One the guys there sent a picture of the tire he had available, I went to pick it up and waited 30 minutes for him to tell me they cannot get the tire off. Why send me a picture and have me come just for no service to be rendered.
I asked the guy on the phone day before the 4th of July do he have the part I need for my car he said yes. When got he said they don't have the part that's why call before making blink trips for nothing. That's tucked up how he had me waisting me gas and time like that
My husband needed a transmission for his company vehicle, he called ahead a day before & ask if the transmission was still in stock & was told that yes it was available. This scrap yard was 45 away from us, he gets there & was told they have it in their system but they don’t have it in the shop. Completely wasted my husband’s time! We should have read the reviews before leaving the house! Do not waste your time there!
Called the day before said they had transmission on the shelf ready to go. Get there they can’t find it.
Waisted my time driving a hour for a part that is hard to miss if they have it or not.
This place is a joke! Called them about picking up a car and they gave me a quote over the phone. They were supposed come out the next day and never showed up.. I called them and I was told as soon as the guy got back to the office they would have him call me.. nothing! Don’t waste your time. Plenty of other salvage yards in the area.
Jeff is the man he made sure the part was there in stock before collecting any funds. Unlike some other junkyards.
I could not be happier with my results. Part was as described in great condition. Also wrap as it should be for shipping.

Be very careful with this place. My boyfriend went to buy 2 upper control arms they were asking $160 when you can buy them new for $40each. Unbelievable!!!
Worst place to go I spent over $1,400 on a transmission and engine still didn’t work. I was also told that I needed a new computer because it was a computer issue after I was told it was the engine still didn’t work.
I brought the car back several times not only was the car dirty with FAST FOOD and food all in my car . They even took my original windshield wipers and replaced it with old ones with the rubber coming off like I wasn’t supposed to notice .They drove my car around even all the way to Orlando to run errands(this is what the mechanic told me as he was joking with me because he forgot I wasn’t supposed to know). His coworker started speaking to him in Spanish, and then the conversation immediately changed when he realized what he was talking to me about. Every time I brought the car full of gas. It came back on it empty tank with the gas light on. You are better off, going to a real dealership and paying the extra money because they will rip you off. They are horrible people.
We ordered a engine and it was the wrong engine and they said they would pick it up at a specific time we still have engine and out of 1200.00. We keep calling and sometime no answer or we get the run around. Next step is court! Do not spend your money here seem to be a scam!!!!!
These guys are hard to deal with. I bought a 05 Kia Sedona engine from the that was bad and took over a week to replace it even though they had on in stock. now its been 3 weeks of me nonstop calling to have a core picked up and get my $50 back and I cant get anyone to come out to my shop to get it. if your not going to pick up your core don't charge me!
Horrible service I drove a hr to pick up a part after calling 3 days in a row to make sure they had the part I call before driving over to pick up the part was told it’s there only for them to say it’s not there when I got there… it’s was basically never there so they wasted my time & money ! Unprofessional I don’t recommend…
Purchase a BCM from them was no good called them refused to warranty it says no junk yards warranty them which is a lie and hangs up on me bought another one from different yard with 30 day warranty DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
