Predatory towing practices. Wrongfully sticker and tow cars within our community with out any logical explanation other than “ pay and take us to court” Terrible company. Dishonest people that pray on successful hardworking people.
My HOA contracted with Dixie Towing and unfortunately I got towed (Ignorance is not bliss it is expensive).
Cost me $225 CASH ONLY to get my vehicle out of auto jail. As soon as I discovered I had been towed (within hours) I immediately called Dixie towing and said I would be there in less than 20 minutes, when I got there couldn't find anyone to take my CASH ONLY payment. Called again and told I would have to wait for the driver to get back. 45 minutes later and $225 CASH Only payment made I felt I had been scammed/extorted. I have used another locaĺ towing service and it was $125 CASH, CREDIT, DEBIT OR CHECK.
Someone else in the neighborhood that had to bail their car out said their experience was "CASH ONLY AND THEY DON'T GIVE CHANGE"
Asked about Vet/First responder discount they would not accept my DD214 as proof of service. It's good enough for the VA and government but not Dixie towing.
Awesome company! After waiting all day to get a truck towed and two companies telling me they couldn't do the job, my insurance company connected me with them. They showed up at 10pm at night and got the job done. They were so courteous and the driver, Brant, was awesome. Polite and courteous. Will recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again, if needed.
Best experience I've ever had so far with a tow/wrecker service. I was told an hour and they got to me in 20 min. This is a great family business for sure.

Truly some of the best, most responsive service I’ve ever received anywhere. I was in a difficult situation trying to arrange a towing service for my 92-year-old mother from 3000 miles away.
