Tow truck was prompt and driver knew what he was doing since we broke down on busy rode with not much room to maneuver. Not expensive. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
Yup, it seemed spendy, but doesn't everything today. The driver was very helpful and treated my vehicle with utmost care. I hope I never see you guys again !!! But if I ever need a tow, you are on speed dial !!!!

Great experience getting my car towed by Chad! He went in on his day off to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick me and my car up. Then drove me 2 1/2 hours to the car shop I needed dropped off at. Great service and great conversation. Overall 5 star service, made an unfortunate situation just a little more enjoyable. No complaints here!
Anthony did an amazing job taking care of my Lexus. Took care of it like he was his own. Was hesitant from speculation riding with a driver, but he made conversation easy and made me feel comfortable. My experience was way over what I anticipated. Anthony was way above my standards.

Thomas C., came to the rescue Friday night. Car got stuck in a ditch and Thomas had no problems getting on his hands and knees in the water to find a holding that would allow him to accomplish his task. I felt like a was watching a segment on Discovery channel and great rescues!! He did a great job, was professional and very optimistic throughout the whole ordeal. Even gave me a plan B. Well done Thomas C!
I needed a antique car towed after a new paint job. Crockett's sent Chad C. Over and he treated my car like it was his own.
Took his time and did everything possible not to put a mark on it. I can't say enough how much the car means to me and that Chad was the guy to move it for me. I hope Crockett's Towing knows how lucky they are to Chad working for them. I had a few vehicles towed in my time but this blew me away.

Tralier broke down and completely lost hub and wheel. Thomas arrived loaded it like a pro and delivered it the same way. Best in the business. If Thomas shows up to help, just know you can relax. A true professional. Great job, 10 out of 10.

I Was told car would be delivered after 6pm today rushed home only to find out that was a LIE now I’m told I have to wait untill the morning. 200 dollars to tow a vehicle 9 miles and I have to wait an extra day! The Guy at the gate is cocky and will lie to you. They will not reimburse me for the hours I had to take off work to try and get my mothers vehicle back it’s ridiculous and now I will need to miss more tomorrow morning. He should have been honest and I would have went back to work instead of rushing home for a tow truck that is not coming. They originally towed it from my house at 8pm at night now they have no one to tow it back in the evening? Earlier then when they pulled it out of here! Ridiculous and horrible customer service from the gate guy. At least the receptionist was finally honest. I wonder if it will be considered a priority now, and I posted this review on FB. You all should have been honest and I wouldn’t have had a review to write I would be at WORK! Just received a phone call at 11:30pm that my car should be here at 1am. The customer service lady laughed at me her name is Angelica. I work in the morning I’ve been waiting on this car since 6pm it’s almost midnight now. And maybe it will be here at 1am, 7 hours to tow a car 9 miles! DO NOT USE THEM go somewhere else that will value your time treat you with respect, not laugh at you and over charge you on top of it!
The operator Cluade did a great job. Very detail oriented, fast quick and gave updates on arrival. Will recommend he’s asked for as a driver when you need services
Great staff. I was in a horrible mood and they helped me out to get my vehicle out of thier lot. Was a bad situation really turned easy due to friendly staff who knew how to handle someone in distress. Honestly Im glad it was them who dealt with me.
Had driver Chad take my car 37 miles to the dealer. They quoted 90+ minutes to get to me and he was here in 20. He was professional and attentive and made everything easy.
My tow driver Chad was so very helpful and nice. He had great, no OUTSTANDING communication and after he dropped my car off to its destination he made sure to text me to let me know the car was dropped off safely. 6/5 stars totally recommend to all who can see this.
They were awesome. My tire shredded and they were very fast even though they said it could be up to an hour (so glad it wasn't). Juan was very quick and professional with putting on my spare. I hope I never need them again but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them and hope Juan is available. I was back on the road very quickly.
I called for a tow mid Saturday afternoon. Dispatch told me about an hour. Devin the drive called minutes later to tell me he's on the way. Literally the whole process took less than an hour from the time he got there, and got the car dropped off at my house. Devin was honestly the best! My family and I had a great experience with Crockett's towing and Devin made it that much better.
Broke down 3.5 hours away from home. Called Crockett’s and Kevin arrived expeditiously! He had my truck loaded up and ready to go in minutes. It was impressive to watch a professional who obviously knows what he’s doing! Crockett’s is second to none!
My vehicle was towed after an accident. When I went in to get my vehicle I was treated so nicely. I wish I could remember the names of both gentlemen that helped us but I forgot. They were so friendly and helpful. Great customer service all around. They spent ample time explaining options and making sure I had all my questions answered. They weren't out to just make money and actually helped save me money even though it meant the lost out on the business/money after not providing me the extra service. I recommend using Crockett's and thank you for all your help!

Truck arrived just after Road Ranger and before my personal ride home. In times of distress this is the company that makes a difference. I have AAA and they are usually hrs out and always send the wrong truck for the job. I made a great choice in my decision to call outside of AAA and pay out of pocket. Driver was courteous and helpful.
So let me first start off by saying the biggest thank you I can. Today a delivery service decided to save us 7 minutes by guiding us down Houston road. Little did I know the road was basically not a road but a sand road if that even exists. I found myself and my disabled son in the middle of the pit spinning. Without the guidance ans strength of two amazing men Raul and Streeter we would have been lost.. This wasn't a typical tow. They hand to push us out of the sand road the old fashioned way. If you're ever in need call these people ASAP. We only waited under 30 minutes to a tough location. They made us feel at ease with the process and more then anything just great people. Thanks again .

Man. Our driver was awesome. I think his name was Sean? Punctual. Considerate. He was able to assist in thinking outside of the box in a unique situation (we had a stuck tiny house). Awesome guy! Told him he’s welcome anytime to pop in for a beer.
