The new owner Eddie and his co-worker Giovanni are outstanding gentlemen who know their business extremely well. They guided me through choosing what parts I needed for my 03 mini cooper with great patience and understanding. The parts were carefully and thoroughly wrapped, then shipped immediately to me in Hawaii. I was surprised at how quickly they came and without any damage! Even my mechanic was amazed at the great condition of each part and the cost savings was substantial.

ALLMAG is a great source for Mini Cooper parts. Over the years they have provided everything from a replacement speaker cover to a manual transmission, and much more for my 2006 R50 Cooper. After nearly 20 years and 136K miles, my car wouldn't still be around if not for them. They are always helpful and responsive, and their prices are reasonable.
New review, four years later: I have been a customer for a long time, and I cannot begin to share how awesome these guys are. Several years ago these guys set me up with parts and everything I needed to rebuild the back end suspension on my Cooper after I was tagged bad by an absent-minded teenager. They were awesome in answering questions and sending me exactly what I needed.
Fast-forward to this week-- upgrading my suspension, somehow (like being an idiot) I lost both the tie-end to steering knuckle bolt, and the brake line grommet that hooks to the front strut. Dustin not only found these two bits, but he went above and beyond sending them to me at no charge and postage paid! Unheard of service these days! This is just one reason I have been a customer for so long-- these guys know how to care for their customers. Dustin and crew are AWESOME!!! I'd give them 5 more stars if I could. They earn every single one!
What can I say that hasn't already been said? These guys are great. Easy to find what you're looking for, the shipping is incredibly fast, and when you have a question they are very fast to answer. well they might not have everything I need they are my first stop to check availability

I had an amazing experience with them. The parts I ordered arrived very quickly, and were exactly as described on their website. They also offer excellent customer service, and were immediately available to answer any questions I had about if it was the correct part and how to install it. I will absolutely use them again.
If I could rate higher I would. I had one of the best customer service experiences with Giovanni on the phone. I’m out in the UK and was having troubles with my card and they immediately reached out to try and solve the issue. They have a wide variety of parts and are constantly updating their stock. The product seems fine, but there was no estimated shipping time. Also, as soon as I ordered the part, I requested that the shipping address be changed. A company representative stated that they changed the address on file, but the item still arrived to the original (and incorrect) address.

Would give a higher rating if possible. I’ve been ordering from Allmag for a couple years now. Hands down THE BEST PLACE to get any used and new Mini parts. From a full hood to a small electronic piece I needed, they always have it and at a reasonable price too. They even include all the part numbers associated so you know you’re not ordering the wrong thing. Their shipping process is also INSANELY good too. The customer service is also tip top!! Giovanni gave me a shout regarding a shipping issue and was extremely helpful in looking at reasonable alternatives to resolve it! I will continue to keep coming back!!

This is a great company, I’m not sure how I went so long without ordering anything from them! I ordered a used engine and when I wasn’t sure which freight company was delivering it they called me and helped me figure out the tracking number, and I when it should arrive. Urgently needed a new CID screen for my son’s Mini Clubman. Searched and found AllMag site and the replacement part. Called to confirm fitment and placed order with expedited UPS shipping. All very easy and a pleasant experience. Received great communication about order status via email. Part arrived in good order and we immediately installed. To our joy, the screen works perfectly! The price was very competitive with other used parts, and the added confidence that it would fit and work made it a great value. A new replacement for this part would have cost 10X the price. I am extremely happy with the quality of parts I have purchased from Allmag. I have bought new and used parts which were all delivered quickly. I bought a rear bumper for my R56 and asked for them to protect the paint against shipping damage and they did NOT disappoint. On another order, I asked if they had any used emblems that I could paint, Dustin took care of me and threw them in on my order , No charge! I have bought engine parts, body parts and interior items. Every used item I purchased was delivered cleaned and near ready to install. This company takes pride in what they sell and I really appreciate that they stand behind what they sell. I really like the way they run their business. They have also helped me on several phone calls with the tech help. Allmag is my first choice for Mini parts.
Wow. Ordered replacement mini air vents from my home in Brisbane Australia. Parts arrived 6 days later. Crazy fast. Correct parts in excellent condition. Both now installed in my mini cooper and working like a charm. Really impressed with ALLMAG Auto Parts.
Parts damaged in shipping. I was only reimbursed for the cost of the parts. I am out 60$ and I have no parts or service to show for it. I had to pay to import it, which i did not get refunded. I wish I never bothered. I wish they would have used something stronger. 300$ in parts in the garbage. 60$ stolen from me is how I see it.
UPDATE: Thay called me back and fixed everything. I’m a happy camper and will definitely be back. I’m going to need a lot of parts because I keep my cars essentially forever.
I ordered a part and paid $39 for overnight shipping. It didn’t arrive. I called and they admitted it was their mistake, but refused to refund the expedited shipping cost. They offered to ship at that same cost a day late. So I cancelled the order entirely. I’m really disappointed because my 2013 JCW is aging and I’m going to need parts in the future. I can accept a mistake — we all make them. What matters is how you fix your mistake. They didn’t so I won’t be back and if any of my Mini friends ask, I’ll steer them elsewhere. Do not recommend.
THE BEST In MINI used part sales. First experience their staff called me back and forth to figure out a $20 harness for my car, well after hours 8-9pm. They just recently helped me secure an engine that wasn't even listed on their site. 5+ Stars hands Down!

The part order was easy. Was able to use my Amazon account. When I had a question I called and a guy answered the phone whom I could easily understand and took care of everything in minutes. I had an issue with shipping where I selected UPS 2-day air, but received UPS Ground. Then when my parts arrived, One of the fenders I ordered was scratched. As you could imagine at this point I was very unhappy with my purchase. After sending a single email to customer service, asking for a full refund, or the difference in shipping price to be refunded, along with a partial discount for the fender since it was scratched. They promptly emailed me back, saying on their end it showed I selected UPS ground, but they continued to offer me a full refund on shipping for all parts, plus a 20% discount on the fender, since it was scratched. They also offered a full refund if I preferred that. This is more than I had asked for and very much turned my experience around. Mistakes happen, they took care of it amazingly. I would definitely order again.

just found these guys. can't tell you how lucky i am. have a 2017 4 door mini hardtop. my dog chewed through the passenger seat. so lucky i found them. mini wanted over 2200. my favorite repair guy was going to be about 1400 and this is so much better. i was able to replace the entire seat rather than just fixing the damaged part. these guys are so fair with pricing and freight. can't say enough nice things about them. will recommend them to everyone.
