Had one of our work vans get a flat tire on the way to a job site and was in an unsafe area to repair it. They responded quickly to tow us to safety and get it swapped. Then discovered the spare was bad. They then not only offered to tow us but found us a reasonable tire shop.
Have added them to our list of preferred service providers and would confidently refer them to anyone!
On the way to a job site one of our fleet vehicles caught a flat tire. There was no way to change the tire safely due to the slope of the road and weight of the van. Hilarion came out within 30mins and assisted our crew and got them to a tire repair shop as there was also an issue with the spare on the vehicle. He was kind and helpful and made sure our crew was taken care of. Highly recommend H & Y Towing! Top-notch company!

My truck broke down at the baseball fields and I called for a Tow. H&Y Towing and Transport came out and instead of towing me to the shop, he tried everything to get the truck started. When he did get it started, he didn't even charge me. I would recommend this company to everyone. He was knowledge and extreming helpful. It's nice to know that humainity still exists. This company actually cares for people.
Box truck transmission went out and needed it towed. They were very nice on the phone, arrived extremely quickly (for a tow truck company), was quick and painless. Great pricing too. Would highly recommend!
Hilarion was extremely responsive when we had a car emergency. He was here to pick up our car when he said he was, but even better, he fixed the issue and saved us hundreds of dollars by not having it taken to a mechanic!! He didn't even charge us!!!

After an already rough morning, we had a belt break on our car today which left us stranded in Brandon for awhile in the heat of the day. I called H & Y Towing and they were super friendly and said they'd be to us in less than half an hour. During that time, we were able to get the car running again so I called H & Y right back and explained the situation. Since we wouldn't end up needing their services, I said I imagine there's some type of service charge (which I would have been more than happy to pay as they had gotten on the road to us so quickly). While there typically is, he waived it for us! Wow, that act of kindness really made our day!! I will call them again if I ever need towing services and definitely recommend! Thank you again H & Y!!
I am very happy with their services. I used them to tow my toolbox from my old employer to my garage at home, they were on time as promised. They also were very clear about pricing with no hidden fees. The technician was very helpful and made the transition nice and smooth. I would definitely recommend and use their services again. After calling three local places and dealing with my insurance’s automated system, I called this company amd finally got through to a real person in the first ring. They gave me a quote and an estimated arrival time. When the technician was on the way, they called to confirm, and within minutes, my battery was jumped. Literal guardian angel. We were stuck on the side of the road after our tire blew out and went completely flat, not knowing what we were going to do… this gentleman came to our window asking if we needed help. We found out that he is with this family business, he was very thorough and helped us tremendously. He changed our tire but went the extra mile by putting our spare tire on the back and the back tire on the front because we still had a ways to go. He then checked our tire pressure and put air in our tires to make sure that we would safely reach our destination. I would give 6 stars if I could, if you’re ever stranded call their number. Amazing service, and he did a great job!! Thank you!!!

I never thought I’d say I had a great towing experience but here I am. Hilarion did an excellent job moving my car on short notice. He was very fast and very professional. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a tow.
I am not usually one to write bad reviews, but the situation that occurred with the owner of this company was so appalling and crooked that I have no choice.
A tow truck driver came over into my lane on i75 S. I tried my best to avoid, but the truck ended up scraping and denting my car. The driver did apologize and tried to push the dent back out but the damages were apparent. This was my very first car incident so I wasn’t sure what to do. I knew information had to be exchanged, so when I asked him to provide his, he put in his name and phone number into my phone.
I told him I was also taking a picture of his license plate and he then asked to fix his phone number in my phone… he proceeds to enter in a completely new name (Hilarion) and number. It’s obvious he was originally going to try and avoid giving out real info. I feel the owner of a tow truck company should know what to do in these instances and not take advantage of a young girl who openly told him I had no idea what to do (lesson learned).
I tried calling later that evening to get his insurance information after being advised on what I should have gotten from him during the incident. He claimed he didn’t have it on him and he would call back later, which he never did. He also then claimed that his truck was damaged too, and that it was my fault. I feel SO taken advantaged of and my interaction with Hilarion reminds me that people exist out there who are un honest and deceitful.
Today my van broke down in the middle of 301 in the middle of the day. H&Y towing came to the rescue very quickly and were very reassuring. They towed, they fixed and they kept me updated patiently through the whole process. The price was reasonable and very fair. The customer service is above and beyond. We are very thankful and will be using their service and recommending them to everyone we know to save their information in case of an emergency like we had today.

Mr Lian was very understanding and professional with my request to have this car towed into the driveway spot seen in the photo. I damaged my key and was unable to put the car in neutral or turn the wheel in a way to position it how I wanted. He was careful, precise, and knew exactly how to handle this uphill request without any damage to my driveway or vehicle.

I don’t leave reviews often, but this one is one of a kind. First of all, this is the second time using this towing carrier as my boyfriend used it last month for his vehicle. I was truly amazed by the GREAT service provided by Mr. Briceno! I was stuck on a highway after an accident. He arrived very quickly and handled my vehicle with utmost care and professionalism. Ultimately, you can’t beat absolutely awesome balance of price and quality the company provides.

These guys are great. First time ever needing a tow and I found these guys locally. Gave them a call and they were very easy to talk to got everything set up in just a few minutes. Their service was phenomenal and didn’t have a single worry the whole time. They got my car from my house and to the shop in our scheduled time along with phone call updates through out the process.
