The driver was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the electrical issues I was experiencing with my chassis engine. He was even able to diagnose and fix the problem! To be on the safe side, I still had my RV towed to a local repair facility for a thorough evaluation of my engine's electrical system.
Kudos to the wrecker operator who gave me peace of mind that I will only be faced with a relatively small maintenance fee and not a hefty repair bill.
I just want to give a shout-out to MIKE because he took the time to (1) make sure that I knew how much the tow would cost beyond what AAA covered and (2) see if the issue was something that could be easily fixed without needing to tow the vehicle even though that’s not what the service call was for. Once he diagnosed the problem - a dead as a doornail battery that needed to be replaced - MIKE even took the time to send me photos (I was already at work) on how to best jump the battery in the future since it’s basically hidden under all kinds of things and not really easily accessible THANK YOU TO MIKE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME AND TO SAVE ME $$!!! I truly appreciate MIKE’s assistance!

These guys were amazing. I had a flooded car stuck in the garage after the hurricane. Melissa said they would get it out one way or another. It took several wreckers and a lot of time, knowledge and skill, but they did it.

Last week one of Clearwater based drivers was on a jobsite in Brooksville and got stuck in mud in ourFreightliner M2. I called Gulf Coast, the office staff were nice, she got our info quickly and accurately. It was getting late and once all info was collected she advised it was an ETA of 45 mins to get to our driver. They were there in 15! Quickly got our truck and driver out of his pickle, even when I misunderstood how payment was taken I called the office and they were very understanding. Will be my first call if we need service in their area
Was traveling through the area with a heavy trailer and had a massive issue with the wheels and tires coming off. These guys stayed out until 1am with us and took care of us. They are solid. Definitely recommend

I’ve had my fair share of tows, often fairly complicated or unique in my life. These guys ar probably the best company I’ve ever dealt with, not once but twice! Could not give them higher rating or recommendation!
Melissa was very helpful and ready to accommodate. I didn't end up using their service because it turned out I didn't need them because plan's changed but they were ready to go on my schedule and very reasonable and competitive with their rate. She also offered options with storage if needed.
I would absolutely use them if needed as well as recommend them
