Tow truck was prompt and driver knew what he was doing since we broke down on busy rode with not much room to maneuver. Not expensive. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Great experience getting my car towed by Chad! He went in on his day off to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick me and my car up. Then drove me 2 1/2 hours to the car shop I needed dropped off at. Great service and great conversation. Overall 5 star service, made an unfortunate situation just a little more enjoyable. No complaints here!
Anthony did an amazing job taking care of my Lexus. Took care of it like he was his own. Was hesitant from speculation riding with a driver, but he made conversation easy and made me feel comfortable. My experience was way over what I anticipated. Anthony was way above my standards.

Great staff. I was in a horrible mood and they helped me out to get my vehicle out of thier lot. Was a bad situation really turned easy due to friendly staff who knew how to handle someone in distress. Honestly Im glad it was them who dealt with me.
Had driver Chad take my car 37 miles to the dealer. They quoted 90+ minutes to get to me and he was here in 20. He was professional and attentive and made everything easy.
My tow driver Chad was so very helpful and nice. He had great, no OUTSTANDING communication and after he dropped my car off to its destination he made sure to text me to let me know the car was dropped off safely. 6/5 stars totally recommend to all who can see this.
They were awesome. My tire shredded and they were very fast even though they said it could be up to an hour (so glad it wasn't). Juan was very quick and professional with putting on my spare. I hope I never need them again but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them and hope Juan is available. I was back on the road very quickly.
I called for a tow mid Saturday afternoon. Dispatch told me about an hour. Devin the drive called minutes later to tell me he's on the way. Literally the whole process took less than an hour from the time he got there, and got the car dropped off at my house. Devin was honestly the best! My family and I had a great experience with Crockett's towing and Devin made it that much better.
Broke down 3.5 hours away from home. Called Crockett’s and Kevin arrived expeditiously! He had my truck loaded up and ready to go in minutes. It was impressive to watch a professional who obviously knows what he’s doing! Crockett’s is second to none!

Truck arrived just after Road Ranger and before my personal ride home. In times of distress this is the company that makes a difference. I have AAA and they are usually hrs out and always send the wrong truck for the job. I made a great choice in my decision to call outside of AAA and pay out of pocket. Driver was courteous and helpful.
We were so happy Devon was able to take care of us. He was able to deliver our Supra safely without scratching the low riding undercarriage.
He also gave us great tips about our model. It made me feel comfortable and I would use the service again.
Man. Our driver was awesome. I think his name was Sean? Punctual. Considerate. He was able to assist in thinking outside of the box in a unique situation (we had a stuck tiny house). Awesome guy! Told him he’s welcome anytime to pop in for a beer.
