Stay away from this company. Geico dispatched them for a jump, the driver insisted to tow w/o attempting a jump. After speaking to my mechanic, we came up with the conclusion that he did not turn his jump machine on and did not even attempt to jump my car. All my car needed was a new battery and could have made it to the shop without paying so much for a tow.
I called them to have a vehicle dropped off at a shop, they confirmed they would have it out first thing in the morning. I called this in before 430pm. The next day in the evening I found out the vehicle was never dropped as promised. I told them who I spoke with & the email communicated requested. The female rep told me Justin was probably too busy & missed the email. I told her he was the one I spoke with & he would handle everything before the weekend. I had to re-email the company and I was told they can drop off the vehicle at the shop Saturday morning. The shop is closed Saturday, I asked who would be responsible if the car gets dropped & something happens to it ? The girl said not them. I told her that was not okay & not fair because we’re an insurance company to leave the car there over the weekend. On Monday morning (3 days AFTER it was originally supposed yo be dropped) it was taken to the shop and left with no communication with the shop. The shop had no idea who’s vehicle it was had I not called them, they said the towing company dropped it & left immediately. They also billed my customer & put a lien for less than what they are charging the insurance company, so it’s clear they just want the money-what do they care. Lots of unprofessional handling for this 1 vehicle. It’s actually is not the first. All I can say not reliable at all. I hope to see less of this company used.
I just had the misfortune of being on the road with one of their drivers. I was already going 10 miles an hour over the speed limit in the right lane when he came up behind me and was within 3 feet of my bumper trying to get me out of his way, I guess? And then he proceeded to go around me, cutting so close to my bumper, I had to speed up in hopes that he wouldn’t hit me. I think he was drunk and his passenger looked crazy like he was on drugs or something. Big yikes!
