AVOID AT ALL COST ! Horrible people to do business for. Took my daughters car here to get fixed , after 5 WEEKS of them having it car still would not start , $550 later in labor . Found out THEY broke a part would not stand behind their work and ended up taking it out of there to get fixed elsewhere!

So my 2011 Ford van and the trailer I am hauling breakdown on 75 south near Brooksville, Florida and I reach out to Laso Wrecker service and I reach Kelly on the phone. Automatically, I hear a friendly and helpful voice. In less than 30 minutes, my van and trailer are being towed to their shop and they also help me with the repair on my van. One hears a lot of horror stories, but Laso was super professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time calling another wrecking company. CALL LASO !!!
I was working with AAA who turned out to be no help at all. After waiting hours for them to find someone I called this company and they not only answered right away and send some out in a little over a half house. Nate called me and took care of me and my disabled vehicle. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I really appreciate him and this company.

Awesome is the best way to describe them. My daughter (20 yrs old) broke down on her way to a summer internship and had to have her car towed to a dealership. Kevin and Kelly were both so helpful. Kelly helped her find a hotel in the area that would be safe, and Kevin took the car to the dealership and then dropped my daughter off at the hotel. They both went over and beyond their duties to make sure my child was safe. Being a mother 9 hours away from her stranded child it makes me feel good that there are such good-hearted people around. Kelly and Kevin were a huge blessing! Kelly was extremely caring and thoughtful and helped me not only get a tow truck, but also gave me hotel recommendations and treated me with so much patience and kindness. Kevin was PHENOMENAL— he was extremely kind and sympathetic to my situation. He was extremely prompt, way faster than expected, with getting to my car and to the dealership. He went out of his way to drop me off at my hotel and even carried my bags to the lobby and waiting until I checked in with everything squared away. I am so appreciative.

Despite the chaos of the situation, The tow truck arrived promptly, and the driver was not only skilled at his job but also empathetic to my situation.
Laso Wrecker Services made what was a very stressful experience much more manageable. They handled my vehicle with care, transporting it to their lot, securing all belongings until I was home from the hospital and able to clear out the vehicle before it was taken for insurance/totaled. They also helped explain what to expect for the process since this was our first experience with an auto accident. Throughout the process, I felt like I was in capable hands, which brought me much-needed peace of mind during a challenging time. Thank you for your compassion during a difficult situation!
A huge thanks to Laso (Kevin). I had new tires put on a week before going camping; I drove about 85 miles, pulled into a campground and my tire comes off my rim as I am backing into the site. Seeing no visible signs of damage I wanted to get the tire off so I could take it to a shop. They offered to take it to their shop, inspect it and see if they can figure out what happened. They identified the tire had not been installed properly from the shop that installed it!!! Kevin got it back on the rim and got me all fixed up. Huge thanks to Kevin!!

Unfortunately had this company tow my car after an accident based upon my experience do not let them tow your car to their yard a simple ignition lock on a 90s car was too much for the driver to handle so we can start off with a messed up ignition cylinder now in 20+ years experience in wrecking I have not once seen a company carelessly shovel piles of dirt and road grime into the the drivers floor of the car no matter how wrecked the car is. If the car gets to the yard and you want it back expect a bill that's gonna punch you in the face when you hear it as well.
Dispatcher quoted an hour after we told them we were sitting stalled on the side of the interstate. After waiting an hour and a half, we gave them a call to see where they were. He stammered about drivers being backed up and they would be a good bit later. He then had to ask for our location... So he didn't know where we were even though there was supposedly a truck on the way... We got a call from the driver about 15 minutes later (after finding a new company) and the driver said he just got the call. Save your time and call American- they were there 20 minutes after we called and had fantastic service. Towed us 160 miles and we rode in the wrecker with the driver. Would probably still be sitting on the side of the road if we stayed with Laso.
Called and told would be an hour wait. At the hour and 20 minute mark called back and they hadn’t even contacted anyone and the wait began again. Contacted American Towing and they arrived in 15 minutes.
Don’t waste your time with people that tell wrong information.

It’s not a great night when you need a tow truck/wrecker. I was stranded at night in the rain and my insurance company couldn’t find anyone to come out for hours. I found Laso and they got me in 30 minutes. All the repair shops were closed so they brought me and my truck to their lot. Kevin didn’t want to leave me alone (at night and raining) so he waited over two hours with me at their lot until my ride arrived from out of town. They promptly towed my truck to the repair shop in the morning and I was on my way. Service was great and Kevin is an awesome dude! While I hope you don’t need them, I would highly recommend them if you do.

The fastest service from a towing company that I have ever received. The driver whom came to help us when our truck's front main transmission seal went out as we were driving was very polite and even gave us a lift home instead of us having to wait in the summer heat for somebody to get us home. I will refer anybody friends, family or even enemy to Laso towing company if they find themselves needing a tow .if I could give Laso towing ten stars I would without hesitation. Very professional, empathetic, and sympathetic staff members. We lost my brother in a car accident on 4/26/23 and Laso Wrecker towed his car. Had a flat tire and spare was not the correct rim. Worker wasn't even there for call, but opened the shop and changed out flat/spare to correct rim and had us back on the road in under 45 min. Ñice of a business to help without calling in and having to wait while I had horses on board.
I gave Laso a call after waiting four hours for AAA and having their tow truck cancel on us. Laso picked up right away and was very helpful and professional. They gave us an ETA of 45 minutes and were there in about 20 minutes. Our truck was in a less than ideal spot but Kevin backed his rig in like a pro and got it loaded up in no time. Kevin was very kind, courteous, and professional.
it was a little after 0100 in the middle of nowhere i am bad with names but the driver was early he was polite and he had my van loaded super fast..... got me home safe and sound
