STEER CLEAR. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! This company will run you around for DAYS! They will give you a quote and then schedule you for pickup and NEVER come. I called and called got the run around. It's like they read off a script. Finally after 3 days which was Saturday they once again schedule me for pick up at 8am and again NEVER showed up when I call someone else says they don't work on the weekends! A total waste of time. I lost money getting off work early 2 times for them not show up and they never came. Then when you call and ask what's going on you get hung up on. Wish I could give 0 stars!
This company does not keep appointments, nor do they return calls. Made multiple calls to them to schedule a pickup. Received multiple apologies from the individual answering the phone, as to why no one had appeared as stated to pickup my vehicle. Despite apologies there was still no action and no reason given as to why despite them showing interest in picking up my car and my taking time away from work to meet them for pickup they did not arrive as they said they would.
Do no business with this company, they are charlatans and not worth your time or the time taken to wait or make repeat phone calls to.
They gave me a great offer... And picked up fast... No waiting around... Keeping contact throughout the whole thing.. Awesome on the phone..answered every question or concern i had.. Thanks guys! Highly recommended...

Easy and fast is the way I would describe it! Felt the appraisal was fair and the cash payment was nice. If you got an car that will cost more to fix than it’s worth, give them a call. Your wife will thank you.
I was in need of getting rid of an older car I had just sitting in my driveway and my husband called and went through a series of questions, they gave us a good offer and even helped with some issues I had with my title. The staff and the tow truck driver were all kind and patient and pick up was such a breeze. I held off on selling the car for so long because I thought it would be a hassle, but Tampa Bay we Buy Cars made it super simple. I will be sure to use them again if needed in the future.

They offered me a much better deal than anyone else I checked with. The person I spoke to was so patient with me through the whole process. It was sad to see my car go, but if I ever have to let go of another one I will be going through them.
