My nephew drove my elderly dad's car to Tampa and ran it into a pole. Diane at Professional towing was so kind when I brought my dad using his walker in to get his tag and other personal items. She gave me the info I needed to get a police report and file an insurance claim. Professional Towing, Diane was 100% professional but also as kind as they come. She is a perfect 10!!!
Nahshon picked up our Class C motor home and took it to a dealership for repairs. He was very careful with our rig and took the time to ensure everything was hooked up properly. He was also very cautious during the long drive to the dealership, making sure he swerved around low hanging branches and took bumps as slow as possible.
My experience was terrible. I was assisted by a lady with light-colored hair and eyes, wearing glasses, named DIANA, who was at the front desk. She treated me very badly, in a very rude, arrogant, and racist way just because I don’t speak perfect English like she does. She made nasty faces at me and made me have a very unpleasant time.
Professional Towing, Highly unprofessional, won’t release a HCSO impounded vehicle to its owner so they can make a few more days of storage while they promised not to do so when they didn’t show up for a couple of days. Now we paying extra storage.
My son and I was stranded at 2am, Professional Towing price was a lot cheaper than other companies and the estimated time of arrival was an hour but the tow truck reached us in 30 minutes. I will definitely use their services again!

Need a tow. Look no further. I called Professional Towing in the very early morning hours. My call was immediately answered. I was told what to expect, when the driver would show up, and was given a very reasonable cost in an easy to understand clear conversation. The driver arrive early in the time frame given to me. The driver was courteous, spoke wall, and treated the situation professionally. My car was tied down with no chance of moving on the bed. He loaded and then unloaded my car with care. Ask for Dylan E. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do, or someone else asks who to call, Professional Towing is who to call. DISCLAIMER: this is a sincere comment. I feel compelled to write this because more often than not when a sincere and heartfelt comment is provided it is often flagged as being paid for.
Contacted this company for a semi truck tow was told one price the driver arrived and instead of pulling the axle shafts like every tow company would they spent 2 hours removing a drive shaft to tow my truck 6 miles then refused to reinstall the drive shaft and hit me with a bill double of what they told me my company will never be using professional towing again definitely not professional and not recommend
Louis came out super fast, friendly--we had a great chat while he drove us back to our shop location! I would use Professional Towing again and would recommend them in the future.

Man named Louis gave great service. It was the best service I’ve ever had. Most tow truck drivers are not nice people but Louis was different. 5 stars best driver I have ever seen give him a raise asap.
I was impressed by the professionalism and communication from everyone I interacted with from the time I called to the time I was notified my car had been dropped at the garage. This group has the act together! The driver was superb and took care of my vehicle like it was his own!
During evacuation from hurricane Milton, we blew out a tire and had no spare. We got Professional Towing to help us. They came within 30 minutes of calling them. The truck driver that came was Louis and he did a fantastic job. He treated our car like it was his own. We had to take the car back to our house. We have a pavered driveway and Louis told us that if he drove the truck on the pavers it would break some. He found a way to get the car off of the truck without damaging anything. I can't say enough good things about Louis. We were very fortunate that he was there to help us.
I went there and talked with Diana. She deals with a lot of unhappy people all day long who have wrecked their cars or had their cars wrecked. So she could have been in a bad mood, however she was very kind. I went there with my client who was very emotional because she had almost been killed. Diana, said very caring and comforting words to her. Diana was an absolute professional. She got the information we needed her to have and had the paperwork all ready to go. I have been to a lot of tow yards and 37 years of personal injury practice. Diana, at Professional Towing, was one of the best.
The guys did a great job Rescuing our travel trailer from a pole. Thank you for your great service and help. They were towing it to camping place for repaired. I would I would definitely call them when I need help again. !!

Great! They were really friendly and accommodating on scheduling because I needed it after a certain time. They called 30 min prior and the man that towed my son’s big jeep was conscientious and super nice! Highly recommend!
Shawn in truck 102 arrived in a timely manner, he was prompt, curious, polite and knowledgeable. He answers all of my questions and he explained to me everything that was going on.
Shawn (truck p102) showed up quicker then expected and made the experience of riding along real amazing. Man showed up and without any delay go to hooking up and got us back in the A/C. Wouldn’t have wanted any other tower to ride with or picked up by.

I had an opportunity to work with a lady named Diana from E. 7th Ave. tow yard. She was very professional. I was impressed. She was able to take me from A-to-Z in order to get my vehicle released. She went Above and beyond my expectation, and without her, I would not have been able to accomplish my objective of getting my vehicle released. Exceptional service, friend broke down on the side of the road waited 5 hours while triple A gave her the runaround, fed up and exhausted I made the call to professional towing and they arrived in under 30mins to tow her car to her house.
