From the first time I walked into this automotive shop 3 years ago I knew that I made a good choice for my Automotive needs. When I tell you this place is clean and organized it is to the extreme and that speaks volumes in my book!! Above and beyond that everyone at the front counter acknowledge me as soon as I walked in, Gage, Ben and John have outstanding customer service with knowledge! Not only were they extremely helpful and friendly but they were able to explain what was being performed on my vehicle in layman's terms as well as specific technical information. All of the work and maintenance they provided on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner at an affordable price! No more waiting at the dealership over an hour+ for oil changes anymore! This place completed that task in under an hour and tire rotation. And yes it does help if you call ahead and make appointment. I didn't know or need, but found out they provide car service if you need a ride home while your car is being repaired. Ten Stars ⭐ to everyone who works here! I really appreciate them got me in and out in a jiffy honestly and I’m not even from down here I was on the road from Sarasota had a minor problem with my car and they got me in and out quickly I appreciate the crew at a&g and you guys will definitely have my service again if I ever need you thanks so much !!!!
So so so grateful for A&G I was a last minute appointment because my car broke down right before something very important. They made a bunch of calls, worked late into the night, and answered a lot of questions about my car. Gage is a helpful angel (even gave me his phone charger to borrow), Ron has a radio station (I mean come on) and is so kind, and Sleighton (sorry for spelling if that’s not right) worked a long while to get my car on the road in the same day. Very blessed and grateful for these gentlemen. I am a broke college student, so every penny counts, and they were very fair on pricing. P.S. they have a great snack selection and refreshments if you’re there for a while.

I stopped in with a screw in my tire and rapidly losing air. Even though they didn’t have a tire person available, they went out of their way to help and fixed it for me immediately. Everyone here was super kind and helpful—honestly above and beyond what you’d expect these days. I really appreciate their customer service and how they took care of me when they didn’t have to. A special thank you to Aaron and the guy in the waiting area (unfortunately didn’t catch his name). They were both incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Yesterday afternoon, I had a flat tire. Unfortunately, from Tampa to Spring Hill (41) I couldn't find a single tire shop open after 6:00 p.m. I came to this place because the reviews were very good, and I definitely don't regret it. They were very friendly from the moment I arrived. The wait time was adequate. Everything was very clean and organized. The waiting area is very cozy with a TV, snacks, and coffee. Excellent customer service, Ben and Gage was super attentive and professional. I will definitely continue using their services from now on and will recommend them to my family and friends 100%. And best of all, they didn't even charge me to fix my tire.
After careful consideration I think it's best for my peace of mind to do this review. Ben seems very concerned with customer's satisfaction and went out of his way to make sure that my family is at peace. I appreciate his time and energy.
Got a flat labor day weekend, everywhere was closed, Pep boys couldn't fit me in last minute. Thankfully Ben came to the rescue. I was able to fill my tire and barely make to the shop where Ben put on my spare free of charge and saved the day so I could make it back home safely to Citrus County. Thank you for helping me!
These guys are absolutely the best. Very honest and reliable. We came in from another mechanics shop that did not take care of us properly. Ben was awesome, very pleasant and took care of tire even though it was close to closing time. He was a lifesaver being I'm a teacher with crazy hours and not having to worry about waking up to a flat tire in the morning. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Best auto repair place in town hands-down ,great service ,full communication ,very affordable prices and great work. I’m very pleased with the job they done to my car . The owner Carlos is amazing. He definitely work with me 10 out of 10 recommendation.
We've struggled finding a good mechanic, we found A&G and took our f250 in to have the evaporator core replaced which is a big job. A&G did a phenomenal job and got it done quicker than originally quoted which being a work truck thats used everyday really helped us out. We will definitely use A & G again.
They are very good at making you think the repairs and cost are all needed. They do fix what you need but they unfortunately take you a run for your money and lie. They tried to tell me 2000 dollars to flush my fuel system that I did for 20 dollars. Be wary of them.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! All the guys are super helpful and amazing. I had finally gotten my car back after some time and needed it up and ready for a huge road trip immediately and these mechanics took me in with no problem, the very next day after I called! They helped me figure out problems, handled what needed to be done vs what could wait, helped me save a good amount of money, really listening and wanting to help the customer, and were just beyond helpful answering every question and especially being a female not once did I feel like I was being treated like I was stupid or taken advantage of. These guys are there to help no matter what, even offering drinks and snacks and even a lift if you really need it. Thank you guys for helping me during a really stressful situation and making things easier for my trip back home!!
I called A & G Auto Service and Repairs around 5:30 PM with a slow leak in my tire, and even though they were closing at 6, they were able to get me in right away & replace my headlight Slayton was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. I really appreciated the extra effort so close to closing time. Definitely recommend them for their excellent service!

I had the best experience at A&G yesterday. My car needed brakes and they did not fail to fix me up. Ben and the rest of the staff were awesome and it didn't even take as long as they said it would. While traveling home from our Florida vacation to Ohio we had a tire blow out. It turned out to be so much more and I was panicking given I had family with me and work in two days. I called a couple shops and very quickly decided A&G was the one. Gage was top notch listening to my concerns and budget. The communication was also top tier! Being a woman, stuck in a different state, it was daunting. I can say again and again I wish this shop was in Ohio, because they would have my continued business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I absolutely LOVE A&G!! I have been coming here since my first car and my first oil change years ago! This is seriously the best shop in Brooksville, maybe even the whole central Florida. I’ve had a couple issues with my cars but these guys never hesitate to get me in at a decent time and make sure the best work gets done. Everyone up front is awesome! Super professional, friendly, and even funny like they are just awesome to talk to when waiting. Also when you wait they provide complementary snacks and drinks. The lobby is really neat, clean, and perfect if you have a small job you want to wait for. I recommend A&G to all my friends and family because they provide the best service. You get what you pay for here and it’s amazing work.
I’m absolutely thrilled with A&G Auto Service and Repair in Spring Hill, FL! They performed nothing short of magic on my recently acquired 2007 Toyota Camry which ended up being in pretty bad shape underneath thanks to 16 years of Chicago’s winters. They meticulously ensured every detail was in top shape. Plus, their pricing is fair, and they even worked with me to stay within my budget. My Camry drives like a new car now and ready for another 100,000+ miles! Highly recommend their exceptional service!
Took my Toyota 4Runner here for brakes service. I am always hesitant when it comes to auto shops because of trust in regards to work and $.
BUT, this one is TOP TIER!
We felt right at home when we were greeted by the two professionals at the front desk, Cage & Ben.
We were on a time crunch for another appointment, and they helped us out by taking us in right away.
There is cameras with screens in waiting area so you can see the work getting done on your vehicle. Before they do the work, they’ll escort you to the bay so you can witness the problem yourself.
And the bathrooms are actually nice, they don’t look like auto shop bathrooms with greasy faucets. Real hand soap, not the orange or green grease wash!!
Complimentary snacks (no vending machines) coffee & beverages. Reclining couches & a beautiful dog to keep you company (Paige).
The owner even came out and chat with the customers. You’re just not here for a car repair, you’re treated like family.

This shop is a joke! They had my work truck for over 5 weeks saying they were hunting down the fuel injector wiring harness needed to make the repair but could not give me a timeline on completion. The owner, who was yelling at me at one point, told me it could be 8 months to year before they are able to find one to fix my truck. When I said that was unacceptable they sent me a quote for 35 hours at $188 per hour to repair the existing wiring harness. I decided to have the truck towed to another shop in town. The attached photos show the condition of the truck and how A&G left it. They also lost the battery cover which is no longer manufactured in which I will have to hunt for in junk yards.
The owner offered to give me my $500 back for the work they did and made the young service writer go to his own bank and pay me himself since the owner says this was work was not his responsibility.
The new shop had the truck for 2 days and confirmed the wiring harness on the truck was fine and firing correctly. The truck actually needs a fuel injection module, NOT A WIRING HARNESS and gave me a timeline and very reasonable price to have this completed quickly and fairly.
We wasted so much time waiting for these guys when we never should have taken to them to begin with. Don't make the same mistake.
