After calling 2 other tow services to rescue our box truck GS towing said “we will be right out”. Matthew showed up in twenty minutes. After discovering the trucks problem Matt repaired the truck enough so we could limp to the service center for the needed repair, ultimately saving us the towing portion of the bill. When our newly purchased used car died on the way back from the DMV, we contacted AAA for a tow. After an hour wait AAA called and advised they could not get a tow service and to wait until they contacted us. Our daughter suggested G&S whom we called and they came right out. Jeff, the tow technician, was extremely professional. He advised us of the options and took photos of our vehicle, then loaded it on the flatbed. When we arrived at the garage, Jeff went above and beyond working with the garage personnel to shoehorn the car into a maintenance bay. Everyone at G&S, from the dispatcher to Jeff were incredibly friendly AND helpul. It's a class act.

We were getting a serious runaround with our roadside assistance and several hours passed while we waited for them to arrange transportation from our home to the dealership service department in Ocala which is only 24 miles. After reaching our limit for frustration, we called GS Towing from a Google search and Matt had a flatbed tow truck out to us in about 30 minutes. Best of all, they agreed to allow the roadside assistance handle the payment! Thank you for your quick and straightforward service, we very much appreciate it and definitely recommend for anyone needing an honest tow company.

My truck was stolen in chiefland last night and was found by the police thank God and they used these guys to tow my truck from behind abandoned house so I called they was great coming out about 9pm no attitude at all they want almost $500 to get it remind u less than 24hrs ..so I called them this morning Gary or Greg whichever name he gave me was very rude said he can't get it till Monday he's not sending his guys in this weather ok I get it but the attitude and getting loud and mean wasn't necessary and ccso needs to get better towing business js I've never been in this situation but i know this isnt how to do it but what goes around comes around. Gs towing.so ive heard...I do have proof that I'm the registered owner you wouldn't give me a chance I don't live in c.c so yeah your response makes no sense

When I had my accident the other day Greg made it there before the police, he couldn’t take my car then, but after the police were done, he was right back there!! I will never use another tow company. He was nice, and answered my questions! Thank you Greg!!

If you are gay, do not call this company! Says open 24 hrs, but doesn't answer if he knows you're gay, will also call you some very hurtful slurs! What a shame to treat people this way for no reason AT ALL!!!!

GS Towing arrived within 20 minutes of my call. Tow truck was immaculate and in good shape. Was highly recommended by the Jeep dealership and we can see why. Chris was very courteous, explained everything he was doing, worked quickly! Best tow service we've ever used!

5 Star For Sure... Spent 100.00 on meat came out of store car would not start.. Called GS and I had a tow truck in 15 min. Great Service and the driver was also Great.. Had my car and meat home in less than an hour... If I ever need a tow again they will be my first call...

I had a Mustang that with an security error code and wouldn't start. I called GS for a tow to my mechanic to get it diagnosed. When Rich showed up he was polite and asked what the problem was. I explained what I was experiencing with my vehicle. He then told me he could probably get it started for me and did. It was a reset from a low battery. I had lights so it never crossed my mind a security error code was battery related. He jumped my battery and it started right away. My jaw dropped. Great company Rich is awesome and I will be sending everyone to these guys.

Doug is the best!!! I was told it would take 40 minutes for the truck to get to me but it took half the time! I was an hour and a half from my house and my car had broken down and he didn't have any trouble taking me that far. He was very nice and told great stories the whole time. I'll definitely recommend him and his brother to my friends and family. Thanks for everything

This company responded by way of OnStar. I had never heard of them until today. The first thing I noticed is how clean the tow truck was. The two gentlemen that arrived were friendly and thoughtful. They handled my car with great care and I would highly recommend them.

I had my vehicle towed from Crystal River to Spring Hill and I thought for sure I was going to wait forever and it was going to be very expensive. Not only did they come right away but it was also very very reasonable for the distance they traveled. Greg and his team is the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. I inadvertently hit some road debris which puntured my tire. GS was hired by my insurance company and they arrived sooner than expected. Matt was polite and very efficient. He also gave me a great suggestion as to where I could purchase some new tires! Very nice to deal with them!!
