I definitely would not recommend this place. I had to pay first before I could see my vehicle which they knew they damaged and it had a flat front driver side tire. The lady in the office called the owner he didn't respond. I went to view the truck then walk back to the office the lady had locked the door and refused to open it I knocked, I called, and got nothing. Finally after reaching the owner a week later to no avail he denied any wrongdoing. He interrupted me every time I tried to speak to him would not let me get a word in edgewise. Once I realize level of intelligence I was dealing with I just ended the conversation and filed a lien. Avoid this place at all cost

On time for pickup with a driver that could speak English, my last two tows with other companies didn't at all. Good text messages before shortened my wait times to meet him. Abdul was friendly and helpful and quick!

Got my car out of the tow yard $336 later. Thank you to the folx that helped. Starks Towing definitely weren't cutting me any breaks. They refused to show trespass tow agreement from the business my vehicle was removed from as required by the county ordinance.They initially refused to provide a detailed receipt with breakdown of charges that is also required by the ordinance. $160 to tow. Plus 6 miles at $6 a mile was $36. Charged a storage fee of $70 for two days even though it was less than 24 hours. Plus a $70 gate fee. When asking for an explanation of predatory towing fees, and waiver they were requiring me to sign that is also illegal according to the ordinance, they refused service and threatened to call the police. We said call them and tell them what you're doing. They also rummaged my car that I keep incredibly clean and everything in place because I do Uber. My fixed blade knife that is always wedged next to me seat was laying on the passenger seat. Also, when I arrived at the yard some weird old guy approached me in a dilapidated vehicle asking me who I was waiting for. He then just sat there. Then a lady showed up in her car and informed me her fiance would be there soon. Her fiance was the tow truck driver. She left. When the driver arrived the old guy was trying to intervene and kept telling me just pay the money and leave. I got a phone call from the owner who was watching everything from the cameras telling me don't listen to that guy he doesn't work there. Then when I was paid the guy he went in the office and locked the door. I got another phone call from the owner saying to stop yelling at the driver even though it was merely questioning the charges and demanding a receipt for a cash payment. Meanwhile the old guy was on the phone saying when he arrived we were walking around the yard when he arrived. Yes, the fence was down and there were no signs saying no trespassing. Then after the extortion transaction the old guy and the driver were talking about going back to the house and having a beer. Weird AF. Anyway, I got my car out. I'm requesting TPD report tomorrow and the trespass tow agreement from the business they towed my car from. The business is closed on weekends, so I'm 99% sure the tire/auto parts store I parked did not request the tow. Also there were no posted signs that have incredibly strict regulations regarding size color and reflectivity of the signs as per the ordinance. I'll definitely be seeking reimbursement for illegal predatory towing, two $27 Uber rides to get home and get my car, plus lost wages as I would have been driving for Uber this morning.
