My car was towed today from the Midtown Waters garage, and the experience could have been better. When I asked for a receipt, the driver mentioned it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. When I followed up with the owner, I was told that receipts can only be picked up at their office, which is about an hour from my home. I wish the process had been clearer and more convenient for customers.

They have very bad drivers, who don't respect other vehicles. One of them, near the airport, threw himself in front of me and then laughed. I hope he's fired. This happened around 3 p.m. on July 22. He shows very little professionalism on behalf of his company.

Explicitly wouldn't show me photos of what I did wrong and charge me extra for "holiday fees" for Memorial Day! Awful service, didn't answer my questions and kept my car hostage until I threw this company more and more money.
Alex was very very helpful, respectful and courteous. Eventhough his truck couldn't move our electric vehicle he stayed until the other truck arrived and we appreciate his dedication to the job and customers.

On Sunday March 16, 2025 around 6:30 pm I was on my way to the airport on I-75 to catch a flight when my car broke down around 15 mins. from home. It was pouring down that afternoon and was getting dark. I called various towing places including Bilal Towing Inc. which were the only ones who answered. When they first gave me the price I was astonished, BUT... according to my circumstances, I agreed. They were fast and efficient even with the rain falling so hard and the low visibility. Both the owner and Harold the driver communicated with me before the tow truck arrived multiple time which is something I appreciate much. Thank you guys for helping me on that day and for sending me a receipt two weeks later when I asked you for it. God blessed you all. You're a life saver. I highly recommend this place if anyone need a reliable towing service.
I’ve never had such a positive experience with a towing company! My driver, Khaled, was incredibly kind and helpful. He not only gave my friend and me a ride home but also kept me updated when he arrived at the tire repair shop. Thanks to him, I was able to get my car back the same night. Very good and fast experience. I needed my tire changed and he arrived promptly and communicated very well from the initial phone call to the end. He was well groomed and very kind. Additionally, he asked me to take the car for a spin before he left just to make sure my car was good to go. As a single woman, I felt safe and had no worries.
