condition as described by the salesperson Trey. I highly recommend Trey at Brandon Salvage. There prices are great as well. Just purchased a rim for my car at this location. James and Tony are awesome and treat you like family. My dad recently passed away and I know NOTHING about cars he normally would help me or talk to whoever was trying to “help” me over the phone to make sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. This was my first car purchase without him of course I was crying. They made sure I had the correct parts and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Not only do I feel confident about the purchase I can now drive safe with my newborn daughter in the back seat. Thank you so much y’all you don’t know how much I appreciate what you did for me.

I needed a replacement RH mirror. Natalie located one in stock and had the replacement done while I waited. The price was very acceptable and it was a completely pleasant experience.

Thanks to Trey for working so hard to to try and get a refund on shipping damage on a door I bought from Brandon Auto Slavage. Even after the shipper denied the claim they still paid me back for the damage done to the door. Excellent customer service and Trey went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the results. Great Service! Gary and Melissa were great to work with in the Mechanic shop. Gary's a straight shooter and will give you his honest advice. This is my 3rd time and will definitely be back.

I was looking for a door for a Kia Soul, found it at Brandon and gave them a call. Trey took care of me from beginning to end. Got me more photos of the part, talked to me about condition and what was included, worked with me on shipping (it had to come to California) had it packed well and shipped. Door was as advertised, arrived in good condition. The price was fair, the service was great. If you need a part and they have it, give Trey a call. He'll take good care of you.

The gentleman who assisted me was nice enough but still just a salesman.....I trusted them to know if the parts I bought were interchangeable with my truck....they got 1 outta 2 right. They have a NO return policy so I am out a bill. Am very grateful for the the 1 they did get right because it got me back on the road but disappointed about losing $100 for not fully verifying with the vin numbers myself before walking out the door......Don't do what I did and verify for yourself.....just a heads up. Per Owner response: Sorry you were disappointed with my review. I felt it was accurate. I didn't say you cheated me I stated my own fault by not verifying the parts info myself and only relying on someone else and I also stated that one part did work and was grateful for the part. If I wanted to leave a bad review I would not have placed blame also on myself and would not have been grateful for the one correct part. Please dont try to accuse me or anyone of being unfair......it is my opinion, not yours......Hey do you have a guilty conscious about something? Is that why you accused me of being unfair? Brian worked with me to get parts that I needed that are not normally separated from their home. Very pleased and happy with them. Not sure why there are so many 1-2 star reviews but I'd definitely shop here again considering how kind they were to me.

I've dealt with Trey on several occasions. I bought a door some panels, two seats a steering column and other stuff for my 2002 F 150 (not a Ranger).
