A++ Picked up a load of scrap wire here, being transferred to Lexington SC. First one at the dock. Loaded in a reasonable amount of time for 10 bales. Scalehouse lady was very pleasant, and kept me informed on the computer system being down and just be patient with them. Can't ask for much better than that.

When you enter the yard, get into the scale, and they will come to you. The docks are middle off the building on the left side. Also, the girl at the scale office is extremely polite . Thank you, guys, for smiling face
Worst scrap place in the world, the lady in the front is so rude she actually got me mad and I'm a lover not a fighter, also I'm pretty sure they stole some weight from me.

They took scrap away before telling the rating. It was 85% less than the quoted rate. Husband lost over $500 on one pick up load. Had brought identical load 2weeks ago and they paid appropriately.
Unprofessional, rude stuff that hang out the phone just because they don't like ask questions. Looks like they don see the difference between Galvanized Material, Stanley Still and regular still. Such a shame. You lose a business of 2 or 3 tons of materials be because of your ignorance.
