Their battery servicing was exactly what I needed on a chilly morning. He checked at the old battery, changed it right immediately, and made sure everything was working before he left. It worked well and didn't cost too much.
Called several other companies none of which would tow my vehicle out of city for one reason or another, except for these guys! All around good experience!
If I could give a lower rating for this company I would. To begin I called on 12/30/23 and was told they were short staffed with the holidays and would be able to come out Tuesday(1/4/24) morning. I was okay with this given the holidays and understanding the business was short-staffed. I scheduled for Tuesday morning and they asked for CC confirmation to hold appt. I was told to call on Monday afternoon to confirm pickup for Tuesday morning. I did so and pickup was confirmed for between 7am and 8am. No one EVER came during any business hours from 7am -5pm. I also had an appointment scheduled at a mechanic for 8:30am this morning(hence the reason for needing the tow) that was now missed. I attempted to call the company for an update and was hung up on not even half a sentence into explaining what happened. I immediately called back only to be forwarded to voicemail. Mind you they had charged my card immediately on the 30th. Needless to say I have now lost an entire extra day waiting around and my car STILL has not been towed and still needs to get to a mechanic before it can be fixed and I have had to call and report fraudulent charges. This is highly illegal what this company is doing.
SCAM!! This company is a scam. They took $180 for a service charge to help tow my car and it’s been 2 hours and no one showed up and no answered the phone. Called from three different numbers. How can you take someone’s money and not deliver a service. CALLING THE COPS TO show up to their location
