I have an all wheel drive Equinox and they towed my car and now it has a clunking sound. My car never made this noise before they towed it. Very upset that not only did I pay them to tow my car incorrectly but now I also have mechanic bills to pay as well. I would never recommend this company for towing.
I was extremely happy that east lake towing was the company called to pick up my car after I was in an accident. The gentleman who helped me was awesome in every way! He answered all my questions and gave great advice on how I should proceed moving forward since this was my first accident even tho he did not have to. I feel like he went above and beyond! Thank you so much!
This place is terrible. Don't get towed here. Helped someone pick a car up there and was uncomfortable just pulling up to the place. Had I stepped inside the gate I'm sure we'd be at a 1
Vehicle was towed and brought here, owner was really nice and even stayed late so we could pick the car up that day. And he didn't kill us with additional fees for this or that. On top of it he even helped us out with a jump start.

mike smith is the nicest man! I have never been in an accident before, my vehicle was towed to East Lake and I have called mike several times and each time he's been so nice and patient with me. Mike you are one of a kind!!! The towing business has its stigma as it is but Mike made me forget I was talking to a tow company! Good Job Mike you make East Lake stand out from the rest :)
