I ordered a tow through my insurance company. The gave a estimate of 90 minutes to arrive. I called Snaps Express Towing to get the eta and a Very rude and nasty lady who said the tow would be another 45 minutes. I asked for a supervisor and the lady said she was the owner, she provided no empathy or customer service she said I was being rude and she canceled my tow. If this lady was the owner PLEASE PLEASE don't use this service. Diabolical customer service!! This lady really must hate herself to provide this kind of lack of customer service at her own company. Self sabotage is real.
This is the only true old school towing business. I've seen them tow away RVs that had burnt up. I've seen them deliver a tractor to clean up the mess after the flames had been extinguished. I've seen them wrap the RV with plastic to keep pieces from falling in the road. They hauled it away. Other company's were given almost 400$ to come out and say no. They have a 100% rating with the Hillsborough county sheriff's office.
This company is terrible! My parents were in a car crash, dad in the hospital and mom woth almonds severe concussion. This company gave us such a hard time just trying to get their items from the car and even after we got a motorized letter from my parents insurance they still gave us a hard time to the point I needed to get my concussed mother to their office. The office staff are sleazy and sarcastic, they only care about getting more and more money even after you do what they want. They are terrible, please use anyone else if you need towing.
They towed my husbands car last summer after an accident. It was towed directly to our home and released immediately upon payment. Now nearly a year later they randomly charged his card $145! We have never used them again. We haven’t had any vehicles towed. I don’t know why they still have my husbands card info. He had to file a fraud claim and have a new card issued. Would not trust this company with my card info at all!
Called for a tow- guy was honest about estimated wait. Competent driver got the job done. Polite, funny, and safety minded on a busy road’s shoulder. Recommend!!
I called Express Towing & Recovery to arrange a pickup and provided both my address and phone number. Unfortunately, they never showed up and didn’t bother to call or follow up. It was a complete waste of time trying to coordinate with them over the phone. Very disappointing experience — don’t count on them if you’re stranded and need reliable help.
Wendy the dispatcher is awesome! The Driver Robert is excellent and very professional!. He was there in less than 20 minutes. Amazing team work. There price is better than the competition. I will absolutely use them again when I need a tow.
Express Towing and Recovery has been amazing to work with. Not only were they able to successfully dispose of an old RV at one of our customer's property, but they went above and beyond! We received feedback from our customer stating that they cleaned the area very well and even regraded the property, leaving it better than before. Hats off to these folks.

Stop googling for tow services. Very happy with services. Last minute breakdown on the way to work on a busy Friday and yet they still responded rapidly WITH great customer service. Cost is very reasonable for our area. What are you waiting for...call them!
The absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Wendy is terrible. They are not good people. The location was sketchy. I was legitimately scared. The whole experience made me feel very uncomfortable.

Dan and Dale were unbelievable. I had to schedule a towing by appointment only, from a location in Pinellas County. Over the course of a few phone calls we were able to lock in date, time, location, drop off and cost. They answered my phone calls everytime, arrived 10 minutes early and gave me a courtesy call once vehicle was delivered to drop off location. No need to call another another towing outfit......these guys are what you're looking for. Give them a call! Thanks again guys!

This is my 1970 RV that was towed by Shaun Cooper at express towing llc in valrico fl. This tow company blew the new engine. $20,000.00 in damage. I contacted the owner only to be told they would take no responsiblity for their actions. I have contacted consumer agencies with not much help. I suppose court in my next step. I would really like to resolve this issue. Any help welcomed.
Just had them tow my car for me. They gave me the right time estimate it would take. Everything was professional and a flat rate, no shady business. Competitive price. They pick up the phone and have top notch customer service. My go to from now on.
I am the Manager at a different Towing Company here in town. I was driving today and had to pick a car up from their yard. First class customer service these people provided. The Manager even came into the yard to make sure everything was alright. Darrin a guy in the office was an absolute gem to work with. I highly recommend this Company The owners definitely have great employees, everyone here was happy smiling and extremely helpful. Thanks Dan Darrin and even some of their drivers were super kind. I think the one guys name Was Juan and another driver Jordan even directed me on how to get into their shut gatw. These people are truly the Best!

I would give them zero stars if possible. This company towed a truck front my front yard, not only did the driver get stuck and have to call another tow truck, they left huge holes in my front yard, had the nerve to use my lawn bricks to pull his truck, he broke them and tore up the grass in my yard. I tried several times to contact the owner, not once did I get a call back or an apology. Totally unacceptable, run by a bunch of unprofessional idiots. I have included just a few of the pictures of what they left in my yard. Don't use these people, the owner could not even call me back to even apologize or offer to replace ehat he broke or the grass he destroyed . STAY AWAY

Well. My car was towed from my gf apartment after misunderstood the guest parking permit rules. Fortunately the tow guys were pretty nice, unfortunately I thinki got the rookie driver because he managed to destroy my front end. Thankfully the boss man worked with me on settling out for the trouble but I'd rather have simply paid the tow expense since I was originally in the wrong instead of having to spend my weekend fixing someone's negligence. But I hate to admit I am upset the driver managed to do so much damage on a brand new car with 3400 miles. Pics of before and after below. Apparently they're usually pretty good drivers but I can only offer up my own experience. Some might say well you deserve it for getting your car towed but even despite the fact it was from my gfs gated private community and from a simple misunderstood permit situation were we have the permit and just forgot to place it in the car, the damage is solely that drivers responsibility. I'd say he needs retrained asap before I let him get behind wheel of another tow truck lest he run into a less patient person than me.
Driver clearly popped my tire. Asked to speak to the owner after calling several times. Darren answered the phone and would not take my name or number.
