First I want thank Mandy for her assistance in the process of selling my vehicle. She was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She explained the process to me thorough and what I needed to do. She also made sure the pickup was fast and that they knew of any special assistance for me. The tow truck company called to verify things and tell me timeframe of pickup. The tow truck driver was also polite, and a fast worker with removing the vehicle. I will in the future recommend them to my friends and family. They also gave me a great price. Thanks to Mandy and company for all your help today.

I read the reviews before hand and they were less than stellar, so my hopes weren't high. The first lady I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and professional. Carlos, was also very professional when I spoke with him. The guys that came out seemed to be training a new guy and so that was a little rough as there was a language barrier. Otherwise, they took the car and paid cash for it within 2 hours of the initial phone call. Mandy, called me this evening to touch base and make sure everything went smooth and she was pleasant as well. All in all I dont know what anyone else's issues were but I experienced none of them! Highly recommend if you have a vehicle in your yard you need to have pulled.
