Called for tow through insurance company. CNA was dispatched but never showed up. Called them to check was told they never got the ticket from insurance company. When I called insurance company to follow up CNA called to cancel the ticket while I was on the phone. They left a heart patient stranded for two hours, lied about it, then cancelled the tow at 3:30 on a Friday. No excuse for this.
Can't believe they would leave a customer stranded !!

I was a bit concerned because of all the one star ratings but my driver was right on time. He was courteous and the truck was clean. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because he didn't have a platform truck, but he arranged for one to get my car. I informed the insurance company my car was un-drivable, but the message was not related to the tow company. The driver dropped me off at a convenient location for my wife to pick me up.
I called for an emergency tow at 3:00 pm and I decided to leave my car untended because they gave me a 90 minute ETA. I called my mechanic and asked him to wait for them. He said yes, but that was four hours ago and they just now got my car to his shop (which is obviously closed and gated). Who knows if they damaged my car or stole something out of it? Worst towing experience ever.
Terrible service we waited 2 1/2 hours for a tow after being told they would be there in one hour! We finally ended up canceling after they told us it would be another 25 minutes! They didn't update us unless we called to ask what was going on. Their excuse for this two of their tow trucks broke down! That is no excuse for lack of communication!
