Great place to find parts!! Starter in my car began going bad, so I called the dealership. The new starter was $800+ and needed to be ordered. So, I called AutoZone $330+ core & needed to be ordered online for shipping to store of my choice. Wasn’t happy with those prices or options so I looked into used parts. Found a like-new starter off a car with 33K miles for $80! Customer service was excellent over the phone and in person. Starter was brought out in less than 10 minutes, I was totally expecting to wait 30-40. I would give Gagles 10 stars if it was an option. Thanks again guys, you will always be my first call for used parts!
Took 10 days, after I paid for the parts using PayPal. The website did not track my order. When I got home, I realized one part was missing a component. Yes, I signed the slip of paper saying, at time of pickup, it was complete.
Called In advance to confirm that the part I was looking for was available. They confirmed it was so I drove an hour to get there, only for them to tell me that it wasn’t available and they didn’t have any in stock. Appreciate you guys wasting my time
Don't ever buy anything from this group. I bought a tailgate through EBay which was shipped to the wrong address and arrived damaged and they didn't send proof of condition before shipping as they had promised. They are dishonest at best and fraudulent at worst.
Custumer service is not professional like Dave Vasquez and hi supervisor both not work like professional they not work like respect I am customer l can’t pay because I forget my driver license but I talk I Dave ok I call now I América express they answer all cuestión but he told me my boss said no ok let me talk with other person for solutions that problem now so after that he supervisor is not professional he told me I don’t know you ok let me talks person over you but the general is not here so I left am they not solution I don’t not the owner have person like Dave Vasquez and his supervisor not professional working and that place I am recommending that please my name is Ramon
I don't recommend anyone to buy anything here. I am totally frustrated. I paid 166$ with tax for this part and look how I received it. As soon as I left the store I checked the internet and found many other parts that were the same and in a better state of conservation for half the price. when i tried to return it they said i would have to pay 25% fee because they had to order that part. Don’t waste your time buying parts here, you will find it on internet much cheaper and better condition.
Went to buy a transmission that they had 3 of (1200 in the state of florida). I was from out of town and did not have core. Salesman not willing to wave core charge in order to make sale. Looked on car-part picked my next option 15 minutes away. Called them and they waved core charge to make a deal. Went and bought it from them.
Hello, I ordered a motor from them. When I took the motor to my mechanic to get installed he advised the motor was leaking oil from the oil housing. Gayle’s agreed to repair it, by changing the oil housing filter from plastic to aluminum.they went picked up the motor &’d kept for a few days and brought it back. (With no receipt of what they replaced). After having my motor replaced some time later my car started making a clicking noise took it to my mechanic my oil Housing was leaking oil. I called gagles brought the car to them and they stated it’s my main seal is leaking. Took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and he stated it’s the oil filter housing. Called Gagles back and they stated it’s out of warranty. What’s a warranty on a service that was never done! DONT ORDER FROM THEM SO MANY BAD REVIEWS I SHOULDVE NOT DID BUSINESS WITH THEM! Report them to Bad Business Burrow!
Hello everyone, I am the owner of Richie's Auto Repair in Tampa/ Brandon Fl. I have been dealing with the guys at Gagels for over 20 years. Have bought hundreds of parts including motors , transmissions differentials as well as electrical components and have never had an issue with the staff or company policies in all my years of being in business. We pride our selves in the work we perform on our customer vehicles and the job is only as good as the parts we install. I can tell you by far that threw the years I have dealt with hundreds of yard and by far you can shop with confidence here.Thanks guys for all your hard work and dedication to help me be successful in my business.
There is zero organization. We called and traveled an hour to get what they said they had. I get there took them 5 minutes to find who I spoke with. Gary says he’s waiting to find someone to check on what I was told they had. After 20 min watching the other employees watching racing videos, yea I saw you, I asked if I could go look myself and magically they came up with a plan to get someone to make it a priority. If you have ANYTHING else to do that day don’t go here. How to fix: hire an office manager. If you already have one, get a real one. I don’t blame Gary. He has zero supervision.

On 8/29 Tuesday before the hurricane, I called and ask Dave if he had some fan motors. A junk yard Part right. "He said ya I have some" after checking. I said cool!! I was super happy taking advantage of the next day off to work on my car right. Soo i pulled 10 hr shift and got off at 3:15 p.m. I called Dave to ask what time they closed to confirm everything since I'm coming from lakeland (A 50 min drive according to GPS). Keep in mind this is a day before the hurican so the traffic is narley. He said be up here by 4:15 p.m I said alright cool I can make that happen. So I drive my happy but up there slamming gears in my eco tech slow bolt and I managed to be there at 3:50 p.m. A whole 25 min left Dave and the gang was gone Keep in mind they were gone when I arrived. Soooo I said mannn I didn't want to waste my time and gas for nothing so I manged to talk to pedro I belive in the back. Very nice guy and sick supra yall had! That's besides the point 😅. He reached out to Dave and confirmed everyone was gone and couldn't further help me THAT day. Despite how nice Pedro was I still had to drive now 2 hours back in the rain, hurican traffic and empty handed all thanks to Dave's amazing customer service. Moral of this story my man should have just said we are closing earlie that way I didn't waste my time and resources or Dave should have stayed.
Swear they might as well switch to a online only service. From the second I walked in door the staff seemed annoyed. Seemed like they don't like money. Please don't ever forget you are selling used parts you should be happy your community takes time to inquire about a part instead of getting on eBay.
A week or so ago a lovely young lady stopped by our shop and left some pens, pads and brochures. We tried them this week by ordering a wheel. It was delivered here the very next day and was in much better shape than I anticipated. Very very pleased with this company. Customer service contact on the phone has been pleasant, just an overall great experience. Will most certainly be purchasing from them again.

The best thing I can say about this company is, their female forklift driver has improved the speed and quality of service.
I ordered a part and was promised the part will reach to me in 2 business days. I waited 3 business days and the part never arrived! So I gave them a call and was told that the part will arrive to my address on the second business day. Nothing ever arrived!! I called two days after and kept getting transferred over until they hung up on me!! Eventually I was able to reach someone and was told that the part is bad. Wasted a whole week waiting on a part to be told at the end that the part was bad!!! Disappointing service and terrible communication from Gagles auto part’s end!! Stay away from them as timee costs moneyy!!!
Absolutely horrible service…. Go into parts desk ask for a complete part with everything included. Willing to pay for whatever. I just needed a complete unit. Waited way longer than was told and when they brought the part out it was totally striped. Told me they couldn’t sell the rest to me because they always cut the parts out. I would have just went to a pull a part if that was the case I didnt care what had to be done, but don’t sell me a complete unit and then tell me you can’t sell it complete.
Customer service and good manners techniques are zero in this place.
I called over an hour before they closed, verified they had my part in stock and informed them of the hour distance I would be driving to pick up this part. I called again to ask about if they may have the condenser also for my radiator 20 mins before they closed and to inform them I would be there right at 5 pm but non the less there by 5. They told me when I was literally 15 min out from them they could not do anything for me, I needed to be there by 430 to get a part pulled. Not once was this mentioned in the previous conversation where I disclosed the distance I was driving and the time frames I would be there. Not one time is it listed on the website that they can not serve you after 430pm but it does state that their doors are open till 5pm. I am a compassionate and understanding individual who also deals with sales as well. Keeping that in mind when I diligently asked to speak to someone who could be a bit more informative because the individual I was speaking with did not pull parts or have an input about what I needed done, I was transferred to voicemail. That in itself is enough to piss even the most patient and understanding person the hell off. After looking at reviews that others have posted, if this company wants to keep patrons happy (which, in fact, keeps the lights on and the doors open) management needs to re-evaluate their standards of customer service considering that this type of business is solely based on customer damn service.
I called looking for shelving for my promaster van and although they currently don’t have anything, Eddie was super helpful and is really working hard to try and help me locate what I need which is all I can ask!

Good discounts on hard to find parts. Located a bit off the main road but easy to get to from Brandon or Tampa. Make sure you have the correct part and receipt matches. I had a minor issue getting the wrong part the first time. Other than that, the exchange process and customer service were exceptional.

Avoid this place if you can. I ordered a part and Jacob barely responded to me and ignored my questions. Long story short he couldn’t ship it and canceled the order. Then we place the order for a part only to get a message the next day that it’s defective and worse part is that the part is still for sale on eBay. Save yourself the grief of this unprofessional place and avoid them altogether.
Странные ребята. Продают запчасти еще не снятые с авто, То-есть их точное состояние ни кто не знает. Чек не взяли, с карты деньги прошли не с первого раза. Спустя три дня позвонили и сказали, что куплена мною коробка повреждена. Прошла неделя деньги до сих пор не вернули. Приехал к ним снова. Провел час, чтобы вернуть деньги.
Not your typical gruff salvage operation. Clean facility, friendly reps and reasonable prices. I was picking up a replacement window glass for the passenger rear roll down pane that from everyone else I contacted was going to cost well over $150. They sold me a salvaged one for $38! I am a very happy customer!
Needed Odyssey sunroof glass and they were by far the most competitive, and actually sold me the entire sunroof. Saved me about $500 vs dealer and $100 better than any used shipped. I’m local went in they had exactly right part well packaged. Staff was professional but keep in mind it’s a used car part business not a Marriott.
This place was way out of my way but well worth the trip. Aside from having all electrical components removed from my part (which I needed) & one side was ripped out to where I have to find a way to replace it, the parts were cheap & I didn't even have to pull the part myself (which if I would have it wouldn't have been f***ed up). The people were nice & did I mention the parts were cheap? I would recommend it.
Worse experience with sales people. Bounced around to 3-4 different people which knew nothing about anything. After that treatment I wouldn’t even buy if I got that far. I can just imagine treatment if I needed to warranty any issue down the road. Definitely choose else where.
Took a half hour for them to pull parts. But the prices there are good.
