I had 6 other tow trucks come to tow my car and because my car was sitting on the ground due to a suspension issue, all 6 trucks said they could not tow my car. Maddy came out took his time placing boards under my car and had my car on his truck in literally 4 and a half minutes. He did an excellent job thank you so much MADDY for your professionalism, communication, and service.
Very rarely are you dealing with a good experience when dealing with a tow. My drive was fair with pricing , on time. I was not present so even though I was nervous I was reassured the entire way and even sent a picture at the end with my vehicle being exactly where I asked him to leave it!
