I came yesterday to buy a car, I was supposed to get it and they guys left the car locked, I couldn't get the cat, the financial guy told me to come in the morning and pick it up. They open at 8am but The sales people don't get here until 8:45am... Waited for the Gerardo ( sales guy) he gets here and turns out the manager took the keys home with him... And he doesn't get here till 12pm, what a waist of time. This place is a mess, no wonder they told me yesterday that they needed to make the deal so they can hit the sales this month... More to the story, I went back at 1pm, turns out the brand new 2025 car they sold me, it was damaged and they didn't know about it... Now I have to wait 6 more days so they can receive another one like the one I wanted. After all of that, they offered me a rental for those 6 days that I have to wait, when we went to get the rental... There's no rentals available lol, definitely that place is a big ass mess.
I was treated with the upmost respect and notified about the status of my repair continuously like I was family. Todd Norrie is a stellar part of your organization and a true asset. He was genuine to me, fought long and hard for my repair when the insurance company fell short, and greeted me with a smile. My repair was performed flawlessly with symmetry and lines between car body parts equal to a brand new vehicle. I was completely satisfied. The Toyota of Tampa Bay collision center super exceeded my expectations. Outstanding performance all around. Here’s the before and after.
Bad experiences I never want to have again. The last one was for warranty on a bad paint job. After almost three months I pick up my car surprise!!! My security camera someone disconnected. I look at the recordings and the employee was pressing the gas pedal to the floor saying I like the sound of these cars on several occasions. Then the car camera was disconnected. Today I called more than five times they never called me back. Doon give me a call you promised me my car would be in good hands. 🤨
