Daquon arrived amazingly fast and changed out my flat quickly, efficiently and cheerfully (even though it was starting to rain!) his service turned a bad day into just a bit of an inconvenience. Would definitely call or ask for him again!

Needed old used cars moved out of the yard. Every other company was giving problems needed a title to move or sell the vehicle they picked it up paid me cash just like they said they would. They did a good job. Nice people

My roadside assistance couldn't get this company to respond. I called them , it went to voicemail, couldn't leave a voicemail because they haven't cleaned out their mailbox. Had to call back again to get them to answer, employee who answered the phone didn't have any listing skills and kept getting hung up on my insurance company not having contacted him. I asked after telling him where I was at how long would take him to get here, he's still going on about the insurance, and then of course when he couldn't answer direct questions hung up on me. I called back ,he answered and I asked " did you hang up on me ?" and he said "yes" , told him I could pay cash for the job and once again asked him how soon he could be at my address. I guess being Friday night he's not interested in working, even though the website says they do. At this point I told him I was ready to pay cash whatever the cost, and was he interested in getting the job done? And then ,as I expected from any employee who would be rude and stupid enough to hang up on a customer, he very arrogantly said" I don't know who you think you are but we don't want you or your insurance company's business" .You know it doesn't take a rocket scientist to get a license for business or driver's license to operate a tow truck, so you would think at least when somebody is contacting them ready to pay for service that they could at least have manners and be respectful, doesn't matter whether it was the owner that answered, the dispatcher, or the tow truck driver. I Will be reporting to the BBB, it's time that low level employees at companies, or even owners, learn that their behavior has consequences !
