HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..My car broke down in the North Brooksville area on Sunday afternoon. I have membership with another company but due to high volume in that area my wait time exceed more than 2 hours. It’s your typical muggy Florida afternoon and unfortunately this area has only 1 gas station and nothing else for miles. A passersby recommended Sam’s. I called and like a true superhero with cape. Davis came to our rescue. The kicker to all this…I live 73 miles from where we broke down. David had no problem towing it for us and the best thing… get this…cheaper than the company I have a membership with. Thank you so very very much. You saved my day.
Leonard was such a big help towing my vehicle to my requested auto shop. He was very quick to arrive which is super helpful in this FL heat. He shared advice to help in future and was kind enough to give me a lift to the shop. Highly recommend Sam’s Wrecker Services!
The service was going great at first, until my vehicle was dropped off at my residence. It was left outside of my gate on a narrow road. No courtesy call was made so I could provide the driver with my gate code. The driver was made aware that no one would be home but could reach me at anytime. I found out only because I decided to check my home cameras. So upset! Note*the vehicle is not drivable!!
My car broke down on my way home from work and would not start, even with a jump. My insurance got in touch with Sam’s wrecker service to tow my car. James was the technician who was assigned and he showed up within 30 minutes! I was so relieved that I didn’t have to wait long and he was there promptly. He was kind and nice during a stressful time which i am grateful for! I would definitely recommend James and Sam’s Wrecker Repair!
Had a flat tire and James came out who was very nice, compassionate and professional. Excellent time management was here in about 15 minutes and changed out done in about 6 minutes. Would highly recommended Thanks James for not judging the Explorer lol and taking time out on your Sunday no less Fourth of July weekend. Will use in future if need be.
When my car broke down in the middle of traffic, I called around to multiple companies and they all told me it would be anywhere between $200-$300 just to go one mile down the road to my home. I was literally on the verge of tears and when I called Sam’s, they gave me a flat rate of $85 since I used card. It was a breath of relief and James even made sure to walk against traffic so I could get to his truck car safely. I am very pleased and grateful for them!

I locked my keys in the car and they were the first company i called and they were so fast at getting to me- Taylor was the tech that came out to unlock my car and he was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.
Hubby got our truck and horse trailer stuck in sugar sand. Sam’s was here in less than 40 minutes, on a Sunday morning, on a holiday weekend no less, and got us out immediately. My driver was David. Very professional and skilled at his job. Quick with service, but put safety as a priority. I always have fear of tows damaging my vehicle, but this was not a thought after instantly meeting him. Very skilled and I can’t say enough. Thank you for y’all’s service! Car died while I was working, Mike H got to me in 35 minutes, kept me updated on his location and when he would arrive, which was much faster than I expected. He was incredibly nice and understanding, explained what could've been the issue and talked me through the whole thing. Thank you for being kind and patient, definitely helped with my rising stress. I know I wasn't in the best spot either, so thank you again for all your help!!
Mike was great. Came to help out my grandmother and I when we broke down on our way back from the doctor. Got there quickly, walked us through what he was doing, have us a fair price, and made sure we got back on the road safely before it started to rain. Would certainly call again if we ever need help.
I have been calling this service for a long time. The answering of the phone, quick and careful info...where when and what, cost to est, to the quick arrival and prompt service of the truck operators...tow or ramp. I have called literally 24 hours per day from 2 same side flats at 3 AM to car gone too fast on my property and getting stuck in protective dirt hills when it starts to rain. Call them if you need the service. They are accurate and fast. I've seen Thomas 3 or 4 times over the past two years and the other operators are all very professional and care about your vehicle situation. This has been my experience and I don't dive my vehicles just on the road...I never doubt...what would take me 4 hours or I need assistance it's done in 15 mins or less.

Managed to get home from work on a nearly flat tire. Called roadside assistance and they called Sam’s Wrecker Services to come out and change my tire. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the guy who came out, he had a long light brown beard. He was so great! First, maintained constant contact by phone and text to update me as to his location. Once he got the tire off, he showed me what the issue has been, a screw. He put the spare on and cautioned me to drive no faster than 45 mph and take care of getting a new tire first thing in the morning. He also said that I should hit up a gas station before the end of the night to fill up the spare with air, so it would not be flat in the morning. He was nice and personable and extremely knowledgeable. If I needed assistance from them again, I will definitely use Sam’s Wrecker Services first.
Sam's was on time, the tow operator was friendly courteous and professional. Even the dispatcher went out of her way to tell me location of truck and time till arrival. Would not hesitate to use their services again. Have used many tow services and Sam's by far is the best.
These people were great. They were efficient with their jobs, beginning with the office. She was polite, took care of me very fast. I didn't have to wait long for the driver.
