Yesterday was my first time using this company, and I will never use them again. Low- ballers, no communication on what they will pay, they sit behind a dark tinted window, and ignore you while your just standing there. This place is a rip off....
First time there and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Gave me a great price for the copper as well. A+++j
Been twice first time I thought I had a new yard fair prices quick service. Second time I don’t know if I’ll be back because this dude Cisco is so rude for no reason and the wait was insane. I pull up with the same e shredder steel I sold them last month and he starts yelling at me about how it’s not metal it’s plastic. Ok bud then don’t buy it I don’t care. I have other stuff so I pull in he won’t stop with the e scrap and keeps telling me I’m done. I still have like 3 different types of metals on my truck so I’m moving stuff since he didn’t like to buy what they already bought last month, he looks me in my face and says I can’t be cleaning metal in the bed of MY truck. What?!? I’m not holding up the line dude you are bring a box so I can leave. Anyway I sold most of my metal but I’d take a cent or two cut to not deal with hassle.
