Give me back my money! Where the hell is your customer service at? I can’t get a hold on anybody. This is the shadiest company i’ve ever worked with. I hope you get it what you all deserve!
I made a deposit of $500 to this company looking for a project car. After I gave up looking for one, I requested my refund back in late August. We're in Mid December and I've only ever gotten to speak to a person ONCE. Who told me It was processed and should be posted within a few days. That was back in September. Horrible company, don't trust your money with them.
DASHUB provides a good service, especially for me as a foreign customer. They arrange all the documentation and the transport of the vehicles, if you ask for that. Sometimes they show you some pitfalls with particular vehichles as the know much better where to look in the advertisement. I bought 7 cars at DASHUB now and two good deals did not work out and were cancelled because of DASHUB. That´s not really a problem as there are plenty of cars to find at DASHUB.
Worst auction site Ive ever used they're deposit return policy states a 30day waiting period and would take maximum of 2 weeks to process a refund, I requested a refund and its been a month im still waiting for my refund, Ive contacted them several time theyre accounting extensions dont pick up and niether does theyre customer service, They dont even deserve 1 star honestly id stay away from this site if dont want to lose your deposit
I read a lot of these reviews prior to purchasing from Dashub and I was very hesitant. I however took my chances, since I’ve been buying cars from auctions for years. Unlike the other reviewers, you need to know what you’re purchasing. I payed for an inspection before buying my vehicle, which was only about $125. The inspector informed me that the car did not run, (IT SAID IT WAS A RUNNER) this is typical from any auction. The batteries usually die from sitting on the lots. The sales guy were very helpful, specifically Henry. He was actually pretty funny (great sense of humor BTW!) He held my hand through the entire process and I won my 2006 Audi under budget. Now I have some extra cash to fix it up! When I say BEWARE… BEWARE of the negative comments from people who have no idea what an online auction really is! DASHUB - SALVAGE AUTO AUCTION (IT SAYS IT IN THE TITLE PEOPLE!!!!!)
I have sent credit card details 3 times via email and also faxed, then they want a copy of my credit card, and the address how much more can you need to run a card, i run a business and have never needed so much info for a transaction, not happy at all and will never use them again
I had a great experience with DASHUB. They communicate regularly and follow up on every step of the process. They go to great lengths to make sure everything is very easy for the customer, and there are no hidden fees. Everything about the process was very upfront and transparent. TJ in particular helped me through the process with my car, and other members of the team helped a huge amount in getting the paperwork and documentation all sorted. They worked through all the questions I asked (of which there were many) and their online chat service is live and very helpful. I had a lot of trepidations about buying a car online (mine was a salvage title, so the stakes were pretty low, but even so) but after all is said and done, I had a great experience. Things do take a fair amount of time to happen, however - it seems like DASHUB contracts out the shipping, and depending on where the car is and where it's going, and all the interim business that is required to make it happen could mean a couple week wait. Even so, everything DASHUB had a hand in and every interaction I had with them was exceedingly positive - I would definitely buy another car using their service were the opportunity to arise.
I’m content with the service. The guy who helped search for a vehicle was great. After asking for documentations and went completely silent. Wire transfer the money and waiting for some sort of confirmation. Will keep y’all updated. So far 2 star until I’ve hear something by someone tomorrow.
I purchased a truck from here and the transaction went very smoothly. The vehicle and title delivery part took a little longer than expected but I believe that was because of the auction yard and not Dashub. Just be advised that it can take a few weeks to receive a vehicle and title. Also, if you're planning on using a credit card to purchase the vehicle, there is a hefty fee that goes along with that which I was not told about prior to purchasing the vehicle. Luckily I was able to switch to a wire transfer before the credit card transaction went through. Everyone that I worked with at Dashub was extremely nice and accommodating. The gentleman that helped me purchase my truck emails me every few weeks to check in and see how things are coming along which is great. Overall, I highly recommend Dashub and cant wait to purchase my next project car through them.
Overall I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle with Dashub. The constant communication I received throughout the process made it that much easier as I awaited my vehicle after shipping and title work was taken care of. I would recommend considering using this service
So far, my experience has not been good. I purchased a Benz there that turns out to be a Lemon title. Only one person there seems to be competent. The others are all useless. It has been 2 months dealing with this issue to see what the remedy is. Nothing! I have been in touch with the better business bureau and they seem to have a bunch complaint against them. I will keep you posted on my progress! Until then! Please to your homework before you bid.
They will help you find the car or truck you want. It’s like having a second set of eyes helping are you, when you’re buying with them. I’m looking forward to doing business with them again in the near future.

Heard of this site from one of ChrisFix's video and had to try it out for myself. From my experience, Dashub had amazing customer service, good cars at great prices and very easy to use. If I have to buy another project car I'll definitely give Dashub a look again.
I felt as if there was poor communication between the consumer and the company. The vehicle that I purchased was not accurately represented on the website. When I received the vehicle I was dissapointing to find out that it was not what was advertised and was in worse shape then website made it seem.
The people who work here are so helpful I spoke to tom and he made my day by helping me out. I was having a small problem and I just called and it was not a hassle at all. I went from being stressed to becoming happy. I will for sure consider dashhub for my next car and I 100 percent recommend you do the same
