They charged me an excessive, unexplained set of extra fees on top of the advertised rate. Staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked for an itemized bill or explanation. I felt pressured to pay immediately and left without a clear receipt. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this company — their billing practices and customer service were unacceptable."
This company took money they were not entitled to. The vehicle was towed Saturday night and released Monday — only two nights, yet they charged three days of storage and added extra administrative and release fees that were not posted or disclosed. The bill was artificially inflated beyond the posted Hillsborough County wrecker rates.
A formal complaint has already been filed with Hillsborough County Consumer Protection. Consumers should be extremely cautious!!
