Car died while I was working, Mike H got to me in 35 minutes, kept me updated on his location and when he would arrive, which was much faster than I expected. He was incredibly nice and understanding, explained what could've been the issue and talked me through the whole thing. Thank you for being kind and patient, definitely helped with my rising stress. I know I wasn't in the best spot either, so thank you again for all your help!!

Mike was great. Came to help out my grandmother and I when we broke down on our way back from the doctor. Got there quickly, walked us through what he was doing, have us a fair price, and made sure we got back on the road safely before it started to rain. Would certainly call again if we ever need help.

I have been calling this service for a long time. The answering of the phone, quick and careful info...where when and what, cost to est, to the quick arrival and prompt service of the truck operators...tow or ramp. I have called literally 24 hours per day from 2 same side flats at 3 AM to car gone too fast on my property and getting stuck in protective dirt hills when it starts to rain. Call them if you need the service. They are accurate and fast. I've seen Thomas 3 or 4 times over the past two years and the other operators are all very professional and care about your vehicle situation. This has been my experience and I don't dive my vehicles just on the road...I never doubt...what would take me 4 hours or I need assistance it's done in 15 mins or less. PDMW

Taylor was awesome and so patient. He was just finishing up on another call and came straight to me. The ETA was an hour and he got there in 10 minutes. He took his time and even prayed on the side of the road with me. Thank you taylor !

My vehicle was dead in a gas station parking lot, as I was trying to jump it with a dead jump box, a Sam’s wrecker truck pulls up to the gas pumps and I walked over and asked for assistance with jumping my vehicle. Thomas was the driver that assisted me, he was very polite and very professional. Wears the uniform with pride ready for whatever is thrown at him. Waited for AAA over 8 hrs and could not get towed, called Sams wrecker and even though Mike the tow truck driver was working a accident he still got to us in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Sams and I will never use AAA again

These people were great. They were efficient with their jobs, beginning with the office. She was polite, took care of me very fast. I didn't have to wait long for the driver. This is a very good towing company. The Driver came to my house to tow my truck to the shop He told me he would like to try to jump start it with his tool and it started witch save me on a tow my friend that helped me with my truck we tried charging the battery and tried starting it with the charger on fast start and it didn’t start This driver for the company is a very smart guy and very honest man I definitely recommend them some company’s probably would not do what they did THANK YOU SAMS WRECKER SERVICE

Best towing experience ever and extreamly professional!!! 1000% would recommend to anyone!!!!!! Cost me only 80 buck while everywhere else is very expensive.
