I called early in the morning and they arrived in 30 minutes. Scooped up my car and brought it to the shop. Having a car towed is never a good time or a happy experience, at least they were quick. The only way it would have been better is if they were waiting for me when my car stopped and not charge me, which both are impossible.

I cannot begin to say enough fabulous things about Louis and his company. I live in Pinellas and was visiting a friend in Seminole Heights. It was dark when I left and I unknowingly drove over a low tree stump, which resulted in my transition fluid pouring out. I ended up stuck in the middle of a residential street with my gear shifter stuck, unable to move my car any further. Louis came to my rescue within about 15 minutes, was comforting and professional, and even sent me pictures of my car at the dealership in Clearwater to show he dropped it off. Needed my sisters f350 towed and relocated. I googled closes towing service to Seminole Heights and found I tow. Called and Louis responded with in 30 minutes. He was very nice and well knowledge on moving a big f 350 truck. He also went out his way and grabbed a wasp spray out his tow truck to spray up a lot of wasps that were camping under the 350. He went above and beyond to get rid of them so we didn’t get stung.
