I felt relief he knew what he was doing and my car was safely on its way to the shop I arrived to find Alfredo dropping my car off and as he shook my hand and said Thank you. Thanks to Alfredo for the tow! Prices were reasonable, and service was quick and friendly. You guys really got me out of a bind today. I drive a lot for work and will use you guys next time I blow my car up. LOL
The good, the bad and the ugly. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating is because of the driver, Alex. He was approachable, easy to speak to. We discussed what options were available. I needed my RV pulled out of a soft median where it sunk and got stuck. After my suggestion didn't get results he was able to get the task done using his initial thoughts. Alex contacted me and kept in contact with me until his arrival. My issue is with the person who answered the phone. He told me 275.00. I agreed. He told me it would be 90 minutes because it was rush hour. It was 1:30 in the afternoon. Furthermore, I was billed an additional 35.00 wench charge. Which is totally ludicrous considering what the issue was. Once my RV was pulled out the battery was dead and they wanted 180.00 jump charge. When I reached out to them about the 35.00 charge they did not bother replying. Never again. And stop with gauging folks with hidden fees.
Angel Rivera got me out home pretty quick and had great customer service. This driver made my bad situation much more bearable by prioritizing getting me home even though I was so far north out of the city. Great experience for a crappy situation
Taj helped me out so much, i was stuck on the highway and he was kind enough to take me straight home with great affordable services (Also my car is lowered and if you request wood he will have it available)
This is my first time ever contacting a tow truck company. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories but after dealing with these guys, I won’t be calling anybody else. I was soaking with this guy named Angel. He gave me his car one day. Never thought I was gonna use it, but I’m glad I did. My pickup truck broke down so i call him up. He hooked me up with a tow and i was able to afford it on my budget Thank you Big Bro
Yo shout out Angel, even though they took him to the wrong address he still handled it like a champ. He followed the instructions to take it to the tire Kingdom and drop that car off like a Boss. He even put my keys in a nice lil spot and took a picture of it to make sure I knew exactly where it was. He also took a pic of my car to confirm he dropped it off. On top of that, he real cool dude, hey, if you’re seeing this, Angel, I love you and many thanks.
Offered quick service was there within 20 minutes driver was awesome very knowledgeable and courteous went above and beyond very professional gentleman would definitely recommend this company and that gentleman I thank him and them for their service
I would highly recommend this company. Anthony called within 15 minutes of me scheduling my service through AAA. He informed me that there were a lot of calls and they were running a little bit behind but would get to my call as soon as he could. He stayed in touch with me and kept me informed as to when my car would be taken care of. I appreciate his diligence and honesty and would use him again in the future.

My car was towed today from the Midtown Waters garage, and the experience could have been better. When I asked for a receipt, the driver mentioned it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. When I followed up with the owner, I was told that receipts can only be picked up at their office, which is about an hour from my home. I wish the process had been clearer and more convenient for customers.
