My tow truck driver Henry was extremely unprofessional and rude, especially after I waited 9 total hours on him. He kept saying he was close but eventually took him 5 additional hours past my pick up window. He screamed at me at one point when I called simply for an ETA. This experience was a nightmare and I hope proper consequences are in place for Henry, who was so beyond disrespectful and aggressively rude towards me.
I had an accident and this company towed my vehicle they were informative they were very professional I highly recommend them I've had vehicles towed before and usually they don't say much to you they take the vehicle tell you where they're taking it that's it but these guys make you feel like an old friend The man I dealt with was Brian skaggs a very good person I highly recommend this company
Dante was the driver to come pick up the car. Everything was simple smooth and quick. He was able to make the process seem so simple. Handed over the keys and received the check. Perfect would recommend.
Had to get my son‘s car towed because of an accident and had Dante towing came to get my car. Dante Was extremely professional and courteous, and very thorough on getting the car hooked up for towing. Dante was on time and I will be using them again in the future if I ever need them!
For my 2nd time, Starks Towing is showing up at my house to replace my dead car battery. The last time was June, 2021. JD was the same guy that helped me both times. It’s really nice that for a reasonable price they quickly come to the house and take care of everything. The last battery lasted over 4 years, which is pretty great in Florida. I highly recommend them!
The owner of this company has terrible customer service. I called on two different occasions, and he either said a different company name or just said "Yeah". I asked him several questions because my wife was in an accident, and the insurance company needed to pick up the vehicle from his lot to take to the repair shop. He answered in single syllables and, if forced to explain, did so with anger and resentment in his voice. I was blown away with his rudeness and poor customer service. God knows how he treats his staff.
Unsure of specific driver, but one of their flatbeds just flew past me going atleast 25 over the speed limit weaving through traffic. Very unprofessional and a huge liability to all around.

this has to be the rudest company I've ever dealt with. I left my sun pass in my car and I called up and asked them to pull it out and bring in the office and I would come by later and pick it. she stuck it on the mailbox. I asked her if she could bring it in the office and come by and pick it up. Her response was no I'm busy and hung up on me after saying a few choice words to try to make me feel stupid. I know when I was there, she barely helped me. She sent me out to the car by myself because it was raining out. She did give me a screwdriver to take off my plate, which I will give her credit for the only other thing she did was make a copy of my drivers License. She did absolutely nothing for me that she would’ve had to hang up on another customer that was on the phone while she was helping me. this is just one example of the situation I ran this company. When the tow truck driver picked up my car, they gave information. They didn't take my key and they just drove off with my car from the accident. I had to look up the information for my car and when I called I got some guy that wasn't even in the office that was extremely rude to me saying need to hit option three which is what I but he acted like I was stupid and didn't hit the right option. So I hung up went through the options again hit option three and then no one would answer. I must've called five more times hitting every option trying to get someone and no one would answer so I left a voicemail and no one bothered to call me back. The company is completely incompetent.
On time for pickup with a driver that could speak English, my last two tows with other companies didn't at all. Good text messages before shortened my wait times to meet him. Abdul was friendly and helpful and quick!
I definitely would not recommend this place. I had to pay first before I could see my vehicle which they knew they damaged and it had a flat front driver side tire. The lady in the office called the owner he didn't respond. I went to view the truck then walk back to the office the lady had locked the door and refused to open it I knocked, I called, and got nothing. Finally after reaching the owner a week later to no avail he denied any wrongdoing. He interrupted me every time I tried to speak to him would not let me get a word in edgewise. Once I realize level of intelligence I was dealing with I just ended the conversation and filed a lien. Avoid this place at all cost
