Had one of their trucking drivers with a wide load banner on the front pass me in heavy traffic on the right and decided he needed to cut back over immediately and almost slammed into me in the middle of an intersection. Tried to call and report this to the number, no answer
Beau is ABSOLUTELY the best. He was very friendly and got the job done quickly. I've been using Stepp's for more than 30 years and they always treat me very good. Heather was my "gal on the phone" and she was so nice and when she asked for me to send a picture and I asked her not to laugh, she didn't. But I'm letting her know it's ok to laugh now!!
Bonnie and Bernd were amazing! We needed a motorcycle tow. It was almost midnight. We called other tow truck companies in closer proximity but no one would touch motorcycles or were closed. Stepp’s saved the day! Very reasonably priced, Bonnie was very kind, professional, provided accurate cash vs card quote and stayed in touched. Bernd was very careful loading and unloading it, kept us updated on arrival time, very kind and professional as well despite how late it was. The tow truck had to be angled on a steep slope and Bernd took care of it with ease. Highly recommend!
After purchasing a 20' shipping container Stepp's Heavy Transport took care of our delivery. Our driver Jimmy showed up on time, was very professional, kind, and placed the container to our specifications perfectly! I appreciated his patience with all of my questions as a novice with this type of purchase and delivery. Stepp's Transportation is the first company you should call when you need help transporting large items across the open road. I needed something transported from Florida to Texas and they got the job done. Other transportation companies wouldn't even touch it. We had two minor issues with the transport, both of which were not the fault of Stepp's. However, Darryl took charge and gave me some great options on how we could solve those issues. I really appreciate all you guys did.
Was traveling on 301 northbound and one of Stepps Heavy transport trucks blew rocks and cracked my windshield upon contacting Stepps John Wells was told it was not there problem which was real unprofessional so I will be reporting on Stepps website thanks in advance really disappointed
