Stay away from this company. Geico dispatched them for a jump, the driver insisted to tow w/o attempting a jump. After speaking to my mechanic, we came up with the conclusion that he did not turn his jump machine on and did not even attempt to jump my car. All my car needed was a new battery and could have made it to the shop without paying so much for a tow.
I call 2:13 pm them when for the towing 7:18pm I have to call them 3 times , I make the payment over the phone before the coming just expecting will be faster , I use this business before but definitely this was the last one
I called them to have a vehicle dropped off at a shop, they confirmed they would have it out first thing in the morning. I called this in before 430pm. The next day in the evening I found out the vehicle was never dropped as promised. I told them who I spoke with & the email communicated requested. The female rep told me Justin was probably too busy & missed the email. I told her he was the one I spoke with & he would handle everything before the weekend.
I had to re-email the company and I was told they can drop off the vehicle at the shop Saturday morning. The shop is closed Saturday, I asked who would be responsible if the car gets dropped & something happens to it ? The girl said not them. I told her that was not okay & not fair because we’re an insurance company to leave the car there over the weekend.
On Monday morning (3 days AFTER it was originally supposed yo be dropped) it was taken to the shop and left with no communication with the shop. The shop had no idea who’s vehicle it was had I not called them, they said the towing company dropped it & left immediately.
They also billed my customer & put a lien for less than what they are charging the insurance company, so it’s clear they just want the money-what do they care.
Lots of unprofessional handling for this 1 vehicle. It’s actually is not the first. All I can say not reliable at all. I hope to see less of this company used.
I work for a Valet company and needed to have a vehicle towed off of my lot for parking in a spot that impedes my business, gave a call to this company and they denied me service for no reason. I asked them to repeat what they were saying two times because it gets loud where I work and they made a smart remark towards me and hung up. Horrible customer service, but then again, it’s just a towing company what do you expect.
Greg was A+ professional all the way around. From the professional service on the phone to towing my semi truck with my 2 pittbulls he was 100% honest and efficient. Don't bother looking anywhere else these guys will take care of you and your equipment from start to stop like no other.
got my car towed from this place after being in an accident.. They seemed very nice and professional, even when I went there to get my stuff out of my car...... I get to my car,, to find they went through it, stole all my money, my sons Bluetooth speaker, AND a bunch tokens to an arcade I take my kids to in New port richey. (How pathetic!) I do not recommend using this place.

My car was towed by that company and they went through my truck and took money. I tried talking to management and got no where. I wouldn't advise any one to use that service.

I was recommended another company as I needed a 45 ft RV towed. A quick review of the reviews popped up stellar comments about B&D. The responder who followed up with me asked many questions that the other company s order taker had not. His professionalism showed. The young man he sent to execute was of the same mold. I highly recommend B&D... Furthermore he took my final directions DURING the Superbowl. Yes ladies he took the call on a Sunday and confirmed Monday at 8. His man was early and the deed was done before noon. Kudos to Tony, the proprietor, who had the fortitude to hire the young man - I just looked at the card he gave me... No name on it. I have a car accident january 18 and besides the good attention on B&D Towing Service , i still have lot of pain in my chest and back, auch... and i miss my car, that's was my good by to them i. Need a car soon. . Thanks to God because its cut be worse
This is the best towing company in Tampa. They arrived on time, the driver and dispatch were incredibly friendly and they got my car to the dealership with no problem.
Ms. Goff, who "runs" the place, is sooo rude. She treats you as if you are garbage, even when you are a victim caught between them and the insurance company.
I was crossing Courtney Campbell at about 1 a.m when one of my tires completely shredded.. I callrd them and they came right to the rescue. They were very friendly, efficient, and a great price. Could not be happier with their service! :)
