The keyboard on my Samsung S25 disappeared after I downloaded an app. I could not unlock my phone since the keyboard wasn't there and was told by a different phone repair shop that a factory reset was the only option.
Diego was the tech at batteries plus that helped me. Within 5 minutes he had my phone unlocked and had removed the app that caused the problem.
Kevin , was very helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced my car battery quickly and efficiently. Didn’t know they provided this service. Prices were very reasonable and they were very affordable. Website was very helpful as well. Thank you, Kevin

Went to Batteries Plus to get a car key cut and programed. Diego was very quick and professional and I was in and out for less than half the price the dealership would have charged. Highly recommend this location and Diego.
Went in to have an S23 phone repaired, a virus had infected it making it unusable. The reception from the tech was friendly and professional, possessing a willingness to understand the issue. He proceeded immediately to resolve it and in a short time the phone was presented to me with the problem completely solved. Kudos! Also meet the owner on checking out and he was quite hospitable, informative, and generous. Definitely recommend this store for all battery needs and phone repairs!
Diego was awesome! He was so patient with me. I was frantic about issues with my phone. He was very calming and reassuring. He had to factory reset my phone, but it resolved my issues. Kevin and the other young man were very nice to me. They gave me a chair and potato chips. I was there for awhile so they did their best to make me comfortable. Thanks Guys! Stopped in to get my car battery checked. During the cold snap it was slow starting. I was ready to buy a battery but they tested it and asked me a few questions about my driving habits. Don told me to drive it a little more often to keep the battery up since I don’t drive very much. Great advice! No pressure to buy - so they are my go to for life for all my battery needs.
Yesterday I showed up at 7:20pm...I was a little upset they were closed...seeing that their closing hours on line and on the front door said 8pm closing! Solid place for batteries of all types, pocket knives and machetes,flashlights etc
I initially tried to purchase a battery and charger on line and pick it up at the store. I was offered a discount of 15% if I signed up for receiving email notification. I signed up but did not receive a code at that time so I went to the store and did the purchase minus the discount. The store was unable to give me the discount and said I needed to do it online. I sent an email to Batteries Plus but received no response.
Kind of disappointed, I was the only one in the store and stopped in for a key fob at 1:30 and was told there wasn’t enough time to sync it cause they close at 5. Not sure how long the process is for cutting and programming a key fob so I’m not going to get too upset with topics I’m not an expert in but seemed a bit odd to me that 3.5 hours wasn’t enough time. They are usually pretty good there so I’ll give them another try, maybe when they aren’t “too busy.”
This store is one of the best and the cleanest store I ever been into that fixed phones and sells batteries..

Realized my battery may have met it's expectancy due to the change in the way it was starting, I went to Batteries Plus in Sun City Center Florida. First Kevin diagnosed the life of the battery, obviously dead. He replaced my battery for me and with a friendly smile. Thank you Kevin for a job well done and saving me a trip going elsewhere.
I cracked my phone screen on the S22 ultra on the bottom left corner. The bottom half of my screen was working but not the top (weird) but I dropped it off here and they got me back right. I sure appreciate the friendliness, quickness, and customer service. Thank you both🤍 oh and I got a really cute case to make sure my phone is safe again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I came in today expecting to have to buy a new car key because it stopped working. It turns out I accidentally put the battery is backwards. Kevin approached me, quickly identified and fixed it. You know what he charged me? Zero. I'll be buying my batteries and wipers here going forward!
I had the great pleasure to work with Kevin and Liz. Both very professional and friendly. I presented with a small remote control with a battery door that was jammed. Even though this might have seemed like a small issue, it made the device useless. They put full attention to this issue until it was resolved. Excellent customer service. They also introduced me to all the other services and products in the store. I will certainly return and tell others about this business.

Went to this SC Batteries+ for a new aux battery for my SUV. Don the manager handled the sale. The price was good and he installed the battery in the rear of my SUV in short order.
Don was friendly, a vet 🫡 and great to work with. I’ll drive here to SC from Valrico for other car battery needs in the future.

I just came back from. Purchasing a CR 2032 battery for my keyless remote.
The young man which attended me wanted to charge me $22.00.
I told him you are going to charge me $22.00 for a battery? He said no. You can come back and it will be free with this plan. I explained I just want one battery.
Then he said he would charge me $16.00 for a plan.
I explained stop trying to sell me a plan.
I just want a battery. Finally he got me 2 pack battery and when I asked if he could replace it on my remote he said "NO".
Brandon battery plus has better service then Sun City.
Seniors beware of these plans when taking your card out or money to pay.
So sad on such a rainy day I was treated this way from this young man.

Batteries Plus at Sun City Center should be your first stop if you need Batteries for your cell, car, golf cart and RV. They replaced my cell phone battery and screen. While I was there, I watched them replace key fobs and windshield wipers! They are open 7 days a week until 8pm except on Sunday. It is a very convenient location. All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. A special shout out to Don the manager and vp Tim. They truly went the extra mile. Thank you!
Ordered batteries for my golf cart from the Sun City Center location. They actually came out to my house and did the install for the 6 new batteries and took away the old ones for me. The installer, Garrett, did a wonderful job. He was very polite and thorough. I would highly recommend this business for all of your battery needs!
