Be extremely cautious with turning in precious metals at this location the lead guy in this department has ZERO integrity, manipulates the companys non Spanish speaking costumers, and pretends he cannot understand you when he indeed understands quite fine in fact he is REQUIRED TO IN ORDER TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY but instead GASLIGHTS costumers into thinking that they're stupid. You're being strong armed/ robbed of your time money and precious metals. Just a single mom in need of extra income and YOURE LITERALLY STEALING FOOD FROM MY CHILDS MOUTH I'm so sick of this place utterly disrespecting my business and degrading me as a mother. I scraped 3 identical aluminum rims the set was missing one wheel and did not come with tires already mounted on them so I load two in the bin roll them up to the scale and then proceeded back for the third rim. The first two rims he weighed were indeed aluminum in which he proceeded to give me said price at said weight I had but when it comes to third identical rim (TO A SET) hes now telling me IS NOT aluminum refuses to address the problem ignores you like youre not even standing their to which im like ok and proceed to the pay counter i show the lady the receipt and explain the issue to her and all im told is i HAVE to take it up with said exact employee THAT CAUSES THE SAME ISSUE EVERY TIME please explain to me how I'm taking the time to separate my copper tubing from my number 1 and number 2 copper I separate my aluminum from extrusion, clean,dirty, cans but I don't have a single pound on my receipt for copper tubing or even my number 1 copper what so ever its conveniently all priced as number 2 copper as well as every bit of aluminum THAT I CLEANED BY HAND is priced under dirty aluminum so I'm currently filing a report for theft against said employee and I guess they can break it down for you guys instead since nobody wants to do the job THEYRE ALREADY GETTING PAID TO DO and sadly can't/refuses to comprehend the frustrations THAT THEYRE ALLOWING/PURPOSELY causing their costumers. Million dollar company taking advantage of struggling consumers way to run a respectable place of business clearly needs new management because these people obviously need to know what it feels like to be taken advantaged of while it's them that are met with troubling times and trying to make ends meet. IMPORTANT!!:: ANYONE WHO HAS ALREADY OR HAPPENS TO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE PLEASE CONTACT THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AS AN INITIAL COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED, PLEASE PROCEED TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AS WELL, THE DEPT OF AGRICULT. AND CONSUMER SERV. , AS WELL AS THE FLORIDA OFFICE OF FINANCIAL REGULATION AND PLEASE FILE FOR A FEDERALLY FILED COMPLAINT

I left my dolly by the pile. They did something with it, and when I called back 30 minutes after I left they said no one had seen. FYI it's about 6 ft tall with big wheels. Now how could you miss that?
I went on Saturday, November 2 and sold 160lbs of aluminum and they paid me for it as iron, they scammed me, don't go there, they are scammers, I will never go back there
Was told to go to nappa entrance and as we pulled up got lied to by the man at the gate and was told they were taking no more loads, made a u turn and seen him letting more people in and as I call them to say what was going on all I was told was to wait at the gate again I'm not waiting another hour to unload scrap to be lied to by workers, take it somewhere else or hire someone to take it.

Extremely disappointed, got only $.52/lb for clean aluminum radiator ( off AC evaporator coils), prices are not advertised and they don't answer the phone, won't be back.
I went here and got a decent rate for my brass keys. Today I was given .50 a pound stating my brass keys were irony brass. Not happy with the employees not stating the correct metal for the correct price.
They will rip you off they gave me a good price but cut the weight in half I weighed it myself at home it was almost 50 pounds they gave me 22 they're thieves or ignorant one of the two does anybody know of the governing officials to turn these thieves over to
Fast and efficient. I drop off a lot of aluminum there quite often and their guys always help me unload even though I tell them they don’t have to. (It takes me about an hour to do it by myself)
Just be sure to bring a (strong)magnet with you if you are trying to get the max clean metal $$ for aluminum. They will check!
I was there on 4/2/23. I had three garbage can's of copper I have been saving for a while. One Romex, one number one insulated, and on bare brite. Bare brite was about 400lbs so heavy it took two strong men to get on the truck. They called a fork lift to get it down. They rushed it to the scale then dumped it in there pile. Handed me a ticket for 190lbs. I can lift that by myself all day. I was robbed for about 1,000$ the next time I return will be with the police.
Generally very helpful. They like to run a tight ship, which I like, so getting in and out is usually quick! Taylor is the greatest and I'll have to get the other guys names and add later!
They are always in a hurry to get you out so they can leave. That they don't put you stuff in right. They said my little plastic drawer weighed 3lbs. But when i weighed it by its self it didnt register at all. So all this time they been taking 3lbs off my weight. They should mot have been. So i guess 3lbs x 3.35 a lbs x 10=100.50 they should owe me. I think they need to slow down. Other than they are great.
10/10 recommend to everyone absolutely loved my experience here. I’ve never recycled metal before so I was confused on how to go about recycling, but they were super polite and helped. I called ahead of time and had all my questions answered they even walked me through the steps of what to do when I arrived. Upon arriving I was welcomed with a great friendly atmosphere right away from the weight station to the warehouse and the even pay out window. Like I said I loved my experience here will definitely come again. They have done a amazing job with this business.
This place is amazing for all types of scrap metal. You get paid right away. Don't bring shady stuff here because they definitely need your ID and fingerprint before paying you. That disclaimer doesn't apply to me, but I figure people who come across this review in the future might appreciate this additional general knowledge.
I am editing my original comment. Went there today and the one operating the crane decided he didn't like me parked on the pad taking a call so he smashed my cabinets. Then I was told it was a mistake and was offered $50 for them. I will not return. There was no reason for him to put the crane in my trailer. I didn't ask for any help. The lying manager said to me that he thought the wood cabinets were metal.
I went to Eagle Metals Recycling for the first time and had a great experience. The employees were very helpful and honest. They gave me top dollar on all the scrap I brought in and answered every question I had. Not only that they were very quick to help me unload the scrap from my truck. I’ll definitely be going back with more scrap metals!
Amazing!. organize, polite, quick, and please ask for Simon he's a life savior!!!!. helped us a lot told us where to go without any attitude or discrimination. will be coming back again even though it was a sunday and we drove 37 minutes, about 21 miles from home, it was well worth it. will be coming back AGAIN!!
Went to sell about 130lbs in scrap. When calling out and weighing the items, they were speaking Spanish. I could only confirm the weights and when I got the final receipt, they basically stole $30 in computer heatsinks (marked it as 1c/lb when it should be around 50-75). I talked to the guy at the computer and he said they called it out wrong. I thought "okay no big deal". However, this was after it had already been dumped in a bin. I had to go back there and get it myself and half of it was inaccessible to me. Ended up leaving feeling cheated.
I'll just stick with my local scrap yard. At least they're honest and I can understand how they're identifying my scrap.
Fast and easy, if your metals are not clean do not complain about pricing. Pricing is based on one clean metal you can't have two metals together and expect to get accurate pricing. And how exactly are you weighing your metals before you get there to know exactly how many pounds you have. They have a scale trust it, you will go far.
