This company towed my vehicle around midnight on a Saturday evening (Sep 27-28). Megan—dispatch representative—was not only extremely kind in a stressful situation, I also appreciated how upfront and clear she was concerning payment options. Norman—tow operator—was also extremely kind, and he provided efficient service while clearly explaining the process. I highly recommend this company, and I am extremely impressed with Megan and Normans’ interpersonal skills. I hope their efforts do not go unnoticed.
Danny was so helpful and nice! I was stressed out and in distress about my car not opening up and he was able to open it as well as get it started for me and answered all my questions on what I should do next. The wait time time wasn’t long either which was great. Very nice and respectful will definitely recommend this company to anyone in the future!

Last night my 17 year old son's car overheated on the Howard Franklin bridge at 940pm. When I called they said 55 minutes. They didnt get to my son until 130 in the morning. Never called with updates I had to keep calling when they didnt get there. Then they stopped answering my calls completely. I do not recommend.

They were very busy but got to the truck in a reasonable amount of time. Loading and unloading was very professional, like it was his personal vehicle.

I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience with this towing company. Julio RAMIREZ was unbelievably fantastic and went out of his way tremendously to take care of my situation with my rental car. He was extremely patient with me and my situation. He went above and beyond his call of duty, no doubt!
Having car trouble is frustrating enough, but what made this experience even worse was the complete lack of transparency and professionalism from this towing company. I made it clear that my car was in a residential area but not on my property, and I was concerned about it being towed. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that a driver was “on the way” — for over an hour — only to follow up and be told a different driver was now being dispatched.
Two hours later, I checked in again and was told yet again that they were still trying to send someone. The lack of urgency, communication, and basic compassion for my situation was beyond disappointing. This company clearly lacks customer service training, communication skills, and any form of empathy.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I will absolutely be reporting this experience to my insurance company. They should seriously reconsider partnering with such an unprofessional and unreliable provider.
StateFarm Roadside Assistance dispatched JB XTREME to tow our car when the tire blew on I-4 and we didn’t have the key to be able to change our tire. Dispatch center was friendly on the initial call, and our driver was quick, efficient, and kind. Towed us home and backed our car in to its spot for us. Thank you so much for the great service on a not great day!
Julio was incredible! While clearing an overgrown back yard our bobcat fell part of the way into an old abandoned septic tank that no one knew was there. Julio arrived but his tow truck could only fit half way into our yard. Many people would have given up and said “Call someone else.” But Julio did not give up!!! Julio had a professional but friendly personality and a sense of humor which calmed our strained nerves. He went to work, trying different angles and creative ideas. We were slowly starting to give up hope when he somehow managed to get the bobcat upright with a super human combination of chains and attachments! We do not know what we would have done if Julio had not been there today. Not many people these days stick with a problem that it so difficult. We are grateful
to everyone at Xtreme towing - everyone we dealt with was super professional, fast acting, and communicated quickly. But Julio was a life saver today!!! I hope we don’t need them again but if we do - we will call them immediately.
Cameron is the best!!! I had a mechanical issue with my rental and it needed to be exchanged at the Tampa airport. The rental company gave me a 4-6 hour window and Cameron was at my hotel in 10 minutes! He was so efficient and picked up my car first, saving time and an additional round trip! Our car broke down Sunday night in Tampa. Called JB Xtreme Towing and talked to Megan. Wow talk about wonderful customer service! She had all the correct answers to our problem and had a tow truck on it way in a very short period of time.
When the driver (Hector) arrived he was very professional and prompt and careful hooking up our car. We could not ask for better service or better people to deal with!

Julio was fantastic and truly treated my car like it was his own. He came to rescue my car that had an electrical short at the Motor Enclave during a track day on a Sunday in under an hours time.

Our motorhome and boat got stuck in soft dirt as we were pulling out of a storage lot. I contacted three towing companies and was turned down by all of them before calling JB Xtreme. They handled things right away and had someone out there in about 90 minutes to take care of us! John Jr was the driver and he was absolutely great! This was tricky and complicated but he knew exactly what to do!
These people are the EXAMPLE of prompt and efficient towing. I've been a trucking company for 9 years and a driver for 35 years, let me tell you something about towing companies. They promise you prompt service and you get nothing of the sort. Extreme Towing promised 90 minutes and was here in 77 minutes. The driver is one of the professionals of the trade. Very knowledgeable and courteous. The owners of this company need to know one thing....you have a wonderful personality and person representing your company. In this day and age...that's a BLESSING Thank you for your help in getting me home today
They helped me out in my time of need and were the only tow truck company that answered my call. The price was exceptional, the customer service was on above par, even though I had trouble getting them my exact location right away due to being stranded on the highway and the tow truck driver did an amazing job getting my lowered car onto the truck ramp without damaging it on an uneven ground which showed me he was very experienced. The driver was very friendly and also gave me water which was extremely nice of him. 10/10 if I’m ever stuck again I’m calling this place you can count on them
Absolutely recommend! I called and spoke to Katie, she was able to help me navigate through the whole process of picking my package (40 ft container) up from the sea port. I had no experience in importing, or even what kind of trucking services I needed. I’m so glad I called Katie. Katie was able to navigate through the process of pick up at the port, she knew what kind of equipment was needed and even helped me with getting the package opened and my food trailer to a local mechanic shop to install the axels and wheels so I could just hook up to my truck up to it and bring it home. Katie is really knowledgeable in the industry and had all the equipment that was necessary for moving a package this big. We really appreciate all the help, I don’t know what I would have done without her in my situation. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing anything hauled.

SAVED OUR WORK DAY! Forklift got stuck, I called and they were out within the hour to save the day. Got my guys back up and running quickly. Driver was knowledgeable and dispatcher was honest and informative! Locked them in for any future use.

JB XTREME Towing towed my big truck. Christian is very skilled at his profession and did an excellent job. When I was panicking inside because I thought the front wheel was getting close to the front edge of the tow truck bed, he was cool as an ice cube and knew within a fraction of an inch where the wheels needed to be to get a 1 ton truck on the tow truck bed right down the middle. Yes, heros do drive tow trucks. These guys work hard and their skills should be greatly appreciated. Give them a cold drink and a sincere thank you rather than a cold disposition and harsh words on a hot day.
I took my new Raptor Bronco out for fun through the woods yesterday, and ended up getting stuck pretty deep in a creek. Tried for 3 hours on my own to get her unstuck with no results. Pretty nervous with it being a brand new vehicle as to what damage could occur. John and Ricky showed up to help me get out the situation. Very impressed with John and his leadership, executed pulling me out of the creek beautifully. Very impressed with his work. Hope I don’t get stuck again trying to play with the new car, but if I do I don’t have to worry if I can count on John from JB Xtreme Towing!

Amazing service from start to finish! We had a complicated situation…my son’s car has an airbag suspension and an air bag blew out. His car was sitting all the way on the ground with no way to move it. From the second the phone was answered they helped me figure out how they could help…even asked for pictures to ensure they sent the proper equipment. Truck arrived promptly and they went above and beyond to help. Best service we have ever received from a tow company. 10 out 10 would recommend!
