At first the guys engaged me with my request at the desk, but then it was like I was invisible. I wandered away from the desk because both got on calls and when another man came in, he asked them if I was in line. They said no, he's done. I wasn't really, but after that I was. While I'm sure they are good people and will still be helpful, my experience was not good. This was during the week. I'm just reviewing now as generally I'm not one to do a negative review and wanted to consider if I would or not. Obviously I chose to in this case.

Quality late model used auto parts at a fair price! What more can you ask for? Oh, and under new ownership too!

First time ever not allowed to go looking through a junk yard, how can you pick out what you can’t see I used to walk through the yard monthly restoring my truck don’t waste your time unless you don’t care what you get

I hate coming to place it when people don’t do their job right I called for a part. They said they had it when I get there. It’s not what it was. Waste of my time I would not recommend people to come here.

I found the staff to be rude and lazy. While I was waiting my turn I observed the man at the counter to be rude and exhibit outward racist behavior towards two African American males looking for parts. When it was my turn the same man at the counter could not be bothered with assisting my wife and I. I would not spend one cent at this horrible place. I also would not recommend anybody utilize their services. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Ordered hood and fender . Parts were in great shape and conveniently by the parking lot. Was offered and received help loading. Great price and great guys working there. When I had requested the quote, Mike was quick to give a great price. Thanks!!!!

I recently purchased a replacement side mirror to be shipped to me in Maryland. Mike was always very responsive by email and phone. Great place, helpful employees. Good prices. They actually care about their customers and providing top notch customer service, unlike a couple other yards in the area. They know their inventory.

Excellent service very knowledgeable. The yard man was very helpful. Bought a complete rear seat with belts and all. Received all brackets and covers no parts missing. They even marked which side parts were to go. Made install very easy. We need more parts to complete what needs to be fixed. There's only one place I will purchase parts! 98 Auto Recyclers. Love them!! I bought a used gas tank from them. When I got home it was the wrong size due to my error. They were great in exchanging it for me. I was able to fix the old tank I had so I need a radiator. Mike went above and beyond for me and got me a new radiator. If I need anything eles for my truck I will be going back to them!!

They actually had my part that I needed and did a very fine job of getting it to me and it looked brand new good prices it was great

{2023-10-11} Following the inspection of my truck, I went in and spoke to Mike about parts for my 2011 F-350 XLT. Very helpful!

I called several places and online including LKQ. No body could get me an engine for under $900 except 98 Auto Recyclers. They got a used engine for me fast within 3 days and it works like new. At first there was a small problem but aster bringing it to their attention they had a mechanic they work with take care of it for me and it works like new. Thanks for all the help. They saved my butt because I had to use the vehicle for our trip for Thanksgiving.

John is amazing at this place! He was very kind and helpful. He really did some digging to help find rear differential I needed. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wow, I never thought an engine could be beautiful but when I needed one for my work truck Mark found me one clean as a pin. He gave me very careful and practical advice that only a guy who's been through a few rodeos and cares about you can give, he even did some part swapping gymnastics in the process so I could get my machine put back together and on the road running like the day it drove off the dealer lot.
