Everyone at Jason’s is beyond helpful and professional. They are willing to help in any way they can and are always there when you need them. They keep you informed throughout what they are doing. I cannot recommend them enough. They prove that old ways of business still exist and their word really means something. They are a perfect example is supporting local!

The worst service you can imagine. Said he was going to be in one hour and after three hours called to say they were not coming. Call someone else these people are a waste of time.

Once again Jason came thru for me even when he was sick.. Car broke down right in front of the fire station in Sebring He came and towed me back to my mechanic in Lake Placid.. All around great guy, Excellent and profession Job.. Highly recommended when you need a tow..

I give this company 5 star easy. If there were 10 stars I would have given them 10. We got 2 flat tires on our horse trailer Friday late afternoon and this company was there in less than 15 minutes. Great service, quick response and John, the nice man that helped us, went above and beyond to help us. I absolutely recommend this company.

Jason and Lizzy were super helpful when my trucks transmission self destructed 7.5 hours away from home. They went above and beyond to help me out.

I've gotten to become familiar with Jason's towing company, and I have to say, they are some of the nicest people I know. Absolutely outstanding work, professional, quick and compassionate when I've needed it most. Truly astonishing how well they're put together, and always a pleasant conversation after needing their services.

My heroes ? lol Had just gotten off a bit late and caught a flat and I don’t know many people that could help me. The dispatcher and driver were very kind and quick and got me back on the road to home swiftly! Thank you again, definitely recommend!

These guys are crooks i got into an accident and didint even get a chance to call a friend to come and pick up my motorcycle and charged me almost 400 dollars for 4 days of impoundment. "Indoor" storage are just a bunch of old rusty containers . Avoid towing companies specially jasons

Jason was amazing! When AAA and Tesla failed, he came through in a very timely manner on a terrible rainy and stormy night. Very professional and personable. Definitely would recommend his service!

Complete crook. Never paid my 80 year old mother for a truck she had removed. Then sent a bill for a different vehicle. Not the first time we've had issues. Don't trust this guy.

On my way home from work today, the left front ball joint in my vehicle broke with a loud bang, resulting in the left front tire turning sideways, and dropping the axle to the pavement. The car came to abrupt halt, obviously, and I was immediately stranded. (I was fortunate not to have anyone driving behind me, or the malfunction would have surely caused an accident.) I was a little shook, but fine, and based a friend’s previous experience with the company, I called Jason’s Towing to haul my vehicle to a local mechanic shop, (after making sure they’d be able to work on my vehicle, if we brought it in.) The Jason’s Tow Truck dispatcher was so kind, professional and helpful. She contacted the tow truck driver immediately, who arrived shortly after, assessed the damage, and worked on getting my vehicle up on the flat bed, which was not an easy task as the front tire was bent down.. His efficiency, and good humor, reassured me that he could get the car over to the mechanic without a problem, which he proceeded to do. He unloaded the vehicle carefully, so as not to cause more damage, and was back on his way in hardly any time at all. I was grateful for the prompt service, and the professional way all was handled, from the call into the business, to the transport, and safe arrival. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone. Thank you!

WOW! After been there for 4 hours with my roadside service towing never to appear I decided to call Jason's Towing Excellent service, if it wasn't for Jason's Towing we would have been stuck on the side is US 27. He came fast and brought fuel. Even though my gauge read that I had half a tank, the gauge was not working and we were actually empty. He has great customer service and fast response. Thank you my family and I greatly appreciate it.

Late at night, in the middle of the state, Jason came out right away. VERY professional and kind and patient with us and our 2 dogs while we transferred all of our belongings to another car. He towed our truck quickly and safely kept us protected off of the road. He then guided us to get the truck fixed quickly and with good quality parts! Thanks to Jason and his assistant, we were able to get back to vacation quickly and without worrying!

Jason was a lifesaver for us. Our car broke down late in a Friday night when we were driving from Orlando to Cape Coral. We had no idea where we were at. Jason came and picked our car up and took it back to his lot to keep it for us overnight. He looked at the car before we left and confirmed it was the alternator. He told us he would go get another alternator and put it on our car. They called us early Saturday morning and said the car was ready and waited at their shop for us to get there to get it. We really appreciate how nice Jason was and also how helpful he was. He did not have to fix our car over the weekend. He deserves a lot more than 5 stars. ?

Was a AAA call for a flat tire, Jason wasn't on the local AAA list of towers to perform this service, but so glad they sent him. Fast excellent service with a lot of professionalism. Thanks so much!

Jason arrived even before ETA sent to me via text through my insurance and called to let me know he was arriving . My car has verrryyyy tricky locks and he was patient until he was able to open it for me. He then gave me recommendation where I could get my key fob fixed ! Thanks again !

I managed to lock my keys in my car which has never happened and supposedly my car is unable to lock with the keys inside. It’s a 2015 Honda CR-V and turns out it can lock with the keys inside. I didn’t have a phone and was only able to communicate through my Apple Watch. After insurance called Jason’s Towing he arrived in under 30 mins and was able to quickly get my car unlocked. He was very professional and communicated with me his eta and made sure he knew exactly where I was. Awesome service and if I ever need service or towing again I know exactly who to call. Highly recommend!

When my insurance company road side service could not find someone to assist me on Rt 27 & County Road, Palmdale Fl, I had them call Jason. Jason arrived 20 minutes later. I had blown a boat trailer tie which promptly fixed. Great service!

Big THANKS! to Jay for helping me with my car, it had to be towed to Ft. Myers dealership on a flat bed. Jay came out on a Sunday evening the day before Memorial Day! Jay had a big smile on his face and said, "No Problem!" Not only did he tow the car and safely put the car on the flatbed - he texted me pics of the car once it was safely at the dealership. Jay you did an outstanding JOB!

We were going on vacation and our truck radiator busted on the side of highway 70. We were 3 hours from home and 2 hours from where we were going. I could not find any one to help us until I got Jason’s number from someone. He went out of his way to help us get a new radiator and put it in. He was honest and reliable. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks Jason for all your help!

Jason was absolutely amazing! We did not have an easy tow, as we had our empty boat trailer stuck in the lake. He not only pulled the trailer out of the lake but was able to put the boat on it as well before towing to a local shop for us. His service is amazing and we would recommend him in a heart beat.

Jasons towing is my go to towing company in lake placid. Not only is he reliable he is honest..He has gone the extra mile for me moving sheds and shipping containers putting his own equipment at risk for my benefit. This guy deserves more than 5 stars! He was awesome! My husband pulled over on the side of a road that was very sandy in our RV. Needless to say we were stuck! ? Called Triple A but they were useless! Luckily, we found Jasons, & he came to our rescue! At first, I thought he didn't have the capability to pull a 35ft RV out w/ his pickup, but I was proven wrong! He had some equipment in his truck & successfully pulled us out within 5 minutes!! Great service!!!!! ???

I ran off Daffodil and Holyfield in huge torrential downpour into a 4 foot ditch. Called 2 towing services before getting ahold of Jason on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm. He said he and his other driver would be there within 20 minutes (which I didn't believe) and sure enough, there they were - had car pulled out - very reasonable, reliable & nice. Thanks!!!
