Cannot thank this company enough! Moving my father from florida to Virginia and our trailer tire blew out. Pulled over to fix it and our truck lost all power. After three run ins woth uhaul screwing us over TIA came in clutch with the long distance haul of our truck and trailer! The tow truck driver ran into issues with blow outs on our trailer and he fixed two blow outs on the trip. Kept in contact with me the whole time every step of the way.

My husband called they responded fast we were both on the phone with the lady when he told her where he was - he was very specific- and the lady “yea I got it” told us the charge was $150 - we paid. She called my husband back and said the driver was there and my husband said no he isn’t - she pulled the wrong location - then proceeded to tell my husband that we owed another $100 because the location was farther - TERRIBLE customer service. You didn’t listen to what my husband told you about his location but were held accountable and charged more. I would not recommend this company.
I had a great experience with TIA Transport and Towing. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were right on time for both the pickup and delivery. I called eight other companies, and TIA had the most affordable rate—significantly cheaper than the rest. The service was professional, smooth, and stress-free. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable towing.
This morning I called multiple towing companies and chose the soonest availability with the most affordable price. I am SO grateful I chose Tia Towing. Used them for years and multiple tows, put them on my Instagram for advertisement. I called today because I needed to speak to someone about having a specific driver that tows my Nissan GTR after I NEEDED to be emergency towed. Called them multiple times all to have my call ignored and demanded that I text them…. What BUSINESS at all doesn’t answer the phone let alone a towing company. After I explained I needed to speak to someone or I’d have to call someone else they texted me to call someone else.
Zero loyalty. Zero customer service. Zero common priority. Will never use these clowns again
I have used them many times over the years this last experience I will not be using them again . I paid 100 cash due to 4 of my tire studs broke off and i was unable to drive the vehicle, the driver left the vehicle in the middle of a busy apartment complex and left w/o providing me a receipt . I called and reported the issue to their "dispatch" Tow truck driver lied and said I told him to drop it in the middle of the road. I was told a supervisor was going to call me well that was a week ago and no one has called. I ended up having to call another tow company to move my vehicle to a parking space something TIA should have handled.

Great experience. The tow truck driver arrived in 30 minutes and I was able to pay with zelle although they had other options of payment. The short time to get there was so 5 stars. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Also driver was very nice and quickly changed the tire. The whole experience was quick and smooth.
Very happy with their service! We called on a holiday and had a driver at location within 10 minutes. We also called several companies in area and all of them exceeded the price we got from TIA. I highly recommend this company. We just have a great sense of relief now that are car is parked safely at home.

Christian helped me towing my car over from Brandon to Polk City. He was on time, he was careful and attentive. I would highly recommend! I recently used another local company and this experience was by far better.
Full disclosure - I canceled my service before they came to my house. It could be an amazing towing service, but my problem is how it's being managed.
It's shady. They first quoted me 125 dollars, a bit steep for a 20 minute drive but it was no problem. I get it, towing around the bay isnt cheap and english may not be the driver's first language. However, I started asking questions about how to pay, and my quote went to 155 dollars over text, with no reason given. I don't think the people in the office are communicating effectively with their drivers, who will text you directly before you've even spoken with anyone in the office.
Thank God I read their reviews and saw they only deal in cash, Cashapp, or Zelle. They DO NOT tell you that beforehand. If you want to pay with a credit card, like they're a normal, legitimate company, you have to pay an extra 25 dollar fee. I cancelled my service. Best of luck to them, but it's too shady for me to want anything to do with them.
The drivers want to text me nasty comments after I cancelled and left a bad review for their scam-like practices LOL. I will make sure nobody I know uses this service.
Literally having a really bad day stayed stranded found tia towings number online called had a quote with in 2 minutes, very reasonable pricing. My car and I were picked up within 20 minutes! Driver was super friendly and efficient! Best tow experience ever!

Very professional driver . Had plenty of patience to get my vehicle up on flat bed due to it being lowered.no problem for these guys .no damage safe drivers high recommended.I personally have them on speed dial for all my towing needs. Reasonable prices.

this company moved a car for my neighbor here in tampa palms , in the process they backed over my custom HOA mailbox - flattened it - i have it all on video - driver promised to do the right thing , and then ghosted me - reached out repeatedly to Santos the owners office and the office eventually hung up on me and would not take care of the damage or discuss it - when a business owner refuses to handle damage responsibilities cause by his truck i don’t wouldn’t want them hauling my vehicle anywhere.
Car was completely dead and needed a quick tow (company insurance hired was going to take at least 2 hours and it was super hot out). Called and they said they could be there in 20-30 minutes. Took about 30. Driver was quick and efficient. They quoted me $80 (cash only) due to inflation/gas. We were about 10 miles from them and needed to go 0.5 miles down the road. But as long as they got there quickly that was much better than the other people I called that were $90+ for a longer wait. I just had to text the number and give them my email address and they emailed me a receipt. Now I can file a claim with insurance. Overall great experience.

Excellent company. Not only did they arrive quicker than the estimated time I was given but the driver was very efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. The dispatcher was extremely polite and very caring. We were being towed due to an accident and I was very upset. She even asked if my family and I were ok . I will definitely use them again.
