Tyler did an outstanding job handling my claim. From the estimate to the communication in between repairs, I couldn’t have asked for better service on my car. He’s a really nice guy and clearly devoted to providing excellent service. Seriously, promote the guy - it would be very well deserved.

Today I came to pick up my car was terribly dusty inside and out.
I had the car clean before I handed it in, I never thought they would return the car to mein this condition I am so disgusting full of dust, stains, etc.
I am not happy with this neglect.
When I picked up the car, No one gave me any brief explanation about the repair.
The receptionist told me unfortunately they went home early.
Therefore there is no one to help you with the car and no one was there to answer my questions.
I only received excuses
Car wash broke, there is no other staff to clean your car or answer your questions about the car. Shameful care less.
The manager offer me to come back before 3pm to clean the car.
But I work I don't the time,
I get off late to make another trip.
They should be have the car ready before I pick up this afternoon.
I am very very disappointed.

Bad experiences I never want to have again. The last one was for warranty on a bad paint job. After almost three months I pick up my car surprise!!! My security camera someone disconnected. I look at the recordings and the employee was pressing the gas pedal to the floor saying I like the sound of these cars on several occasions. Then the car camera was disconnected. Today I called more than five times they never called me back. Doon give me a call you promised me my car would be in good hands.

Within 30 days of purchasing my new 2024 Corolla, one of Florida’s finest drivers crashed into my front passenger door. I recently purchased a used truck from Toyota of Tampa that had a crack in the windshield and some scratches on the body. I brought it to the collision center as part of the purchase agreement and that’s where I worked with Matt Nolan.
When I dropped it off, he let me know what he was going to do. He communicated with me by text throughout the entire process while he had the truck. I was able to pick it up same day.
He went above and beyond. Getting out all of the scratches and when he replaced the windshield, he even put back on the tint strip at the top of the window. He is absolutely amazing.
If you can, I highly suggest asking for Matt.
I came into to Toyota of Tampa Bay Collision Center to get a quote on my car and had a great experience with Eric G.! I came in rather late due to my hectic schedule, but Eric greeted me kindly. He was very personable, knowledgable and honest. I really appreciated the fact that he took extra time to answer my questions and commend his patience with me. He was genuine to me, fought long and hard for my repair when the insurance company fell short, and greeted me with a smile. If you are an OCD person and you care about your car don't bring it to this body shop. The Staff was friendly Mr Arash was my advisor and he was very kind and patient he took the time to answer my questions and texts BUT I chose to bring my car to the dealership because I thought they were going to make my car look brand new again and I wanted to keep everything original. They installed some aftermarket parts on my car not original ones and the panels were not aligned the gaps between panels are bigger on one side and the headlights don't fit perfectly on the bumper. And lastly they left a small scratch on the paint that was not there before.I took it back at 9am and my advisor was not at the bodyshop (it was early) the person who spoke to me told me my car was good according to their standards which I personally believe that was not true I've seen better jobs after major accidents (mine was a minor) done by other bodyshops that are not "dealerships" which a I regret not choosing one of them. My friend just had an accident too and asked me about and unfortunately I couldn't tell him that they did a good job.
