This company is in the business of predatory towing and attempted to tow my vehicle from my own parking spot, my vehicle was in my own parking space and the tow driver showed my a picture someone sent him of my vehicle and said he doesn’t get paid by the hour and therefore partakes in illegal matters to try to make ends meet. What a disgrace

They helped transport my vehicle from my workplace in Hillsborough County across the bridge to a mechanic in Pinellas Park. My driver, Roger Morales, was punctual, flexible, and kept in touch with me through text the entire time, adjusting the timeframe and staying available as needed. His communication alone gave me a lot of peace of mind. After safely towing my vehicle, Roger even took extra time to help reposition it exactly where the mechanic wanted it, which I really appreciated. Great customer service. Very polite, with great communication. I needed a tow from Bradenton, FL to Riviera Beach, FL and it was the best price I could find. It was close to the time they closed and they went above and beyond to help me out. I was able to ride with the driver back also, his truck was extremely clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this company for any and all tow needs.
Wanted to give a quick shoutout to JB Xtreme Towing and their driver, Angel Rivera. My car got stuck on the side of the road after the clutch failed. One of their drivers stopped by to check on me and advised me to give them a call. (he was picking up a different car nearby, so it was nice that he took time out of his pickup to make sure I was okay) I called their shop and they were able to get my car towed the rest of the way home for a VERY fair price.
The driver Angel was very personable and took extra care when strapping my car down. He also took extra steps to get my car into its parking space and even helped me push it up the rest of the way.
Keep in mind, I was on the phone with my insurance and their selected towing service provider was supposed to arrive in 1.5 hours. Meanwhile, JB Xtreme Towing had a driver sent my way in 30 minutes and I was back home by the time my insurance's driver would have only arrived. If you're able to choose a tow provider, I highly recommend JB Xtreme Towing, and hope you get an amazing driver like Angel to help rescue or move your car :)
I have used JB Xtreme twice, and they have gone above and beyond each time. Norman is truly exceptional at his craft. He is to towing what da Vinci is to art. Dispatch was great as well, Alisa was professional and communicated with clarity. The pricing is very reasonable as well. If you are looking for a tow company you can count on, your search is over.
On Monday we had to have our car towed home due to a break down. It was a free tow because we have an extended warranty. Once our warranty company dispatched our request to JB XTREME TOWING a young lady contacted us immediately and told us it could be up to an hour wait. Thankfully, within a few minutes the tow truck driver Antonio called and said he would arrive within 35 minutes, which he did.
Antonio was VERY friendly, caring, efficient, helpful, and professional. He went up and above and got us and the car home safely; as well as, along with my son pushed the car into our assigned parking space. He took his time to make sure everything went smoothly before leaving for his next assignment.

Had a scheduled tow for early evening, the driver Julio gave us a call with his ETA. When he arrived he had a great attitude and all smiles. He even took a moment to show our grandson how he loads vehicles onto the truck. Definitely A+ service!

Very good experience in the industry. I have 2026 Ram 3500 limited dually and my key would not let my truck start or shift it out of park. He got the truck on the flat bed without draging the tires in a head to get in parking lot. Great Job.
Antonio did an amazing job! Inherited a 1961 Rolls-Royce limousine from my father after he passed. Went through a nightmare of phone calls and probate stuff to get the car under my name as heir. 8 months later it's all finalized. But the battery is dead from the car sitting in the Navy Fed parking lot.
He showed up and we got it running on a jump pack, but wouldn't stay going and as a result, he towed it for me with extreme care! Specifically to watch for the tail to scrape because of the extra long wheelbase of the vehicle. Got it to the destination unharmed. Thanks again for all the help as this has otherwise been a nightmare to deal with!
My car had broke down on New Year’s Eve of all times and Marcus was assigned to give me my tow. Marcus pulled up at roughly 8:30-9PM with a smile on his face. Marcus had a great attitude despite being pulled from his family, which I learned he hadn’t seen in roughly a decade. He was quick getting the tow situated, knew what he was doing. Was great conversation during the tow to my destination with, as I’ve expressed, great attitude throughout the ride. I hope Mr. Marcus was able to get to his family in time for the ball drop. But amazing service by Marcus and the company. Greatly appreciated.
Service was as expected given Tampa traffic. Julio handled my property with care, was friendly and respectful throughout the process. I appreciate him making it easy for me. I'll keep the company card for future use, though I hope I won't need the service anytime soon!

JB Xtreme Towing was absolutely top-notch. Marcus assisted me and arrived sooner than expected, which was a huge relief. He was extremely professional and genuinely cared about my car. I drive a low 370Z, and he was the first tow truck driver I’ve ever had who took the extra step to use wood slats to safely get it on and off the truck without any damage.
On top of that, he was super pleasant to talk to on the ride home — great conversation and great service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had a great experience with my driver Julio. He was able to get to my car quickly and immediately made me feel at ease. His communication and professionalism were wonderful throughout my entire encounter. I appreciated him more than he knows during such a stressful situation of having my car towed for the first time.
Julio was incredible! While clearing an overgrown back yard our bobcat fell part of the way into an old abandoned septic tank that no one knew was there. Julio arrived but his tow truck could only fit half way into our yard. Many people would have given up and said “Call someone else.” But Julio did not give up!!! Julio had a professional but friendly personality and a sense of humor which calmed our strained nerves. He went to work, trying different angles and creative ideas. We were slowly starting to give up hope when he somehow managed to get the bobcat upright with a super human combination of chains and attachments! We do not know what we would have done if Julio had not been there today. Not many people these days stick with a problem that it so difficult. We are grateful to everyone at Xtreme towing - everyone we dealt with was super professional, fast acting, and communicated quickly. But Julio was a life saver today!!! I hope we don’t need them again but if we do - we will call them immediately.
Our motorhome and boat got stuck in soft dirt as we were pulling out of a storage lot. I contacted three towing companies and was turned down by all of them before calling JB Xtreme. They handled things right away and had someone out there in about 90 minutes to take care of us! John Jr was the driver and he was absolutely great! This was tricky and complicated but he knew exactly what to do!
